2002-2005 camrys have a design flaw that strips the headbolts. Dealership quoted me $6000 for a new engine, which would still have the same defect, possibly causing yet another disaster in the future. Integrity redrilled the threads for a third of the price. Bang up job. Highly recommend

After living in Auburn since 2014 and having Integrity work on my 2000 Honda on a few occasions, its time to leave a review. I have brought my car in for the following reasons: AC not blowing cold, major oil leaks from gaskets and distributor o-ring (extremely hard to reach and delicate places), and an idler pulley that was ready to fall off (if was making a horrible noise), and several diagnostic runs that helped me figure out issues that I could fix easily on my own (I like to do my own work when I can). Every single one of these problems was fixed right the first time.I also brought a friend with his Jeep. We thought it was possibly a transmission issue based on the symptoms, but the problem was an electrical one. Did I mention that these repairs were ALL done with two to three days tops from when the vehicle was brought in? On top of that youll get very good customer service, and they have always made sure to run the problems and costs by me first before working. Very grateful for this auto repair shop.

Todd and Mathen were very professional and courteous during the whole process. We had the fuel pump replaced on our van. We had it towed in on Friday and we picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. They did not leave the inside of the van dirty or greasy like at some other shops. They answered any questions or concerns we had without hesitation. We’ll return to them for all repairs and highly recommend them to everyone. They didn’t break the bank either. Lol.

Great people in an shop that lives up to its name. We were RVrs passing through with truck issues; sadly, sometimes seen as easy pickings for the dishonest. Integrity Auto worked to help us in a tight situation, and helped us find someone trustworthy who specialized in diesel repairs when things needed to go deeper.

We ended up in a real bind outside of Auburn AL and Todd and the team at Integrity are really true to the name of their shop! Really great work, really great honest folks! They also went out of their way to thank our driver who is a military veteran! Great job! Thank you! Be blessed! This shop not only cares about their customers, they care about the community! They donated their time and abilities to our recent Bus renovation project to renovate a school bus into a mobile clothes closet for children in foster care. The office manager, Todd, spent multiple Saturdays volunteering to help us remodel and paint this bus. Their work reflects the love and compassion they have for their community. The impact of their shop goes far beyond an oil change or brake job, but they do those well too! ;)

I brought my car in on June 1, 2018 to be diagnosed. I had already been to autozone and was notified that my starter, alternator, and battery were fine. One of the workers notified me that they thought it was a wiring issue. On June 4, I received a call that it was my alternator. I wasnt able to come in this day because I was out of town, but I had a warranty on my alternator so I switched it out and brought back a brand new one. The car rode fine until the 14th. I took it in June 15 because I called and let the shop know that my warning lights were back on. Later on that evening, I received a call that I needed a new alternator and was being charged another diagnostic fee. I was upset and went into the shop and I can admit that I wasnt as professional as I could have been but that is anybody and a call to the police was made, which could have been prevented if the workers would have just listened to what I was trying to ask. Well of course, an attitude was already perceived about me I dont know why. Took my vehicle to another mechanic and my alternator was FINE there were wires not put back together from the job that was SUPPOSEDLY diagnosed. Car is riding very well now.

We broke down on the highway, dreading the repair process. Limped in the shop, good vibes immediately, Todd put us in priority, sent us to a restauraunt. Came back to a very fast and fair priced repair. I wish this shop was closer to home (Atl). Thank you guys!

My husband and I got stranded while on a long road trip. Luckily we were directed to a nearby shop, which ended up being Integrity. Needless to say we were pretty bummed because we were so far away from our destination. The guys at the shop were extremely nice, and the next day our car was ready to go. They went far and beyond to help us out, they even took care of our lizard for a few hours while we got something to eat! I am extremely thankful that out of all places we couldve ended up in a strange town we ended up here! 3000 miles later and the car is still problem free! Thank you guys!

The reason you were asked to leave was because of your language and tone when you addressed my staff. Your comments about our charges of $500.00 labor are totally false. The charged labor to replace your friends a/c compressor was actually $269.82. Also your implication that Todd uses drugs is totally inappropriate. As the owner of Integrity I trust Todd with the day to day operations of my business and while his job is not easy I believe he performs admirably. As far as your friend goes I have spoken with her to make sure she is satisfied because she is my customer and I want all my customers to be satisfied. I would simply urge anyone reading your review to continue reading reviews from my customers and Harry I will be praying for you.
