We had to replace your driver’s side rear window guide in our Audi A3 TDI wagon. After calling multiple stores, we got a hold of someone at Auto Zone who told us the part was available at the Blanding Blvd HUB. After a short drive to Orange Park, we were greeting with professional service in a tidy store and sure enough, the part was there. I’ll be happy to drive back to OP if and when they have the parts I need in stock!

I like Autozone for the customer service and discount rates. They also do price matching. This particular location is one of the main hubs for the area and will often carry things that the other stores may have to order from. Overall Ill continue to go to Autozone ad my 1st choice. They also offer a lot of great specials on oil change kits, discount coupons, store incentive programs like the $20 after 5 purchases of $20 or more.

Auto zone on Blanding is great, I can always fined what I need and they give a fantastic customer service, Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to help if need to check anything g on vehicle. Love that they close at 12am, I can work late and still be able to go in and shop, there is time that I call the store and they would put what I need on hold to pickup at a later time with putting money down!!!! Wooooo. Love it!!!!

Leaving the mall last night, BOTH of headlights went out. I managed to drive my car to the Autozone with my high beans on. The manager Tony patiently helped me troubleshoot the issue until we got it resolved. Best service ever! Thank you Tony!

I use this autozone for any urgent car repair needs. The employees are knowledgeable. They have a decent inventory and can get other parts usually within a day. Prices are higher than some online retailers, but when I need something urgently this is a good option.

I went to go get my battery checked through this location and the manager, Carlos was over the top helpful!! Carlos explained to us that our battery needs changed and he was very personable with us and was more than welcome to help us answer questions about our stereo system as well!! Way to go Carlos!!

I cant agree more with others review in regards to Desmonds customer service. This young man has helped me out a few different times in a pinch. He is eager to help and always has a smile on his face. Love the late night hours too as I usually have to come from Mandarin.

Never had an issue here... I like just grabbing things for my truck here and there and the staff is honest. I asked about a product and the worker looked at it on the computer and was honest about how its cheaper online which I really appreciate. Not gonna name them so they dont get yelled at or whatever

Auto zone located off blanding in orange park, excellent location, easy access from blanding and the meadows. Lots of parking, great service, stall are always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are decent, competitive with other parts places. Always a pleasure, in and out with no problems. Love the rewards program, and also the military discounts. A+ Keep up the good work..

They were only place that had part in stock. Had to drive from 32043 to 32073 however staff at both places were friendly, knew about the parts plus extra I asked. Desmond at this location is absolutely outstanding! This young man installed my new battery, checked the cables, installed a new bracket and was just all around fantastic. Desmond didnt skip a beat, polite, out going, friendly he is a great asset to this company! Honestly after my last experience at a another AutoZone store ...I was hesitant. I had a very unfortunate situation at the other OP AutoZone location...the young man that works there Skyler accidentally cut my ac line and stripped out the bolts to the battery. I went back and spoke to a manager and they just gave me the new ac lines....no receipt, no record of the damage to my vehicle. After I realized Skyler stripped out the battery bolts I went by there one day to grab larger bolts...at that time he told me he cant put them on my truck because ...... I am a liability this kid jacked up my truck and he had the nerve to say Im a liability ....no actually Honey youre a liability to the company and should never be allowed to touch any customers vehicle! The crew at the 248 Blanding location are the best they made good on the battery and the service was outstanding!

My battery went out in the eyelab parking lot. I walked to Autozone. Bob helped me out. He has amazing customer service. He helped me get my truck started so I could get it closer to the store. No other autoparts place stays open until midnight. Ive had my vehicle break down late or needed car parts late that i needed to get to have my vehicle going by the next morning to get somewhere i had to be . not having to wait untill the next day to get the parts has saved me major for places i had to be the next morning was crucial. Need to check though because not all of them are open that late

Too many customers and not enough staff. If you needed to pick up something on the shelf it would take you 20 minutes in line to get out! Not going to wait!

Always get what I need, but recently have had to pay for it in Middleburg and drive to with Brannan Field Rd or Orangepark store to pick up what I need. But overall at least I do not have to shop with the competitors who always have to special order parts that takes days to get. Also enjoy the fact that Autozone gives all Veterans a discount and not just those that retire.

Grabbed some Wipers for my Expedition had a little trouble putting on Tony came out and took care of both of them for me.

My husband called the only AutoZone opened and we were glad they were, and never had an issue until tonight. He called and asked if they had his part he needed, the guy looked it up and told my husband yes. So we took a round trip hour drive to get the part, and got there. Then come to find out they don’t have his part after all. He really needed it tonight. My husband is very upset. Only because he was told by one of the AutoZone staff members at 10:17pm on the phone, that they had the part he needed, and spent an hour drive to and from the store, leaving with no parts.

Called before driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home to make sure they had my part in stock. They said Yes, we have 1!.So I drive all the way there only to be told when I got there it was out of stock because they pulled it to ship to someone else. Unreal. Dont even bother with your bs generic fake response Autozone!!!!! I will not purchase from your company anymore. I will take my business elsewhere. I am VERY angry. Looks like Stephanies husband a few comments down had the same issue with you guys. Management is horrible other than that its autozone got video of being told they would not warranty their own part as I am showing them it on their website.

My oil light came so I stopped at AutoZone for a quart of oil..Alex checked me out and out of the kindness of him heart he poured the oil in the dispenser for me..I felt blessed for his help!

Just had a terrible experience with your employee Trish or Trisha. Walked in at 7:30pm, already had the gas cap part number I needed, asked where gas caps were and she pointed me in that direction. I looked, only to see it not on the floor. Ok fine, Ill just go ask at the counter. At this point shes now helping someone look up a part that neither were sure what they were actually looking for. Knowing this the gentleman told Trish, just take care of him real quick, Im not in a rush to which she immediately replied no. Im going to take care of you. Even that customer looked at me out of the corner of his eyes like whoa, wasnt expecting her to say that! And frankly, neither was I. I literally could have (and should have) been in and out in under 5 minutes and not interrupted any other employee or customer, but Trish felt it necessary to rudely state that no, shell take care of who she wants rather than doing what the customer just said, which was to take care of the next person since they werent sure which part they were looking for and would need to take up more time. Personally I routinely let other people go in front of me if its pretty clear they will be in & out very quickly - Ive never had a cashier even hint at saying no to one customer letting another customer go before them. This was a very bizarre experience for me. I will give Trish credit - she was very friendly with who she was helping, but immensely rude towards me. She (and this team) clearly would benefit from training. After the customer in front of me stated to let me go, she couldve looked up and asked me you already have that part number ready? To which I wouldve replied yes, she wouldve looked it up and bada bing bada boom 20 seconds later the gas cap is in my hands, paid for and Im out the door happy not taking up anyones time. But no. Trish(a) had an attitude and now here I am writing this review. Ive been a lifelong Autozone customer - in part due to proximity to me, but also Ive always had pleasant experiences and find value in the products at the prices they have. This single transaction that totaled no more than $30 has reversed that opinion. Advanced Auto Parts will be who I go to locally now for anything automotive related. Incredibly disappointed with this location and the staff here

Clean store with great knowledgeable employees. Carlos has saved me a lot of money and helped me with complex issues 3+ times now. This is worth driving the extra 5 miles past all of the other hardware stores.*update* Bryan was an awesome associate, he helped us find the right battery for our car and install it in the freezing cold. Called up here and got a hold of Robert, I was skeptical of another stores diagnosis of my alternator. Bob had no problem testing my alternator outside of my vehicle and showing me the test results for the alternator. Very helpful and knowledgeable.Second great experience with Bob. Vacuum pump broke apart in my 2016 Chevy Colorado, which required me to remove the whole valve cover, in order to get the bits of broken metal out of my valve train. Bad online information about torque specs caused me to break a camshaft bolt off in the block. Bob was very helpful at assuaging my fear and anxiety concerning the matter, setting me up with an extractor set, and all the knowledge I needed to remove the bolt to myself. With his expert advice I was finished in a pinch.

I had a part delivered that seemed a little off. Came covered in fluid and I’m not used to seeing that. The location close to me hadn’t either and said they thought the part was no good and some mix up must of happened. I was told the go to this location to solve the issue. Once I got there, chip was waiting to fix the issue. The part was ok to begin with. The manufacturer just sends it like that. Even tho it wasn’t bad, he still exchanged it for a different one, no fluid on it at all. Gave a discount for the inconvenience of my local store not knowing about the part and sending me 45 mins away. He made the situation simple and less stressful. He also made sure I had the right fluid for my Honda’s power steering pump. The location near me has been giving me the wrong fluid for years. Possible the reason the other one when bad. Won’t go to my location for major parts anymore. I’ll go to this location so I know I’m in good hands and given right advice. Thank you
