Omg thought I was referred there for my vertigo..ended up being trying to sold 6000.00 I hearing aides. I may be getting older but I can still hear a mouse squeak. Not going back

I wanted to let you know that my experience with Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center was amazing. I provided a lot of distractions through my appointment. I needed to get my son there and had another commitment. so....... my husband took my son and was there through 1/2 of the appointment. When i came in the Dr. was willing to fill me in on what was going on. My husband left, I really felt the time to fill me in was an important part of the journey. The front staff was so kind. I had a great experience. I had a phone call for the diagnosis within days of the appointment. It really sets our minds at ease knowing what was going on with my sons hearing. I would recommend anyone to reach out to Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center in Ontario, OR

Being an ASL Interpreter, my ability to hear is precious. I had suspected Id lost some hearing in the higher frequencies, and Dr. Peterson confirmed such. He was remarkably clear, and professional in his explanation, especially why it was that I was experiencing tinnitus in my right ear. Not yet in a position for assistive devices, he didnt offered or push me into getting hearing aids I dont need. I felt more educated and confident when I left Dr. Petersons office knowing my hearing will be under his care.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The speed with which I got my hearing aids was incredible. Dr. Peterson does an outstanding job of explaining each step in the process. Highly recommend.

I enjoy going to the clinic because everyone is in great spirits and always wanting you to have the very best experience while you are there! They double check to make sure that everything is working correctly for you. I really enjoy the extremely positive atmosphere and there dedication to making sure that everything was done correctly!

The staff and doctor was extremely helpful. My son had a good experience there and they made sure I understood the diagnosis before the appointment was over.

They only had to most expensive hearing aids to try out. And I though the price was high. It wasnt for me but my mother needed them. We found a much better deal elsewhere.

They are always so friendly and helpful every time we go is a pleasant experience would recommend this place to anyone
