There are a lot of reviews regarding their lack of professionalism. Im glad my experience isnt an overreaction. I returned to this location after one of their employees was caught stealing a customers passport in 2012. It appears not much has changed. The attendants treat customers as though they are the only full service car wash in town. There is a lack of attention to detail. They rush waxing of vehicles that arrive after 2pm because they are more concerned with making the most money by completing as many cars as possible rather than ensuring each customers vehicle is receiving quality service. Youre likely not going to get what youre paying for. The rest of the reviews are true warnings.

I’ve been here a few times the first time they did a great job I did wait a while but they were very busy. The last few times that I went dirty spots on my car I was asked if I wanted my tires cleaned and I was charged an extra five dollars for that, the trunk was not vacuumed there was no real vacuuming that was done I actually had to ask them to redo it and they never really wipe down the inside pretty expensive I need to find somewhere else to take my car to be cleaned.

Hesitated to leave a bad review but when I saw all the bad reviews knew needed to, my car come out from being washed supposedly with soap on the right front door ah no big deal I said at first waiting for the guy drying it out in a blue shirt to get it rt away but hey he was on the phone while drying my car out ! On the phone what kind of service was I going to get 🤔! So there is my experience hopefully yours is much better ! After he even wiped the door missed it why cause he was on the phone so I approached him and told him buddy you missed the soap on the door, then he realized he was in trouble so he got off the phone and had it rinsed again ! Then after the drying out part was done by 2 other ladies, thank God ! So the outcome was much better, nothing is perfect!

BEWARE!!! This place is so unprofessional and pretty much caused water marks on my new paint job that cost $10,000. Jose the manager tried to blame me for it although I’m parked in a garage all day at home. My car had no imperfections prior to this. I am so upset I decided to take my car to them. To top it off the car was extremely dirty inside and they did a very poor job. Instead of helping they offered to do a detailed job for $150. One of the workers told me that they they are closing and he did not want to talk to me. I am so outraged at the lack of professionalism at this terrible place. Don’t ever take your car unless you want it to come back damaged.

Lack attention to detail. Windows still have remnants of window marker, wheels left dirty and greasy. Interior looks and feels like it was wiped down with a mildly damp cloth. Not quite worth the 35 bucks I paid for it to be CLEANED.

These jokers cracked my wifes windshield and had no explanation but company policy only because we arrived at home before noticing it. What a terrible experience with no resolution. Avoid at all costs. To the manager Ryan, you deserve zero stars sir. 25 years in business what a JOKE

Paid for the luxury wash. They hardly vacuumed and they did a terrible job at cleaning the inside for. Its like they dusted it with dry cloths for 30 seconds. I went early in the morning, there were no other cars so its not like it was busy. Biggest waste of money. So disappointed.

They did a good job pretty thorough and they got it done quickly. Ill go back

Best wash in the IE, My whole family comes here we all let the people know what we want done specifically and they go all out with it. I highly recommend this Carwash to anyone lookin for a perfect Fresh Lookin Car... also I use to work at a car wash and Id get free washes but Id rather come here instead.

Will not be coming back here!! The ppl are nice but the service is terrible. My husband had to have them redo the vacuum because it didnt even look like they had done anything and there were wax smudges everywhere so my hubs had them go back over that. Ive only had this car two freaking weeks and they scratched the inside by my shifter and my inside door handle. So mad😡

I love bringing my car here for a wash. Its a simple car wash like your typical gas station, but what makes this one stand out from the rest is all the extra perks that you can get here.When you first pull in there are three bays to choose from. It doesnt matter which one you pull into, but make sure you know which wash package you want. The minute you pull in they start vacuuming your car while you check in with the clerk and select the air freshener you want. At this point you say bye to your car and you go inside to pay. I usually get the executive wash which is around $25 and it includes the tire shine.Once youve paid, you go outside and wait for them to wipe your car dry. They dry it clean from the outside and inside, along with the rims of your car. They also spray a little detail magic on the car a long with tire shine.After they are done cleaning your car make sure and listen for your horn, as the staff will usually honk the horn and wave a towel once they are done. Dont forget to show them your paid ticket along with a small tip for their hard work.Lastly, make sure and save your receipt for at least three days as the car wash will grant you a free wash if it rains within three days of your wash.

This is my go to car wash!! Im extremely picky when it comes to a car wash and this place gets the job done more times than none; if they miss a spot I point it out and they take care of it. (No car wash is perfect) I tried a few other in the area only to be disappointed. Based on price and quality of service, I highly recommend this place.

Riyanto is the man to see when you come in here, his professionalism, care, service and hard work coupled with his fantastic and humble personality is the reason why I’ve been coming to this particular car wash for 17 years. Dario is also competent and hard worker too, all of them as a whole, do a great job cleaning and vacuuming your car.

Everybody at mills are kind, great atmosphere, from beginning to end they took good care of me, and of course my car, great job guys, thats why you deserved the tip that I gave you and more.

A lot better than ones in Los Angeles

Paid $60 for what i thought should be a good car wash already had a bad experience with the previously figured i would give them a second chance first the guy told me since i was getting the high package it would take an hour so they were did everything right. Car came of of the was area and was dome in 20 min flakes of dirt still on the car and the inside of the door frames werent event touched. Seriously this place is perfect for a $10 carwash just hitting the outside but dont pay for the premium ones

I have been coming here for a long time, i love we can use coupons it really helps with the cost. I do watch that they clean the inside back windows and check car before i leave. One time some one took a lot of change but thats my fault for having it in there.Ive never had a bad wash here and everyone is nice.

I try to avoid this place because they take a long time when they are busy. Today I saw they werent busy, so I decided to get my car washed there. That was a bad decision. After my car went through the car wash, no one came to dry it. After 20mins, i complained and they said they only had two people to dry and clean the cars on the inside. However, while i was sitting in the waiting area, there were three employees, in uniform, relaxing on the chairs!! Needless to say, they lost my business.

Ive been twice.....gave them a 2nd chance, but not again. Did not look like they vacuumed the trunk or back seat area at all and windows were not cleaned that well. I was not impressed with the wash job they did and will not go back or recommend this place.

I have alaways washed by car here. I have never had an issue. They do a fantastic job and the owner is always very nice.

The worst interior clean I’ve ever had. Gave them 3 chances to make it better and even informed them ahead of time the 3rd time about poor vacuuming and still had dirt in my back seat and floor throughout the entire car.

Good car wash they just need to pay closer attention to cleaning the windows property

Will not be coming bacj. The guy that dried my car was nice enough to go back in and clean a couple of spots on the doors I saw he had missed which is why Im giving two instead of one. I paid $18 for the Luxury wash and another 5 bucks for tip and I am not happy. I have paid less and gotten more out of other car washes.The windshield has streaks on the inside, the outside has spots from where they let the car sit for too long with the water on it, the center console still has the dust in it comma the windows have towel lint and more streaks.

Friendly service, but not that great of a car wash and I had got the Luxury Package for $18. Missed a few spots that I cleaned after I got home
