I always come here to fill my tires and i was a customer with my previous vehicles. They are always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with their work. Just use discernment in all you have done.

Mavis has always been very reasonable to deal with. Recently my car developed an unusual break noise. The mechanic took about 40 minutes to check it out at no charge as it was viewed as an inspection. Their price on tires is very competitive and I have been satisfied with all work they have done for me over the years. Highly recommend them.

I’m so grateful to Tom and Levi for helping me when I needed it. Another tire shop wouldn’t plug/patch my tire because they said the tread was too low and I need a whole new set! I took my truck to Tom from a friend’s referral and he looked at my tires and said they still have plenty of mileage on them and fixed it for me as a walk in. They worked me in as a walk in and I was in and out in now time. Tom also helped me with another totally separate car issue! I so appreciate their honesty and friendly service. I had an issue with a tire on my company vehicle. I rolled in to mavis in orange park just as they were closing. They could have sent me away but they did Not. This was my 1st time visiting this shop (Orange park location). I needed my brakes fixed. What made me choose this location is the reviews. Let me tell you the reviews were right on! Levi displayed exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what my vehicle needed and prices are reasonable. Also, gave me a list of other things that need to be fixed. Tom was also very courteous . I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for affordable prices and friendly atmosphere!

Just happen to have a tire blowout next door to their place. The people there were very professional courteous and more than happy to help you out. They put me four new tires on right then and there. And they were a price competitive as most places. And I gave them a 10 on their reviews

Today I had my husband & my son take the car to Mavis Tire of Orange park location and the service technician’s name was Levi. He did an excellent job repairing the issue that we’d been experiencing with my vehicle’s tires. Levi’s service was fast, friendly, efficient and he was extremely knowledgeable. Great place to get the tires you need at great prices. Got in with an appointment. 4 new tires and alignment only took 1 hour. The crew here; Awesome! Brought my 3 year old daughter with me. They took it off the fishing tournament and put on Disney+. I wasnt excited about watching Frozen for the millionth time; but she enjoyed it. The crew here made all the difference. Fast, friendly, courteous. Ill be coming back. This is my new tire place.

Yesterday, I had to stop at mavis tires on park ave in Orange Park because my tires needed air. A guy name Tim store manager was very helpful with putting air in my tires. Also we went a extra mile for me I had ask him a question about my window ripers. They were not putting out my water to clean my windows and he was so nice and professional he added window washer to my car. After that he unclogged my sprayer and got it working right again for me.thank you again Tim.

Saved the day! Came in on two flat front tires. Apparently run flats are awesome but really hard to find. They were ablento locate a set in town, have delivered in and hour and a half, on my way 30 min after that.

Nothing short of fantastic my first visit. Came in to get a tire replaced due to leaking air, Levi and Tom were not only helpful in explaining what was going on but were also very time-manageable. I was told an hour and was out in 40 minutes with a patched tire (perfectly fine as it fixed the situation and saved me money). Anyone with car issues should DEFINITELY head over to this place as youll be well taken care of!

Took our car in for front end work525.00 later told us what was wrong and that we were good to go. A week later very loud noise coming from the front end took the car back to them the manager told us it was the belt making the noise at that point told him what he was full of. Left the car again then they call again wanting another 650.00 dollars saying now my ball joints have gone bad. Imagine that they both went bad in a week. Last time I will grace their door. Also called and made a complaint with corporate was told the district manager would call me shortly that was three days ago.

Tom and Levi were both very friendly and helpful. Took me right in and got my tire taken care of quickly. Absolutely recommend and will return here in the future.

This place is not qualified to service a bicycle, let alone a car. Service advisor Tom has no customer skills and they have a young kid working there that can’t even pull in a vehicle without running over the outriggers for the car lift. The service advisor gives off the vibe of lazy, as I observed him turning away money with only one car in the bays. Some fella came in and said he spoke with someone that morning and needed an oil change. Advisor immediately told him well you didn’t speak to me and he couldn’t get him in until 9. This was around 8. After the gentleman asked if he could bring it back then. The advisor looked at him and at the computer and said well I was wrong we can’t get it in until 10. The customer said I’ll take it somewhere else and left. To wrap up the story, I had a tire patched on 3/30 and this morning, 3/31, it was lower than it was yesterday. Can’t really take it back and have them redo it for free since I was a fleet customer and he didn’t want to fool with writing up a service ticket for a fleet charge. He said it was to much trouble to deal with fleet charges.

First time at Mavis and Leonard greeted me as soon as I walked in. The lounge was clean, free WIFI, paid vending machines and they were very thorough with my service. I’m already planning on purchasing my new tires from here due to the service I received. I would highly recommend and refer my friends to come and visit!

Went in for a knocking noise was quoted over the phone over $900 then Tony/Tom? said he could get it to just above $800. After all said and done I paid $1200. I need my car! I then inquired how in the world it went over $400 more, which I never ok’d? That’s a HUGE jump in price. He said he quoted me that and everything is recorded. I then asked for the phone recording. He said he’d contact his supervisor and would get it for me. After 3 weeks, multiple phone calls and inquiries no recording has been provided. Speaks volumes! I’ve written a letter to corporate and hope they will respond to my inquiry. So my advise, use them at your own risk. 👎🏻

Went to Mavis in OP to get a tire for a friend. While I was there waiting, customers were paying for their services. One customer was paying for his and the total was 80 or so dollars more than he was quoted on the phone. Kristen handled this guy like Ive never seen before. This man was just looking for a free ride.. kept throwing that, God bless you, in his begging. She kept telling him he received a discount on everything they did for him, but he wanted more, more and still more!! She wound up giving him some other last discount to make him happy and get him out.Kristen is a phenomenal customer service manager and being in management all my life, shes definitely a keeper!Because of her, yall will gain my business.Thanks Kristen for your sensational customer service, its so hard to find anymore in this cruel viscous world!

Went in on a Friday afternoon when they were super busy told them my issue and was going to have to wait and I understood, but Tom that was behind the desk stopped what he was doing and went and got my car and took care of my car right away. Great experience. They showed me the condition of my brakes and answered all my questions. Turns out I still have more brake life left on my car, a previous shop told me I was in dire need of new front brakes. Mavis employee was honest with me about the condition of my brakes.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Messed up my front driver side shock and when they went to fix it they kept it for multiple days although it was a small fix. One morning I had to pick up my tools for work they ignored the phone for an hour and no one came up front. Never coming here again.

I went into the store for a simple fill up on one of my tires before making a trip across the state. Not only did they fill my tire with air, they brought me out to show me something with my tire. There was a nail in it, outside wall too. My heart dropped. Not only were very reasonable with pricing, but they also changed my tire, rotated and balanced on the spot. I came through at 5:30 knowing that the shop closed at 6. I felt bad, but had no choice. I will always come to this location and send all my family and friends here for car help.

I visit Mavis once a month to have the air checked in my tires. On June 12 I was there again to have a burned out brake light replaced, the guy was very polite and put a new bulb in very quickly.I was very happy with the service I received.
