I just called about getting a thermostat changed on my 2008 GMC Canyon and I was told that it was an expensive part. That was the first big lie told to me before I walked in the door!! The whole thermostat housing and parts cost about $50 buck if I order it myself. Research is the key!!!

Had appointment & paid for diagnostic Friday advised electrical lighting issue and oil gasket replacement. Made appt in advance for Monday 8:30am told not busy and parts were in which is why I waited. After sitting for 2 hours and watching 3 people come and go with oil changes I asked status. Advised of same electrical diagnosis as Friday that they had to remove tire to look further. I waited yet another hour. This was not done. Son left desk for an hour and came back with his lunch. Very rude. I asked status once again. Son replied that I was told it would take time to diagnose electrical and can to drop it off another day. Still nothing done with oil gasket. A long time customer waiting with no appt & oil gasket issue work was completed first. 45 mins later our oil gasket was done. I waited 4 hours. They did not remove tire or further diagnose electrical-yet I paid for that labor. Very disappointed especially after reading all of the 5 star reviews. Do not recommend unless you have been a long time customer as they do not treat new clients of any importance.
