Great quality, clean facility, stocked and organized, and always the lowest prices.

The prices are generally the best around. One needs to bring a bag or two for their groceries since they cut prices by not bagging your groceries nor supply bags. The grocery carts require inserting a quarter to use, but you will get your quarter back when returning the cart to its place. You can save a lot of money on items like meat there.

This was our first trip to this store, after many of my friends said they love the store. Its great as far as prices, but mostly its their store brands and other brands we dont know or use. We bought a few things to try, and Ill update my review as we try them and have a better impression.

I havent quite figured what all the fuss about this place is. They only have a very few things and if it happens to be what you like then I guess thats good. Its just that the selection is not there for me. Im not saying we need 10 different brands of taco seasoning but Im also saying we might need more than just one.

Prices on somethings are great however, the cashiers are extremely rude, and give the impression that they could care less about ur experience there.

Love the deals and just makes shopping easier and fun knowing I can save money and get groceries that my kids love to eat!!! I have 8 children and can spend $100.00 or less and they are happy! Also was able to sneak some veggies in with the plant based meat selection they provide!!! Thank you Aldis for not draining my pockets!!!!!

Its okay, nice new store well organized. Excited to see they stock organic pears only to find out each bag had rotten pears.Several produce did not have prices listed.Only two registers where open and the cashier we went through was rushing us through, started ringing up the people behind us before giving us our receipt.I have the feeling it will be chaotic at this store if they ever get busy.I do like the idea of using your own bags to cut down on plastic waste. Also like the cart return system where no worries of carts in parking lot ramming your vehicle.

The prices are amazing, but the cashier was so rude. I’ve been there 3 times and every time I’ve had the same cashier- younger white man with dirty blonde hair. Each time he rolled his eyes, did not say a word, and just threw my things into the cart. One time in specific my friend and I had come in and we had shared one cart. When we got to the register we told him that we wanted to use our cart and the one at the register so we could keep our items separate. I pushed my cart up next to him so he could put my things in it, and apparently I didn’t put it close enough because he grabbed the side of it and slammed it into the side of the register. He then rolled his eyes so hard I thought they’d fall out of his head and continued ringing up our things. Once we were both finished we pushed our carts to the ledge at the end of the store to pack our things into bags. The cashier came up to us and tried grabbing one of the carts and when we said we weren’t finished, he sighed loudly and, again, rolled his eyes. I am baffled that he still works there considering I witnessed his rudeness towards not only us, but every other customer ahead of us in line. If you fire him, aldi will be much better off.

Always great prices and while the dont always have everything we need they have a lot of good items.

Aldi is our once a week supermarket. We come for the savings but more importantly its safe. All employees wear masks and require all customers to wear masks. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they open a half hour early for high risk people. We travel an hour just to shop here. We live in rural Alabama and our more local stores do not enforce the mask mandate.

The store was great lots of great things, but when checking out women looked at my shirt and found it offensive. It was guns and she started throwing the shopping goods into the cart, my glass bottles and produce. I understand efficiency, however I had to ask her not to break my stuff. Uncalled for...

Buy brands youve never heard of for same price as brands you have heard of. Why would ya do that?

Great products with great prices but very rude cashiers. Working in retail can be very demanding and exhausting I know, but when I ask you not to throw my stuff in the cart and then you continue to throw boxes on top of my now squished breads, not cool. Wont be back.

Let me start off by saying the store is great. I am simply reviewing todays experience with the customer service. I will not mention the young mans name but I do have the receipt with his name should a manager wish to contact me. Todays cashier did not so much as utter one word to me and my family, although we took the time to say hello from the beginning, thank you, and have a good night. In fact, he made the situation quiet awkward as he literally snatched the buggy from my daughter, twice, and acted as though my wife was irritating him by placing items on the conveyor belt. Obviously this young man could have been having a bad day...but that in No way gives him the right to act such a way with customers who support the business. Bad form young man..bad form! Heres to hoping my next experience leads to an updated rating for a store with potential.

I didnt know what to expect when I went. You deposit. 25 to get your buggy. Over 95% of their items are generic brands. You have to bring your own bags or purchase their bags for .10 cents. Prices are reasonable. I just want their fruits, vegetables, eggs, and chicken. No shelf items. I didnt see many brand names products

1st time in an Aldis. Not a huge store, but lots to choose from. Prices seem to be outstanding. We spent less than $10 on probably $20 worth of stuff. Havent tried any of it yet, but plan on coming back.

I usually dont have problems with Aldis. Their customer service is mediocre. At my store in Opleika, AL theres mostly young college kids. Today, I had an interesting experience. I turned my head for a second and this kid was trying to ring up so fast he started ringing up my stuff with the lady in front of me. The lady had a plastic bag in between to separate our stuff and he had the rudeness to tell me well next time put this thing and held up the separator in between. Okay kid who do you think you are you to talk to me like that. Im a young person too, but Im older than you so calm down. Also, the lady in front of me didnt even have a separator for her stuff and the customer in front of her. Dont you ever talk down to me like again or else there will be a problem next time. I wont be getting sick from people touching those separators. Thanks. Next time take notice of the space between groups of items and the bag that clearly separates them.

A little surprising this is a good place to go. I can get in get what I need and get out pretty fast. It does seem like the products they keep in stock changes quite often. Im not talking about stuff going out of date but more like he dont buy something this week they might not get it back in next week. Instead replace it with something else. Also it looks like a they have a little bit of exotic type stuff they bring in.

Watch your expiration dates and look carefully at produce before purchase. For instance, 2 percent milk has been 25 cents higher than other milk for weeks. There is only one brand. One would think they had too little of it, or they were trying to even out expiration dates. But as time goes on and people pick other milk, the expiration dates in the 2 percent have gotten worse and worse by comparison. IE, no one is paying attention to either the price or expiration dates or both. This lack of attention locally seems to undermine organization goals which are obviously to provide good products at cheap prices. So...watch carefully and get good bargains. Dont get attached to any particular product because it may be the last time you see it as products come and go. This is especially true of frozen foods.

The prices are good. The selection isnt as large as walmart or Kroger. But I kind of enjoy that. It makes grocery shopping simpler and faster.

Arrived to find employee stationed outside to clean carts as customers returned them. All of the carts were unlocked. Left Kroger across street because they were not cleaning carts - and greeter told me that Kroger doesnt care about employees and why would I think that they would care about customers. Not much of a selection in store, but clean and lots of light and room inside. Dont have reference prices for what I bought, as I couldnt find brands that Id normally select. Lots better experience here than Ive ever had across the street...Mama Cozzis - Frozen and Fresh Pizza - Absolutely the worst pizza Ive ever had... Many other odd brands (maybe their own) some of which are very bland/tasteless.

The customer service can be improved. Among my three different visits to this store, I have met cashiers that are on opposite ends of the spectrum- some are helpful and friendly while others come across as apathetic and rude. I have not seen any other employees in the store though. The produce has not been appealing because every time I have checked out the berries, apples, and mushrooms, they all leave me questioning whether anyone looks at it before it goes onto the shelf. Strawberries always have some kind of mold growing on them, the white mushrooms commonly have dark brown spots, and I have found apples that are half rotten. However, they do have a great selection of products in the rest of the store. It is the only place I can find an abundance of imported German foods.

Fantastic prices!!! The quality of food is great most of the time BUT I have bought old/spoiled food several times and on two different occasions, I was overcharged for items!! Always check your receipt before you leave the store because Aldi does not have a phone number you can call, not even a corporate number so youll have to ask for a manager at the store if you have any issues. The employees havent been the best with their customer service but i think thats because they are pressured to be fast fast fast so they are just always stressing and in such a hurry that they dont talk to you and they dont take care of your food when theyre throwing it all in another cart. But, again the prices are fantastic.

They have cheaper produce lots of times. However, they arent the freshest produce. I still havent found the low carb bread, that every Aldi seems to have but this one. The heavy whipping cream is the cheapest.

Bought 2 half pork butts. Great price. Got them home and they spell rancid. Not worth the savings, go to a reputable grocer or butcher store.
