Today I went in for an appointment, being completely deaf from one ear my whole life I have visited multiple ear doctors and ENTs. But truly this was the best experience!! I was treated with great hospitality and my treatment was done with so much care and compassion. By a miracle what other doctors had called a dead ear I found out today that I have some hope! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Alma!!!

My experience today was so encouraging. MRS. DELGADO WAS INTERESTED IN SOLVING MY HEARING PROBLEM. I was so frustrated and and so tired of messing with my hearing aid she actually retested my hearing and reset my hearing aid to where its not doing and giving me the problems that it was just previously I am so happy with the fact that I met her today and I hope you guys keep her because she is the best shes really helped me out, I feel so much better about the future now,because I was really at my wits end with trying to hear anybody trying to talk to me.She really is the best.

The whole staff is awesome that are very helpful and knowledgeable. They really care about you they made sure I understood how to work my hearing aids correct installation of batteries. I recommend them for your hearing needs.

Everyone is polite and professional but Carmen at reception makes you look forward to going back for cleaning or minor repairs because if they can do it while you wait, from my experience they have if not real busy I cant promise. . . But Carmen from her positive attitude, helpfulness and knowledge she will do whats needed to help you. That has been my experience every time Ive taken my mother in laws in for repairs but they have actually just needed a better cleaning than I was doing. The last hearing aids we bought from another doctor had to be sent out for every thing and there was a charge for every thing every time from cleaning to adjustments which they check her hearing in back and increase the volume as needed, and if its in need of cleaning Carmen handles it out front. Sorry to babble on but it does my heart good to give credit to people that work hard to do a good job. Miracle ear always have an excellent service. They take time to evaluate the customers need. I feel like the treatment is like family. I will recommend miracle ear to everyone who need hearing aid.

Scammers. Only care about making a high cost sale and not whether the product is correct for your issues. Elder abuse with respect to scamming out of money. We will be contacting our attorneys. They arent even registered with the Better Business Bureau proving they couldnt care less about their ethics. Do not waste your time or money. They even slammed the door on our family after we confronted them on their scamming.

If I could give this Miracle Ear a minus score I would.My father had been going to this store for over 10 years. WHY I HAVE NO IDEA. When he purchased his second pair of miracle ear hearing aids from them (only because 1 had broke) and why buy just 1 right? (Hummm)Well this pair, we just found out 2 visits ago, were never the right prescription for his hearing loss. He paid 3500. after the credit for the old ones (2000.00). He went back 3 times within the 45 day warranty. They never suggested something maybe wrong with them. There were a TOTAL of 23 visits in 3 years and we just now found our they are the wrong ones. OH but for another 7500. we can get another pair. We were told it was OUR problem not theres we should have said something within the 45 days. And where was his family members 3 years ago. HE DOES NOT DRIVE! A FAMILY MEMBER HAS BEEN WITH HIM EVERY TIME!The person Alma selling the new hearing aids was worse then a used car salesman from the 1960s. Take it or leave it attitude. Until today my father has always like Carmen the receptionist!She had the worst response of anyone in the building. Well I have been here since the beginning, put her two cents in until I asked difficult questions. All of a sudden she wasnt in the room.Now we are home with his bad ones and the pieces on the ends are not the same and the tubes are not long enough to go over his ears.So we are not even sure these ARE HIS OLD ONES!Thank the Good Lord for the NICE woman Natalie at Costco who made them work until he can get this all taken care of.
