Not clean. Cashiers are slow and always talking to each other about their personal lives. Lines are always way too long. They sell expired meats, mostly expired chicken. Smells like roadkill. Can’t believe they get away with selling such poor quality food. They say “you get what you pay for” but you’re paying way too much for this type of quality. How do they pass inspection

Everytime Ive gone here the lines have been ridiculously long. If you need to get something quick then youd do better somewhere else. Not super nice either.

This place is a mess. There is always less than 4 registers open when the store is crowded. Lines go at least 3/4 deep into the isles or all the way back to the end of the isle. To save a few bucks the store is always under staffed, Ive just had it with the mess this store is. Management obviously doesnt care about social distancing or protecting its customers by opening up more lines to thin out the herd

Safe yourself a headache and don’t shop here. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a very negative experience at this store and not even corporate could give me a solution. Horrible store. My cake order was not placed when I went to pick it up so I had to make a second trip and got this. $50 for an ugly cake which was not even ready when I needed it to be. Ordered it to be done at 12pm and didn’t get it until 3pm. No discount was taken either. Store manager claims he gave me a discount and corporate chooses to believe him and call me a liar for saying I received no discount what so ever then dramatically sighs and clicks on me over the phone. Very very horrible service and disrespect

Around 2pm My husband and I we went to grab a Torta combo, the kitchen employees saids they don’t have anymore and I asked if they can make at least 4 and teh answer was not. So I went to talk to “CHARLY” The manager and he was so rude with us, I was explaining him what happen and he saids it’s nothing he can’t do about it and I told him if they are selling this very good, how come they cannot make it more and he saids, we will not make it more, but he start arguing with me instead to gave a very good explanation! So I don’t think is fair for us, because he gave us a bad treatment. Please training to the manager with a good manners. I worked in store and they told us The customer is always right even if it’s not!

Overall. Large market with good produce section. Good prices and specials. Products offered are limited to a few brands within each department.If you want Latin products, theyre in abundance, but dont expect specialized or gourmet items other than Latin ones.Large deli and bakery offering mostly Latino traditional items.

There are a lot of things from where to choose, vegetables, fruits, grains, breads pan dulce y bolillo, meet cocina,tortilleria,panaderia y carniceria.

They had different shrimp from Honduras which as a Mexican I was wondering how it would taste. Made the best cocktail ever and for that I thank El super

The women say on the register they dont had more bags for pack the groceries on a groceries store and well i was doing instacart alot of groceries and no bags that is a big issue

As a former cashier at this location, I can say that yes the lines do get long at bad times of the day. What’s funny though is that 80% of the time during my shift, hardly anyone would be shopping. The reason behind the long lines is that cashiers are scheduled for 6-8 hour shifts usually. Meaning AM and PM workers. Those starting their shifts in the PM, means lunch break was when people were getting out of their jobs and going grocery shopping. So during that 3-6PM time, cashiers would be going on lunch break and only 2 or 3 would be around at a time. It’s not really the management’s fault, it’s just that employees are limited. I shop here usually around 9PM and there’d be no lines. Also, I shopped at a couple different El Super locations, and this one is cleaner than others.

Pretty great deals are offered here. They also have a pretty decent kitchen and menu. They have a pretty good selection of goods, like other grocery store. While it does have many positive points, one of the major problems this store has are the lines. Almost every time I went to El Super, they only have 3 lines to pay open, and many of the customers have carts full of supplies, so the wait times are usually around 10-20 minutes. I strongly recommend anyone who is hungry to try their kitchens pupusas, especially when theyre fresh from the stove.

I purchase tamarind in a bag 16 oz.and the emergency is already out .they do not suppose to sell it. Was complete all the product. I call to the place that they sell to this market el super and left message the products was already out to eat no to sell it.

This is a store is very busy. You will find just about any mexican food or spices compared to Vons for say.

Good prices, very well supplied. Only bad thing is the line in the meat section can get pretty big. Sometimes you have to wait up to 15 mins or more.

Horrible customer service two check stands open with at least 10 customer in line ask the cashier to call for help she looked at us like we were crazy. Then customer contacted store manager for two manager to emerge from office to help the customer no sense of urgency from store managers.

I like the prices and the good selection of Hispanic foods. However, the lines tend to get long. I get a sense that management is not proactive in ensuring enough cashiers are available to check out customers. I personally would prefer a self-checkout isle the way Walmart and Target have adopted.

I liked the butcher shop they have the machines to make your meet thin. I did see a lot of over prized items you can get at Food4Less for a way better prize. I also tried the food court they have inside it was delicious for $20 I fed my family yummy carnitas.

Purchased 5 pounds of Pollo Asada on Monday July 27. Drove directly home, put chicken in refrigerator. Hour later took out chicken, refrigerator smelled bed. Confirmed the chicken was rotten! Entire 5 pounds in original bag tossed in trash. Will not purchase any chicken/meat from this store again.

The least expensive meat and seafood anywhere. Good prices on produce too. Its not Whole Foods but its MUCH better value. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes there because there are lines for meat and deli and then long lines at checkout. But then I only waited 30 seconds at the meat counter today. The deli counter made up for it though.

Pretty good for super market food! Showing up at 12 on a Friday, service was pretty quick and it wasnt crowded. I only paid 10 bucks for a large chicken taco, burrito and an agua fresca. I would definitely come back and try their enchiladas, they looked yummy 🤗

No local grocer can beat the great produce and meat prices. Produce can be up to a third or even a quarter of the cost of local chains like Stater Bros. Expect to bag your own groceries, which is something I enjoy doing. Try the stores own tortillas, chips, and other made-at-location products. Dont be afraid of non-English labels!

Did not get receipt for food paid for printer not working. I dont know why people keep getting their food there food is over priced

Friendly service but there was a lady in the butcher area not wearing a hair net correctly. Her bangs were fully exposed. That is unacceptable! I was glad I was tended to by someone else. The produce guy was very quick to tend to me when I pointed out mushrooms didnt have price displayed and walked me to other area where they were priced. That was nice that he dropped what he was doing to investigate. Place was clean. Love that there were no homeless hanging by the entrance because that makes people uncomfortable and draws more vagrants and beggars and scam artists.

I dont shop at this store much...I just went for their special on hamburger meat, butat the meat dept the wait was very long and when they called the numbers it seemed they mostly used spanish. Im not racist...I just dont understand the language, but I will give it a 3 star because of the politeness of the counter employee.

This place is very clean by far the cleanest El Super Ive ever been to. Im huge on cleanliness and this one takes the cake. I use to shop at the San Bernardino store but I noticed this one by moms house is nicer and cleaner. The hot foods are delicious and the bread is amazing! Thank you El Super for being good to my family.

The meat dept needs more staff, I literally waited 30 minutes to get waited on, there was only one person working, people restocking should be trained to help when you have more the 8 people waiting and should speak enough English to communicate, a few people were just walking around talking about Im trying to stay awake...
