The person was super helpful at the store I visited. They had a great sale going on and everything was pretty easy to find. Loved the color selection too and I liked that they had a swatch of the most popular colors.
Love their paint. Unfortunately if you go into the store and need help with colors and are a layman at home painter like me then their employees and managers are clueless. Ive been in there 2X and both times I left extremely frustrated at their lack of help. They seem helpful, but, they simply will not tell you, the layperson who works at places other than a paint shop, the different facets of painting and the details of even figuring this paint thing. They had the color but they didnt have it in quart size... Didnt really want a gallon for something a quart would take care of.
