Youre out of my head was too unique and hard to evaluate so I bound up not being able to do a deal but the staff still took their time and put as much effort into it as they could before we both mutually agreed to just move on to other items that I had. I did get top dollar and their terms are decent. I definitely recommend them.

I text Mega Pawn to inquire about there app so I can pay the interest on my loan and Thomas was such a great help. He went out of his way to help me. Not only was he very professional but he was friendly as well. I live in the city of Ontario and have many pawn shops to choose from but I prefer to drive to Montclair because they have great people working for them. I recommend this location to anyone its worth the drive.

Best place out here in the IE to take all your belongings. They will give you the best price out there.. Zach hands down has the best customer service. Just ask for him. So dont waste your time going anywhere else if looking for top dollar for your belongings.

Came in to check out blue gxr Suzuki motorcycle that I seen for months, everyone seem lazy and unmotivated, once I did see the bike the guy helping me out did not know anything about the bike or facts to help me understand the bike more just like when you go to used dealership or Walmart they help you out, but the bike handles were melting from the sun, the bike overall shape was in terrible condition but i thought positive and told the guy I’ll replace those parts if I can get a good deal they wanted 4k and did not want to negotiate even after the bike itself didn’t start had check engine light on. This place is a rip off and try to give you the least but sell more than what it worth they sell items here as new item prices. Gypsies always trying to pull fast ones on regular people.Thank you for responding makes me feel a little better but what really bothered me was the fact that I had called hours in advanced telling staff I was going to be over there to be ready cause i had cash in envelope, i didn’t have much time but I still made time to go over there wait 30 mins in line then to have whoever was manager today yell from across we can’t negotiate is rude and unprofessional. Clearly the young guy helping me out did not know much and said he will get manager but the manager had him going back and forth when he should have made time just a Few minutes to at least look me in the eyes and tell me he can not go lower for whatever reason, I was offering 3500 which was fair, and the reason why was because I would have to replaced fairings and handle bars. Why can’t a manger get off his computer for a couple minutes to possibly make a 3500 sale knowing i came far away and had cash.
