Took great care of tires, fixed with no problems bought 4 tires a week earlier and the hazard extra warranty is well worth it.

Very courteous & helpful.I had low tire pressure. & he checked all 4 tires. I needed a little air in left front tire.Just as he said,the dash warning light turned off as I headed out the parking lot😊

Walmart, believe it or not, is the cheapest place to do auto repairs, if they can do it, but sometimes they might recommend somebody, like a brother-in-law or something. Again, a one-stop place!!!This is on a Sunday!

Staff was very nice and thorough. They took their time to explain the issues with the car and made sure I felt like I understood what was going on the whole time.

Everything is dependent on Bob, nobody can do anything without Bob. Bob didn’t do anything wrong but the fact that the work center shuts down without him is ridiculous.Walmart... you are a multi billion dollar company, do better.

These guys are in no hurry to do anything. Got here and pulled right up to the bay. An hour and a half later they are just pulling the tires off. Your better off to buy here and take elsewhere to have them put on

You always have low expectations of this place going in....to get any type of idea how long the service is going to take is impossible. Can the people signing you in take into account that every tech is going to move a slow as possible and all engage in group conversations that make them move slower, and give some sort of ball park actual estimate. One car in the bay with a set of tires w/3 techs. Pull in for oil change 90 minutes later it’s on the lift getting the work done....If they have the nerve to tell you the wait time, know they just spin the wheel or throw a dart. Add 1 hour minimum then decide if the $5 your save is worth trading some of your life for.If you think about going here know that this will be exactly the way it plays out...and you will only have yourself to blame for not taking the advice.

No sense of urgency on anybodys part. Almost 4 hrs to change 2 tires. A few vehicles outside. Techs are having a good time.

Why bother having a phone for auto center? They arent going to answer it.

Not pleased to pay for lifetime rotate and balance and have to wait for so long for the rotate. After visiting, all was normal, and got on the interstate, needless to say couldnt hold the steering wheel, had to visit an after hour service for the vibration. Not pleased with balance results!

Arrived 8AM for Oil change and nail removal from tire. They returned my keys at 11AM. Excuse was workers called out. Or running late. A good Manager would have a back up plan. Especially when customers like getting there vehicle serviced early. And now Im going to need and alignment because they did not balanced the tire correctly.

Dont let the fact that its tucked into the back corner fool you its a great place to go for real professional service if you need a battery, quick service job or just a set of tires. They have combined Wal-Marts famous low prices and great customer service with some of your basic automobile needs. You will be pleasantly surprised by their professional and quick while you shop service. It doesnt even feel like you are waiting on your car to get done when you are finding such great deals on everything Wal-Mart has to offer from groceries, baby goods, clothing for the entire family, housewares, to gardening supplies and personal needs with a huge pharmacy you can truly get it all done in one place for less money and a lot less time. Just dont forget its tucked in the side almost to the back of the store behind the large garden department for your convenience away from the very busy front entrances of the store. So dont forget to look for the sign letting you know this store has a place for your automobile needs to.

Two days in a row oil change wait is standard 3- 4hrs, same thing at branan field even though less than 2 cars, but the guys having a good conversation in the bay.

Always find an excuse not to help you. Even had one refer me to a business across the street. Dont even bother going if its an hour before closing time.

Went there for one tire to get changed something that should take not even 30 muinets tho there were two cars ahead of me I asked the machenic how long the wait time would be he said about an hour almost 2 hours later they were JUST pulling my car up and ontop of that an extra 30 minutes to actually get the tire on it would have been quicker if they just gave me the tire and I put it on myself. Overall service was slow and could use some improvement

Ive been to this department at the Blanding Wal-Mart several times in the last couple of months and i can tell you i thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience great products to choose from. Batteries to accessories and even key chains they have some really great things to choose from. I needed a battery but also found a great selection of battery charges from the kind you plug in at home and charge your battery over night to the kind you charge the charger and put it in your trunk and if your battery dies you just take the charger out of the trunk hook it up and bamm your vehicle starts right up they can even jump start your vehicle more then once before needing to be recharged themselves. Then you just take them into your house or garage plug it in and leave it to charge and return it to the trunk of your vehicle before you leave the next day. Trust me they have even more great things for your vehicle to anda really great guy to help you. Hes always helpful and very cheerful even though hes is usually all by himself back there to answer the phones that are always ringing to making sure the mechanics are getting the right cars to work on and ringing up your purchases after helping you find just what you needed, or just couldnt live without 😊😊😊. But please remember to bring your patience with you because most of the time there is only one very nice guy to help everyone that comes in there. I guarantee youll find something that your car just has to have.

Excellent service! Auto employees bent over backwards to help me get my new battery. They closed at 7pm, I didnt realize and showed up at 7:02 as they were walking off. They stopped and came back JUST to help me! Bravo on the customer service! Paul the manager was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He had my old battery tested, tossed out, and had my new one in hand all in about 5 mins. And in that time, personally replaced the battery inside my keyless entry keys so I could start setting my alarm on my car again. Couldnt have wished for a more perfectly efficient trip to the Walmart Auto Care. Will definitely be back for any car issues in the future.

I got up early on a Saturday to take my car to Wal-Mart to get an oil change and 2 tires. I was told 90 minutes. I wandered around the store and at 90 minutes I called to see if my car was ready and was told it would be another 90. So I killed 90 more minutes in the store, I get a call from the auto care about the tires so I go back there. The tech says I told him the wrong size tire ok fine get the right size. I asked if he had done the oil change and was told no because they couldnt get the oil filter off. I asked if he was kidding he said no they were waiting for a manager. I said so youve had my car for 3 hours and havent done anything to it.I thought for sure I was getting punked because that could not be real.I was so angry and I wanted to speak to a manager and that took another 30 minutes.I will never take my car back there for service, they should not even be allowed to do car service because most of them dont have a lick of sense. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Technicians are great, over all plan to be there a minimum of two hours, multi billion dollar company and the staff has out of date equipment to use
