I walked in here so nice and a cashier gave me attitude about doing a return with no receipt for store credit. She said I would have to come back into the morning when the manager was there because she doesnt know nothing about store credit while giving me nasty looks. Called another store 10 minutes down the road and they gladly helped me and gave me a store credit. Came back just to spite the girl that gave me an attitude and I stood at the register for five minutes because they couldnt figure out how to scan the gift card after I had told them literally twice that they had to just run it across the scanner and it would come up. This Dollar General is so incompetent and they dont know how to do their job. And then she wants to stand behind the register and excessively continue to claim that she doesnt know anything about store credit while I was standing there. Rika is her name.

This store is awful. The shelves stay empty and the coolers as far as milk are always empty. Pet food is always empty too. The only reason I have it a 1 star is because the employees are always nice.

Absolutely nothing rang up for the amount on the shelf under the items purchased. I will not go back to this location again.

Visiting from out of state and stopped here since it was close to where we were staying. I have never been in a more nastier DG than this one. Stock bins lined the back wall to where I had to pick up the back end of my buggy to turn a corner. The Christmas aisle was in such disarray with items all over the floor. Had to wait and let other customers go first because the aisles were so packed with stock bins. Not a lot of product on the shelves.No light is the refrigerated section. I gave it 1 star because I had to. Manager needs to get a grip or seek employment elsewhere.

This DG is so crowded and disorganized. The shelves were not stocked midday and boxes stacked 6-7 feet tall blocked each and every isle. Basically an over crowded convenient store full of boxes and shoppers. The staff is under staffed. The nice lady who seemed to be the only one their was kind and overworked with one check out station open.

There was only one dg employee working and sounded like she was a assistant manager needed in a day off work she was on the phone begging someone for a day off work while waiting on customer as well. She done a good job that night hats off to the DG employee she was handling things very well... great job ...

They need to have at least three employees at a time. Dollar general corporations are so cheap they expect one cashier to take on a town. And the other employee is either smoking a cigarette or stocking. I understand they have to stock the store but I didnt come to dollar general to wait all damn day so your store can be restocked. I thought it was customers first. Not at any location dollar general.

I enjoyed my visit there it was the first time I had been there since the remodel my time there tonight was quite enjoyable then the storm tried to set in shortly after leaving but that has nothing to do with Dollar general it was about anyway i had a pleasant time while there and it was much needed since not to often do I have those so thanks DG keep it up with the awesome atmosphere much appreciated

I live about 2 minutes away so this is my go to store, but recently the staff has been disrespectful, and very unhelpful! Today they had a sale posted in the middle of the floor right as u walk in 3/12pack coke products for $11 I tried to purchase based on the sale and was not only charged full price but was laughed at by the clerk for asking why i didnt receive the sales price...the lady behind me in line proceeded to tell the clerk it was wrong for her to laugh and bad customer service the clerk told the elderly lady there is another dollar general down the road on Hwy 80 u can go there also told me to go to that store if I wanted the sales price because the manager was unavailable

Staff could be nicer. New store has much better flow. Glad to have fresh fruits and veggies, but could tell some have been frozen for awhile. Prices compare to grocery stores on produce.

If you live far out in Lee County this is an excellent place to pick up essentials you may have forgotten while you were in town. Milk, bread, eggs, cheese, etc. Great selection for the store size, and the prices are great too. Word to the wise and only complaint I would give is they dont seem to rotate their 6 and 12 pack canned soda stock often. Ive bought some that tasted pretty old. But there 2 liters are always fresh. And all other stock, pastries, donuts, breads, fairy stuff-always fresh.

This is a typical Dollar General. You arent going to get stellar service or anything like that. It was clean, and well stocked which is all most people need.I didnt much care for waiting at the register for several minutes because all employees were in the back. When one finally came out, she glanced at me and said, Someone will be out to help you in bit and walked away, to (apparently) browse the store shelves.Worth noting: if you use your debit card and opt to receive cash back, they will charge you an extra $1.50 in convenience fees.

I swear I stop here every day or two. They have all the essentials, the store is clean and the service is quick. Its perfect for picking up things on the way home when you dont want to have to traverse the big box stores.

They recently renovated the store and i love it! Fresh fruit and vegetables are in stock as well as a more cleaner and bigger space as you come in. Need to have more cashiers though.

Had to call out for someone to come check me out. After several shouts a young lady came out of office. desperately need more help in this store.

I allways shop here their prices are great compaired to other stores and i dont like being crowded. They have online coupons as well just download the app. Sat. Is 5.00 off 20.00 purchase.

They were out of everything.Freezer cases were almost empty.no cheese at all and broken eggs.never seen this store this bad.

This store is nasty! It is very cluttered and you cant move up and down the isles. You cant ever get a buggy because they are always full of merchandise that needs to be stocked. Even thought this store is convenient to my home, I try to avoid it! Someone needs to really get that store cleaned up. The clerks act like they dont want to be there most of the time.
