Took my husbands work truck in, since Im stuck with it while mine is in the shop, to see why so many dash lights were on!They were very quick and informative. He even brought me around the front to show me how the oil is SUPPOSED to look! I had no idea oil wasnt dark!!!Fair prices too!Ill be bringing the other work trucks in for my husband!!Thank you 😊

I had my oil changed 7-3-21. I woke up the next day oil was in my driveway b/c my car is leaking oil. Took it back to them and they said something about a screw that is worn out. Not to mention my car making a vibrating noise now. I will never go back or recommend it anymore

Went there today for a high mileage oil change. First they tell me I need a special type of oil because my car is a Cadillac. Ive had this car for ten years and never had to before. Second, they say theyre out of the regular oil and they only have premium. I am not putting premium oil in my 99 Cadillac. I ended up leaving and went to Walmart instead for an oil change that was half the price this place was asking.

The young man Donnie the manager and the nice guy Chris really helped me with my oil change and he put air in my tire and wiped and cleaned my windows

A technician called Nikki broke my dipstick handle and no on offered to pay. They informed me on where I could purchase another. I called back to speak to the manager, he wasnt in. I left a message never got a returned call. I wouldnt try this place. Now I understand why theyre always empty and Express Lube is booming.

I must say that the newest Manager I have dealt with, Charles, is wonderful! American Lube Fast is one of the vendors we use at the car dealership that I work for. Charles went ABOVE and BEYOND today by helping me with an issue that was on the behalf of another vendor we both use. Thank you Charles for helping with that situation!!!!

These guys are amazing. The manager, Anthony is very professional and he is always willing to help you in any way he can. On more than one occasion the employees here alerted me to problems with my car that I was unaware of even though they didnt provide the service there. They told me twice when I had a bad tire and wasnt aware of it and then sent me to a place where they helped me get a tire at a good price. I highly recommend this place.

People were very pushy when i pulled in. I was expecting to only pay $25 since the sign says $25 oil change. Was quick but overall said i needed to pay $45 which was the cheapest oil they have i guess the $25 dollar oil change is for motorcycles or something??? :/ would not go here...

Needed to get my oil changed. The place I usually get it done was closed on Saturdays so ended up finding this place.When I pulled in, I kind of got a bad vibe about the place. Wasnt very clean. But stupid me, went ahead and got the service done.I popped the hood latch so they could start their inspection and oil change. I could see the guy working under the hood. He was up kind of high near my windshield and I seen him knock my washer fluid tube off the sprayer nozzle and then it looked as if he got it back on so I did not say anything, nor did the guy who told me my inspection looked good.So today, as I am putting washer fluid in my WF tank, I popped the hood and low and behold, the hose is just dangling. I get a close look and the thing is snapped. So going to have to go to the local parts store and fix their breakage.If they cannot own up to their wrong doings or atleast during the inspection tell me the thing broke, what else can you trust them with?Definitely will not be back, nor will I recommend their services!

Today was the second time going to that place. The first time they kept trying to push other unneeded services on me. Today they broke my oil dip stick in my oil tube.i know they snapped it cause I took it somewhere else to get an oil change and remove the snapped stick. The dealership I took it to said it wasnt melted but was snapped off. If u like ur car and need ur money dont go here ever. Rip off

Bad customer service. They do unnecessary work to your vehicle. They dont do what you ask them to do they do what they want to do. They dont bother to call and tell you what they are doing to it so when you pick up your vehicle you get a huge bill and its still not fixed.
