Ive been here for over 20 minutes and the Verizon Rep never simply said hello when I walked in. She still hasnt even looked over and at least acknowledged my presence with a simple Ill be with you in a moment maam NOTHING. This rude experience already has me second guessing switching to Verizon, but I already received the phone as a gift. If I could rate this store and the customer service zero stars I would. I honestly dont understand how people like this even get a job at all when you dont even know Basic Customer Service 101- Greet your darn customer, be polite, act like you care even if you dont. #DISGUSTED #SMDH

The lady that helped me stayed quite a while helping me get my info transferred to my new phone. There was no rush, she answered all my questions thoroughly and even helped make some needed changes to my account. I really appreciate when someone goes over & above to provide good service. These guys had locked their doors but that cute little pregnant working Mom stayed until my business was taken care of! Thank you Breonna

I went here for a simple activation of my new SIM card that I was told was already activated. The service was unpleasant as soon as I walked in. There was no greeting and during my exchange with who I assume was a new employee, there was awkward silence besides me telling the associate what my problem was. There was another associate who was “helping” the new associate, but that just consisted of the associate talking on her personal cellphone while she continued to sit down in her own chair and walk the new associate through the steps to help me. It was as if the old associate was on a personal break by her behavior, but I would assume breaks are taken outside the main area to eliminate these assumptions, right?Overall, I would have at least expected for either associates to be courteous and possibly have a friendly conversation but the new one seemed to be involved in just learning how to help me and the other was more concerned with her personal phone call. I have consistently contacted Verizon about the horrible phone service and with this minimal customer service added to my disappointment, I will be switching companies very soon.
Walked in and the greeting, to me, sets the way the sale is going to be. Her greeting was pleasant and welcoming. I told her what I was looking for and she began searching and found one. I was in and out with in 15 minutes. I will be going back for a new phone.

I had an appointment today. I received a message stating I was checked in & a text would be sent when it was my turn.Waited over an hour & was never called in. I called the store & a call service (uselss) was not aware of the process. #leavingverizonafter30years

Well a few months back their service was not good but since the first of the year they put a manager named Michael the change for me has been miraculous now I recommend family and friends because I am confident they will receive great service
Very disappointed. Newly hired Employee who wo permission setup alternate ICloud address that which I have no clue what my password is cause it wasnt set up by me. Then tossed my sim card in garbage cause I was told no longer needed so all music purchased and downloaded to device being replaced was gone forever

Helpful, but many of the tasks they do will cost you money, most of which a corporate location will do for free. Phone to phone complete transfer Opelousas- $20, Lafayette- free. SIM card replacement Opelousas- about $30 after tax, Lafayette- free. I have a Toyota Carolla, so its much cheaper for me to just drive to Lafayette.

Automatically charge $20 for file transfer. Associate ask for me to enter email address and thats it. Files were on my cloud
