We rented a jumper for my son’s birthday and the crew were also nice and professional. They were able to set it up perfectly and quickly! Equipment was clean and in great condition! Crew was also right on time for drop off and pick up. Great customer service. Would definitely rent from them again.

Everything ran smoothly, the jumper arrived on time and I was even able to keep it until the following morning so the kids got to jump all night! The family that runs Serrano Jumpers is amazing! We have used them a few times now and they go as far as remembering your name and address so you don’t have to tell them every time you order! They treat you like family! They communicate through the whole process and are so punctual with delivery and pick up. Their jumpers are always clean and my kids love it. They always thank you for your business and show their appreciation which I think is so nice. Unfortunately I had to cancel once and they were so understanding and ready to help me a couple weekends later. I have nothing but nice things to say. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service!!! Michelle reached out from initial contact, she confirmed a couple of days in advance. On delivery day, she reached out before arriving with her family. When they arrived we had an issue with the location we had picked for the jumper, but they were very professional and kindly helped us figure it out.
