Salesman ordered end pieces for a sectional backwards. Take a day off to be available and wrong thing comes delivery guys were great. No issues with road. Redelivery again arrange for day and driver never shows, never calls. Says dirt road was unsafe but yet previous driver, a school bus 4 trips up and down the road as well as dump trucks and equipment low boy all use the road just fine. Incompetent and inconsiderate so far. Salesman, dispatch and second delivery driver has wasted our time.

The prices are not what I expect for a sctatch and dent store. The one thing I had my eye on was full retail. The quality has not been good for many years. This is fast furniture that is not durable. The sales person Elizabeth was attentive and very helpful which made it worth the visit she was very pleasant.

Theresa was great helped me and my husband find the right bedroom suite. Took her time with us and answered all our questions and indecisive manors! She has great patients! Will recommend her to anyone who asks! Thank you so much!

I wouldnt buy anything here JUST because of the bad service. I came to get a bed here and I asked for a specific look. Instead of helping me or suggesting something they simply said no we dont have that and just walked off. I tried talking to another employee who did basically the same and stayed sitting on top of the dresser she was sitting on rather than helping.

I am disgusted! I paid cash close to $2,000 for furniture here. I explained to the woman about my personal situation and why I am getting this furniture for myself and my kids. I have them deliver it while I was working from home and paid no attention to what was going on as I could not leave my desk. The worst experience Ive ever had. I will never buy from them again, I have already cut the card from Rooms to go although I bought all the furniture in the house from Rooms to go!I bought a night stand and a chest to complete my doughter bed room set what I got from Rooms to go too, and when the store employee wanted to put the night stand in my car, he damaged my car even though I told him not to push it inside because it didnt fit on the car door. After I called the manager, I took pictures in his presence, I made a complaint after his advice, Mrs. Georgette Groves, who seems to make the rules in the company, tells me that I do not receive any compensation, not even for the repair of my car that according the evaluation made by the VW dealer is over $2000, but she offer me a gift card worth $200 !!! She says that I signed the terms and conditions of purchase of the store which is not true, I signed the bill for down payment $100 that I made, on the back of their bill they put the terms and conditions that are written in almost invisible light blue ink and with the smallest possible letters that you cant read without a magnifying glass, and she showed me a customer pickup order with a fake signature to prove to me that I am at fault for what happened.When I went back to the store manager to complain that I had not received any compensation for my inconvenience he said that he would try to refer my case to another person but the same dear Mrs. Gina sent me an e-mail informing me that there is no other person to refer to and I will not receive any compensation.THANK YOU MRS. GLOVES FOR BEING SO KIND AND HELPFUL TO CUSTOMERS !!!!Its a shame for a big company that respects itself to treat its customers this way

This RTG outlet in orange park is great! I moved to MACCLENNY FL and I always come to this location for all my furniture. I always deal with Mateo and Chuck which is the manager, cannot ask for better customer service. 5 + Stars

Please make sure you bring a truck to pick up your order if not it will cost you $100 for delivery. I dont know how much it cost to set up. They have a ridiculous in-store credit department that charge you $50 for an application that is not refundable. So do the math before you go to this place

Do not buy their electric recliner Sofa . It will catch on fire. Purchased it in 2017 with an extended warranty and they both expired. It sounds to me like a fire hazard. Teal leather recliner sofa. Rooms to Go will not stand by their hazardous products. This sofa needs a ‘Recall’

Love our new table! It is perfect for our eating area. Financed through credit acceptance. As long as you pay on time and keep yourself accountable, you should have zero issues financing through them. Planning on financing again for a couch!

This location is the definition of false advertising. We received a sales flier stating that Selected items or marked down 30 to 50%. There were specific couches pictured in the ad with prices. When I arrived at the location absolutely nothing was remotely close to the prices in the ad. In fact, it seemed as though the furniture was marked up not down. I asked if there were any similar items to what was pictured in the ad. One sales woman was about to help me but another sales woman told her “remember what the manager said”. Why create ads that do not reflect the actual sale or prices? I came with $1100 in my pocket to spend and Walked out with nothing. There were several other customers upset that the ad was very deceptive. I will never shop at this location again.

This one is a hit or miss type place. Sometimes they have good stuff other times it just seems like cheap off the wall kinda stuff. Just my opinion. But they do try to help you find things.

There is a lot of basically trashed furniture here that they still ask a lot of money for. Very few pieces are good enough shape and worth the price. Im sure the decent pieces go fast but Im yet to find anything worth the price, youre better off paying a bit more and getting it new. I dont intend to return.

Financed $900 with an in house finance company, They said we had 90 days to pay it off. Paid February and March, leaving one payment to pay off the remaining balance. Went in to pay, and they said we past the 90 days and have to pay 35% interest. Without telling us anything at the beginning, and totally taking advantage of low income families. It doubled our total amount financed. WTH RTGO?

We got great service from Cynthia as we shopped for mattresses.

We ordered a king mattress during the mattress sale that was a king for the price of a queen. The mattress was supposed to arrive today (Saturday). When it arrived finally at 8 pm (!!) they had sent a queen. The person that rang up the mattress listed it as a queen even though the instructions on our receipt stated “New King Mattess Only”. Unfortunately, the movers got here after the store had closed, and we are unsure how this will resolve. I had issues last month with the Rooms to Go store and delivery, and after this mattress issue gets resolved I will not be using any Rooms to Go stores or outlets in the future.

Amazing experience! Chuck (the GM) is amazing and runs this like its his own personal company. Advocates for the customer always and makes the purchase better than you could expect. We had a delivery due during the hurricane but that got messed up by Irma and Chuck made me it like no hurricane even happened. Highly recommend!

When I visited this store with my family the workers did not communicate or even acknowledge to say hello when we walked in because I felt they judged us on how we looked. I also felt like they were watching and following us through the store, as if we were going to do something. I also observed that when people who had name brand clothing were happily welcomed, assisted with help off the back and weren’t followed or watched. So I rate this store workers one star for there lack of communication, the lack of customer service and wrongful judgements.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this store. We have bought a few things here and been satisfied. We had a little hiccup this time, but no worries, they took excellent care of us! From Anthony, to Chuck to Shyanne, they just really exceeded all of my expectations!!! Special call out to Mousa who took time to make feel special!!!

My husband and I went in over the weekend looking for a dresser. We found one we liked, but it was part of a bedroom set, so the salesman said they were not able to do better on the price. As we were leaving, the salesman went to hand us his business card. I was closet to him, and reached for the card twice, and he said to me No, Ill give it to the man. I was so taken aback, I didnt even have a response. I couldnt believe he said that. Its very unlikely we will be returning due to the disrespect I felt from the salesman.

VERY UNHAPPY. The guy that was helping us just kept walking away when he was suppose to be helping me with financing. On top of that the guy lied and ran my credit instead of doing a financing program. Iv gone and talked to multiple people at other Rooms to go that were an amazing help and they all said that I wouldnt have to have the credit that Id just be able to put down 10-20%. Im very unsatisfied with this situation and its so unprofessional.

Expensive with broken pieces of furniture

Went to the one on Blanding the lady there did not really want to sell me the mattress or boxsprings that I was looking at. She kept saying this set is so much better. It was way more then I wanted to pay for a twin set. She then said let me go see what we have in the backroom. She came back and said that she could sell me a mattress and they could give me a a boxsprings from a different set. The price on the boxsprings were 45 dollars more from what I was trying to purchase. We left there and I ordered it online. I wont be going there any time soon.

Customer service from this young llittle on the heavy set, young lady, was aweful. No digs on weight, just dont know her name. She followed us around like a lost puppy. Started laughing at me and my husband, because we couldnt make our minds up. I heard her talking behind our backs to another co-worker. So Rude!!! They sell Cheap furniture, and ripped furniture on sale.
