This is my second cover from here. My first was on a 2018 F150 that was just great. The new one is for my 2021 F150 and looks great. Eric took great care of us.

Had a light bar installed on the TITAN to help warn others of braking and turning and reversing. LOVE the equipment and performance BUT when experiencing a roadside emergency (flat tire) in the night come to find out that the bar was mounted over the access pint to drop the spare and had to BREAK it to get to the spare tire let down port. The truck store experts should know this spot is important on every truck. Have tried calling to discuss but to no avail -- possible wrong numbers on-line??? no answers for either :(

This was my second purchase from this business. Last year my 2020 Ford Ranger required a tonneau cover, weather tech floor mats and window visors. Jim and his associate answered all my questions. They were courteous, mindful and very respectful. I would recommend Jim any day of the week. Which I did. The quality and professionalism of his work and personality is outstanding. I then recommended Capworld to my friend who needed new lifts for her Ford Ranger bedcover. Unknown to me, she dealt with the manager Eric. It took 3 trips (from Arlington to Orange Park) for her installation and she received pretty poor treatment. She, as well as myself was very disappointed. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Ridgeline that also needed a tonneau cover. Not sure of where else to go, I tried Capworld again. Upon my first inquiry for the Honda I dealt with Manager Eric as well. He did not make a good impression and I almost did not return to the business for my purchase. Ok but order parts for my truck to get put on Saturday at noon get there and then told he was short on help he in Orange Park I live in starke nice relaxing now but try Monday so up date its was a little confused about the whole thing and they fix it and now my side bars are on and my cap came in and I have it put on they are on top of the whole thing outstanding place people are great I say that they care about you good price and availability and all some and thanks again my apologies for the late reply but they are great thanks again.

This place was great! I damaged the flip up door on my camper shell and was moving out of town within two weeks. They were able to order a replacement part quickly and get it installed. Called and booked an appointment to have a hitch installed on Saturday at 10:30 am I got a call on Saturday at 8:13 am to say that the order came in but my hitch was not on it but it would be in on Monday. They required a half down deposit that I provided via card I told them I need my money refunded today as I cannot get the needed Hitch on Monday I have a job.Not sure I will ever deal with cap world again. So now to hunt for a hitch last minute.Update I did get a Hitch from a competitor however I did receive a phone call from Cap World Corporate offices and the nice Gentleman apologized and asked me to give them another change If I needed anything else. Not many places follow up now a days to say what did we do wrong and how can we fix it so this call was appreciated and I will give them another chance at a different location next time any of the trucks need an accessory.

I went to Cap World of Orange Park looking to purchase a bed cover for my new tundra. From the time I walked in the door everyone was very helpful and took time to explain my different options. After choosing the Bak Flip cover it was ordered and installed the following week. Install time was quick and the cover looks great. We had heavy rains for several days after and the bed was completely dry. I will be a returning customer and would definitely recommend these guys to all who are looking for truck upgrades. I found CAP WORLD on the internet and went to them to get pricing to have an A.R.E. truck cap installed on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. During the process of talking to the staff about my needs, the sales personnel brought my attention to other products they offer that further suited my needs.I wound up buying a DECK storage unit in addition to the CAP that helped to accomplish the end goal for me. Personnel and management are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly at this location. Workmanship is top notch! Check these guys out, give them a chance. Took my truck to Cap World to fix my brand new cap after the other ARE dealer in town couldnt get it right after 3 tries. Not only did they do an AMAZING job fixing my cap, they actually took the time to explain the issues to me and what the best option was to fix it. The other place did a sub-par job and just tried to make me feel stupid for raising genuine issues with my cap. Never going back to the other place, even if I have to pay for services Id get there for free.

Braxton and his staff fitted my truck with an ARE shell and AMP Research power steps. They were patient and answered all my questions. Very good install . I highly recommend their services.

My family has had two trucks fitted with Bakflip bed covers and weve had zero issues with them. Recently, I had a Rhino bed liner sprayed on my new truck and it came out FANTASTIC! Zero overspray, no weird spots, and it covers more than the factory spray-in would have! These guys take pride in their work, a quality sorely lacking these days.

Called and made appointment for a Tuesday. When I called back to confirm the date they told me I was told wrong and it would be Wednesday after jumping through hoops to make arrangements for Tuesday, Had to jump through even more hoops to now make arrangements for Wednesday. Was told I needed to place a deposit prior to appointment which I drove the 25 minutes up there to do so just to be told I didnt have to place one. Appointment day comes and when I walk in and tell them Im here to drop off my truck I get the deer in the headlights look and was told a shipment didnt come in to do the job. They said they didnt call me because they didnt have my number all they had was my name which they had wrong too. Very unorganized and unprofessional business from what I gathered. Ive seen their work and they do a good job, thats why I wanted to go with their company. I will gladly pay another company more money just to not have to deal with Crapworld.Cost me $20 more but got it done same day no hassle at another dealer. They have my and all my coworkers and customers business now. Thanks for nothing crapworld.

I bought my ARE cap from another dealer in Alaucha FL. I had it 3 months and had a small issue. They told me it was AREs problem and they wouldnt back it up. I stopped in Cap World and Braxton fixed it while I waited. I highly recommend Cap World Orange Park.

Beware of buying the bakflip tonneau cover from this company Cap World they do not fit flush on both sides of the truck. And to make matters worst, they knew it before they installed it. Will never use this place again !!!!

Bought a new 2017 F250 and stopped by Cap World in Orange Park. I Bought Led light brake light, Macneil Floor mats, Macneil side window visors, Macneil mud flaps, Chrome bug shield, bed rug bedliner, and apower trax mx pro bed cover. Made an appointment for installation, dropped off my truck for the day. They kept their appointment, truck was ready ahead of time, everything was done professionally and havent had any issues. Not great so. Bought a extang cover from Cap world in orange park and I guess we made them mad because we didnt let them rip us off by charging us $50 to install at top that you can install in 5 mins. After opening the box we found it was missing a piece of foam and another piece was smashed. When my wife went back to the store to see if they could get the missing pieces the managers words were we didnt install it so we shouldnt come to them for help. We I guess i should have bought it online where I could have got it aa lot cheaper. For some stupid reason I thought if I bought it from the store I would have someone to help if I had any problems WRONG. I thought about buying some lights from this store but I wont waste my time.
