Went in to the Ontario office, very clean and professional, Kris took the time to test my ears and explain in depth what he offered and what I needed. No pressure tactics, just the proof, he than let me make the choice of which model I wanted. Pick them up on Tuesday, very quick, Kris is very professional and to the point, no hype, very nice to deal with that type of a professional person.I figure I got a good deal on the package I ordered.

Kris was a great help in getting my grandparents fit for some ears. Was super patient with them, and explained everything clearing and multiple times and never got short. Very professional and super easy to work with. If you need new ears, Kris is who you should ask for.

I am a life-long hearing aid user, have probably had 9 different sets of aids in my life. At age 72 I bought my first Miracle Ear aids. Without a doubt, they are the best I have ever had. Ever. The quality of my life has improved significantly. I hear things I have never heard before, like background music in movies, a neighbor talking to me from across the street at night. I can hear the TV without straining. Music sounds so good it can make me cry! I can hear myself singing. Amazing things! Sean has gone out of his way to help me with this, and I am most grateful. The cost was a little scary, but I think it will turn out to be well worth it.

Kris is the best! My FIL was in denial about how bad his hearing has been, Kris was able to talk him into doing the hearing test and hooked him up. My kids don’t cringe when they have to have a conversation with grandpa and Kris pretty much saved my FIL’s marriage! We are all so grateful for Kris! 🙌🏼🙌🏻

I have been having some trouble hearing and have ringing in my ears. Sean at the Ontario, Oregon Miracle ear has been wonderful. After my hearing test he explained all my options and fitted me with an amazing set of hearing aids. He has been great at answering all my questions and has just been wonderful. I highly recommend!
