I had some engine misfiring on my 2016 Audi A3. I took it down to Performance Services, and it was diagnosed and fixed within one day. If you drive a foreign car and are in need of repairs or tuning dont hesitate to bring it to these guys. Frank and his staff are extremely professional, and do very high quality work. The price I was charged was far better than the dealers would have been, and they didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. Ill never take my Audi to another shop. Honest folks who do great work! I couldnt have asked for more. Thanks for the excellent job!

Had an unprofessional experience with our local BMW/Dealership Service Dept. I own a BMW 428 I. I took my car in for a cruise control light that was accidentally turned on. I wasnt familiar with the light bc I never use cruise control. The dealership told me that I needed $3,500 worth of work done on my car that wasnt due for service for another 3,800 miles!!! I was told that I needed an oil gasket replaced & that I needed front & back brakes. My car has 60,000 miles on it. I purchased the car from BMW & its only been serviced by BMW. Something just didnt seem right since there are no indication lights on in the car. I called around for an second opinion. In my search I found Performance Services. I spoke with Frank/Owner & Brandon who were patient & gracious enough to explain to me how the dealership runs their diagnostics. They even explained how BMW cars are built to run. I was so impressed I went & picked up my car from BMW & drove 35 minutes to have them inspect my car. Upon inspection it was determined that my car did not need any of the repairs identified by BMW. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service & most importantly the integrity. I will definately be back! I strongly recommend Performance Services.

Today Performance Services made my day! After a long frustrating week with the Mercedes Dealership Service in Montgomery, I found a highly professional team that lived up to their name. It was clearly noticeble that they really cared about their customers. I wish I had found them (actually my wife found them) 4 years ago when I moved here. From now on, I know where to bring my cars.

I took my Range Rover here to get it serviced and the first time went well. When it started having problems I took it back and they fix the issue that seemed to be causing the problem. Then it needed servicing AGAIN. I did some research online with my husband and we determined what the problem was based off what others had experienced with their vehicle. It seemed to be a battery issue. When I went by and asked them to put a new one in (after having it tested and being told I needed a new one) they wanted to argue with me over it. Never have I had to basically beg someone to service a car (and the battery did need to be changed because it was 6 years old). After picking the car up they again told me it was the battery causing the issue but guess what, the problems it had suddenly disappeared, hmmm. Then ANOTHER issue arose and this time I said forget it, I will take it to the dealership. Thank goodness I did! Not only was the WRONG BATTERY put in the car, my secondary battery was dead as a door nail. And I had dirt in my oil that was causing my engine to rev extremely high. And on top of that, my wires and hoses were not clipped back into place (I took pictures as soon as the hood was opened). So not only did they argue about what needed to be done they tried to convince me it wasn’t the battery and that it was electrical. Sorry, I will never take my car there again after that disaster. Unprofessional and ridiculous

Very friendly and overall great service! I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a Mini and I definitely did not want to make the trip to a Mini service shop. Luckily, I was able to get a same day appointment and I felt the inspection was thorough and they really took the time to offer extra assistance and to answer our questions. The shop is one of the cleanest repair shops Ive ever seen and the garage area is space and clean as well. They even have a friendly little dog that keeps you company while you wait!

I have come to trust Frank to diagnose and correct mechanical problems with her 2008 BMW. I have read other reviews that suggest that Performance Services looks to pad the bill recommending other services. However, I appreciate that other potential mechanical problems are brought to our attention prior to a system failure.I find that Performance Services labor rate to be compatible with the independent foreign facility I trust here in Dayton. If you are looking for cheap, go to Walmart. If you are interested in value, you will find it here.

Frank, Brandon and the guys have been keeping my BMW’s in shape for almost 15 years now. The old 325i has passed on to other hands but I now have a 335i and it gets all of its service from them. I’ve been forced to allow the dealer to complete airbag recall but they have and will continue to service my vehicles because they are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work. I’ve been extremely pleased for the last 15 years and expect to continue to be. The recent work they completed provided good bang for the buck. They ain’t cheap but are far more reasonable than the dealerships or any other shop I know. 😁🦅

These guys are great! I have a 2012 Audi S5 that I was taking back and forth to Atlanta for service. In between services, I had issues with my tire pressure and with my oil light. I took my car to Performance Services three or four times to have it checked out. They stopped what they were doing and immediately helped each time I was there AND NEVER CHARGED ME ONE DIME! I was at a point where I had to either purchase another Audi coverage package or pay out of pocket for my routine services. After talking to Frank, I decided not to purchase the new Audi plan. Instead, I am now taking my vehicle to them, which has saved me money and a LOT of time! They recently completed a routine service and also replaced my front roaters and brakes, at a cost that was less than what I was quoted from an Audi dealership shop. They are very honest and professional people. They have been great to work with and Im so thankful that they are local!! Thanks guys!

Performance Services is a premium auto shop for premium cars. Frank and Brandon have a vast knowledge of all German cars. They respect your time by making sure they are honest and accurate about when they can do the job and how soon it can be done. Your car will be clean when you pick it up. Communication about the status and cost of your repair is timely. You got what you paid for when you bought a German car, so get what you pay for when you get repairs and maintenance. Frank will not put knock off parts in your car and it will be fixed right, and that pays off in the long run.

I met the owner, Frank when I took my car in to have it worked on. I had the part I needed in hand, and they fixed my car right quick. If I had had my tools with me, I could have done the job myself, but I was traveling and didnt so I took my car there.This shop knows whats going on! they got me in quick, and i had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. They even did a once over of my car to make sure I was in running shape. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area, and I dont even have a German-made car!

I have used Performance Services for several years now. They are absolutely first rate mechanics and exceptionally ethical folks that you can trust. I had one experience (too long a story) that absolutely validated their honesty. Anyway, they have capably handled maintenance and repairs for my Rover, Audi and Smart, and I trust all three to them.

My daughter had her VW Tiguan towed here for a new battery. They tried to tell her she needed a brake fluid flush for around $200. A new battery for over $240. An oil change for over $220. And new rear brakes for nearly $600. Also used a scare tactic and told her the rear brakes were dangerous and needed replaced immediately (HUH!). When I questioned Brandon and one other gentleman on the phone, I received some defensive and unprofessional responses. So, I had the car towed elsewhere and got second opinions on all that was needed. I got a new battery and oil change for $270. The brakes and fluid are fine! I would suggest others use caution with this service shop. My feeling is that they were taking advantage of a 19 year old girl who knows nothing about cars! Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

Usually, I do not write reviews but I went in today to get an estimate done to get some things on my car fixed and the prices he gave me were astronomical, as in two to three times the price of another mechanic. They also tried to tell me things that were wrong with my car that were completely fine. I used to work in a different German car shop and we never charged any customer anywhere near this much, and took care of the customers vehicles.

A little bit pricey as you do not have too much choice for Euro cars, rather choose chinese cheap repair shop.

When one of my friends was in town for a visit, she had some trouble with her BMW. We found Performance Services online and they were great. She took the car to their shop and they were very nice. They showed us the problem and were able to fix it that afternoon. Highly recommended.

Its never a good experience to have your car break down but its even worse when its your daughters car and shes 600 miles away. Performance did an outstanding job taking care of us. I called on a Monday morning at 8:00 am and they had a tow truck at my daughters dorm by 8:30. By 1:00 they had diagnosed the problem and she had her car back the next day. They were friendly, helpful and efficient in getting the job done. I cant comment on price because I have no idea what it should have cost but if it was more than another place, it was worth it for the great service. Frank and his team did a great job.

These guys are the absolute best in the business. i have been taking every car i have had to frank and brandon for twelve years+ and they never fail to send me home with perfection. it is the only place to go, hands down.

Frank takes care of our 30 year-old Alfa, which might be classified as a vintage car. He keeps it functioning so well that it is still the daily drive. Worst experience ! I will never come back to this store again!! My tire pressure had a issue. I went there for service. Their invoice shows that they did charge me for checking the issue, which is usually free of charge in other store! They claimed they fixed the issue, but the issue come back again a few days! I went there do see why they didnt fix it. They did charge me again for just checking the same issue!!!!! Then, they didnt admit they wasnt able to fix the issue, and they claim they need to replace the whole parts!! I went away and drove to Atlanta, and fixed the issue without replace the whole parts! This shop is clearly fraud !!! I also heard they got two major maintenance plan. never do that!!! My friend did that and realized they just did oil change !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!

I used this auto group last year for my Mercedes. I received a full service. The price was almost equivalent to having the car serviced directly at the dealership. When I went to have my car serviced again today I realized my wheel locks were missing from my glove box. I called the company and they denied accountability. I do however take some of the blame. I was delayed in notifying them. However, I did not know/think to check for my wheel locks. They would not help cover any of the cost for replacement wheel locks. I also have had problems with my windshield wiper fluid dispensing since the service. I did not notify them of this because I was very busy and did not have time. I accept responsibility for that not working, although it was working before the service. I will not be using them again. Ill just go directly to the dealership. Also forgot to mention they kept my car 3 days to complete a (according to mercedes) 8 hour service.

Terrible service. We took my truck here to repair one problem and they found a list of other things to fix that were not broken. In the end we were told to take it to the dealer. Money wasted.

Way overpriced. They charge more than dealerships do. They are obviously trying to take advantage of the fact that they are the only game in town for getting German cars serviced. Its funny to see Frank claiming that negative reviews of his shop are phony -- he has no competition so who would be posting phony reviews? The past negative reviews are real, as is this one. I hate driving long distances to get service, but it beats being ripped off and putting up with Franks smug take it or leave it attitude.

Had a car inspected there before purchase. Drove away after they cleared it with no issues. After driving it, the steering was groaning. I checked the power steering fluid - Empty. Disappointed that I paid over $100 for an inspection when they didnt even check fluid levels.

Be prepared to be raped by these people. They tried to charge my wife $1500 to replace four spark plugs and a cabin air filter--little did they know that I was listening in on the conversation through my wifes phone which she had placed on the counter during her conversation. I have since tried to bring the car back to give them a second chance and it got worse. To change a belt and read a code they wanted $500. I then took the car elsewhere and both were done for $100. Whats worse is that there is one young guy working behind the counter, or there was at the time when this commentary was written, who is absolutely arrogant and rude and has no concept of customer service. I implore everyone, do NOT, NOT, NOT bring your car to these guys! They will screw you running as hard as they possibly can. They do NOT appreciate a customer, feel that they are doing you a favor by taking your money, and it is a shame to see that they are still in business.

Took my old Volvo there for a check engine light. Initially thought it would need a new ecu which costs about 2k. Later it turned to be just the battery running low and this costs only a few hundred. Phew... Thanks Frank!
