I went here for a Curbside grocery pickup. The experience was great. The staff was super friendly. I didnt have to wait long. They greeted me, loaded my car and I was off to the next thing.

Just purchased fries from Walmart on 10/7 and this is the result.. expiration date says May 2023 but this is clearly no good compared to the last photo. Very disgusted

Its a grocery store, sure, but if you want to get what you want, you better not use their curbside pickup and you better not come here for cat food.Theyre CONSTANTLY telling me theyre unable to get even simple things like bananas due to being out of stock, which I then went into the store afterwards and what would you know, the bananas are fully stocked.Not to mention, they are never in stock when it comes to essentials like cat food. Every time I come in, they shelves are completely empty. It doesnt matter what time of day I come in, they simply dont stock the cat food area (see photos)The rest of the store is alright, but its just absurd that they either dont order more cat food and just let the shelves sit empty, or they have the stock in the back, but either way the shelves are going empty. Noticed this happens a few other places in the store as well (again, see photos) but they seriously need to get on the ball and start ordering/stocking things on the empty shelves.Edit: Since my last visit, the cat food aisle is EVEN WORSE. I like the snow cone truck next to the exit door. My kids enjoyed after shopping to stop and get a snow cone afterward. This is something well needed for this FL heat. Also, I like the cleanness and social distancing that is happening here.

Poorly stocked shelves! Lots of fresh vegetables not available. Seldom have cat food on shelves,, mostly empty. Had a very rude checker this week, didnt like that I asked for a divider, or the person behind me. Threw the divider on the station behind her that I had gotten to put my food on the belt. Needs manager that can correct these things. Also, the thin plastic bags keep getting worse, now they shred. Go back to using the thicker white bags, they dont need to be doubled. Stock your shelves!!!

They stop carrying half the brands they use to carry and force you to buy their Great Value brand that is tasteless or expired. Check dates on all edible products you buy here. And the beer products are in the floor for hours while cleaning then they put the half warm sweaty beer back in cooler for you to purchase.

Overall decent.Theyve locked up certain inexpensive items that I imagine bare pretty hard to steal.I have no problems with loss prevention but, if I have to speak to 5 different associates to spend $30, and wait around in crowded aisles for access to an item; its not worth coming here.After spending over 20 minutes waiting I decided to leave and buy my necessities at Walgreens.

Largest Walmart I have been to this far in life. Pretty clean, stocked & well kept. Staff is friendly & helpful as well.

They always have my yarn in stock and they people who work there are always so nice. My kids always find a toy here every time we come. Three children in Walmart here! Is always easy..I just wish they had sanitary papers for the changing table.

I was shocked to find this beautiful sedum carpet at Walmart! $14.00 the clothing selections are interesting but varied from other walmarts I frequent!

Last handful of times I’ve come here for a pickup order it has been majorly delayed. The last one was delayed until the following day even. They constantly mark things out of stock when it’s 100% in the store. They also don’t price match here when they substitute meats. I’ll never understand that. Lastly, if you call for information they WILL NOT answer the phone. I understand there are staffing issues, but store management should be on the floor helping their associates move these orders out faster. Otherwise they need to close down the pickup or remove some of the time slots. Terrible customer service experience.

Today is Sunday. Went into Walmart at 10:00 thinking it wont be busy before Church gets out. NOT. All Lanes were backed up and of course not enough cahiers. I really dont like shopping there and I try not too because of the long lines all the time. You can not get in and out fast. The other grocery stores, thats what they strive on, fast customer service. NOT Walmart.🙁

When possible,go early in the morning 🌄..you will like getting your groceries at that time...and it takes less time than usual..😊😉😊

BUSY SUNDAY, a thousand people shopping. 1 cashier checking people out, 20+ people with HUNDREDS of $$$ in merchandise waiting to be checked out. STUPID self checkout lanes open with 5 women standing around WATCHING customers checking out their stuff, INSTEAD of OPENING UP REGISTERS and WORKING to check customers out. I tried calling the store for a manager 5 times, phone would ring 23 times and then disconnect. NO ONE WORKS in wally world, but the stores make OVER $2 MILLION + a day. NEVER AGAIN. IM DONE. PUBLIX ALWAYS HAS POLITE, TRAINED, EMPLOYEES, NO SHORTAGE THERE, SO IT CAN BE DONE !

I never ever shop here and now I know why. I asked three employees where facemasks where and not one could tell me or even offered to help me. One flat out said no..we dont have any masks. I took matters into my own hands and looked them up on the walmart app. It told me exactly what aisle to go to. Now disposable masks were a different story. The app didnt tell me where they were but said they were in stock . I didnt bother asking anyone...because..they dont know. I gave 2 stars because I f ound what I was looking for in girls.

Always has a large selection of riding machines for those that need them. But still difficult to check out when you are needing to use them. I could be a tractor trailer driver the way I have to turn,back up to get so you can scan items and be able to reach bags to put items in. But has the largest number of riders than any others I visit.

It was a quick stop finding what I was looking for with help of the staff. They was very pleasant going out of the way to find what I came for. An excellent experience 👏.

Its a usual Walmart and as usual few registers are open. Its obvious they are trying to force people into self checkout which is the way things are headed anyway. Since the pandemic you will often find some items sold out but not a major issue to me.

They have been out of chicken wings the last two times Ive been there. I had to go to the Orange Park Walmart to buy them. The whole hot deli was closed just like the last time on Branan Field.

I really enjoyed shopping at this Walmart it was a very well stocked and everyone was very helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend to go there for all your shopping needs

If you want pick up after 5pm you risk pick up time not being met, could be as late as an hour plus. Wait time at store also long. Need more help. Used to be great.

The customer service reps are so rude at this store. I wish I could remember which employee “helped” me… (not to be rude) but she was on the thicc-er side… closer to being jus outright obese. I would have no reason saying anything about her whatsoever, if she wasn’t so condescending & judgmental . She went out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable . I asked for a discount on a product that was damaged, and she was jus so rude!!! I don’t want to even go into detail but she was a bee word. I think she was wearing glasses.. gahhh I wish I could remember the employee . This isn’t my first time leaving feeling like that either, always their customer service. Karma big one, karma.

Need an orderly this is a newer store that staffed by people who care and how it looks and how easy it is for customers to get around. The usual Walmart deals are all over the place, but what I really like are the grocery and produce selection.

Always has been my favorite Walmart and always will be. Even the employees seem like they enjoy being there.

Pharmacy was awesome! Daughter just had a tooth pulled and the price for the Rx was way cheaper than we expected as she has no insurance. It was filled correctly and quickly. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

I have seemed to run into pretty decent staff that work here when you can find one....🤔 Other then that not to mint complaints. The pick up service has been very good from my experiences. Two thumbs up there. Ty 😃

The Walmart in Orange Park Florida is probably one of the best Walmarts I have been to in years. It is clean employees are friendly and it was quick in and out. Its worth driving out of the way for.

Poor customer service, cashiers and CSM didnt know what to do. Understaffed and didnt honor Walmarts customer code.

They are always so clean for the most part,,pretty much always has what you may be looking for, whether it is pots and pans, nuts and bolts, a favorite recipe, and you need to pick up the ingredients you need or just a simple little treat to munch on while youre out and about shopping ..and the people there are always really helpful. You will enjoy your trip there.

They don’t answer phone calls at this location. Couldn’t get anyone that worked at the store on the phone. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Store is constantly got old fruits and vegetables. It hours are still at covid hours. I cant shop late night store needs to go back 24 hrs a day. Waisting 2 hours every time I walk in the store is worthless. Never any quick cashiers or more than 2 open dont say self checkout you dont pay me. I dont understand how a store can be dirty and closed all night and not have items available or stocked in an organized fashion.

Horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the jewelry area after having 4 associates to try and get someone to come there. They should all have keys to open the case to get a $20 watch ⌚. Ridiculous

I love when Google asks how was Walmart...the same as Walmart always is. You shop, get a cart full and then stand on line for longer then it took to fill an entire cart! 10 people standing in each line only 2 registered opened....thats how Walmart was! I guess it cheaper for the multi-trillionaire family to make their customers wait in excessively long lines then have more cashiers to service everyone. Theyre really pushing the online shopping, obviously benefits them financially. Hey Walmart you want to move things along....discount self check out.

You seen one youve seen them all. Its not a bad shopping experience and some of the staff actually have a great sense of humor which made my visit a pleasure.

Its Walmart and the Supercenter usually has everything in stock. Except paint.

Its touch and go here. They USED to have GREAT people who brought your things to the car. Now its...meh. Dont even try to go in. COMPLETE train wreck.

Went into 3 stores looking for Meds for my Tennitis. One was reported to have some, but by the time I got there, the shelf was empty, not even a tab where it could be found.

Was looking for a pool and found one very easily. Store was not to crowded for a Sundy.

I pulled several packages of totten grey colored hotdogs off a large display and gave them to a worker saying you really shouldnt be trying to sell rotten meat.

Staff is always nice. The bell peppers that were packaged were all dirty and a couple were just rotten. Absolutely disgusting. Always check the quality of food wherever you go. Checking will always save you in the end.

Wal-Mart has just abt anything you want. Yet tonight the shelves were EMPTY !!!😪 I had to go without Several...or... 10 items I had to go out of my way to Another Store to get them !!! I was not happy abt that. I will live to shop another day.....lol

This location works hard keeping itself neat. I rarely see the chaos of other super chain locations. The variety of food items means I usually find surprise find periodically here. Most of the associates are courteous, however, I have recently seen them ignore customers waiting to access an item and the employee is in front of it stocking a large amount of items and another associate barely avoiding a customer when she barrelled out of the stock room with her cart and didnt stop, acknowledge, or apologize. I hope this will not be the on going trend here. It is already an oversized and full location, the pleasant experience of past visits have kept me returning.

Its a Walmart. It is exactly what you expect. Lower prices than everybody else. Great for Saturday afternoon entertainment. Just stop by the Mickey Ds that is in every single one of them, grab yourself a soda and some fries, and walk through the aisles for some good ol fashioned people watching.

Like every Walmart it is really crowded and full of crazy people. But on the consumer side of things, they are often out of stock or missing items. Prices have gone up recently but that isnt necessarily their fault, the economy is just unstable.

Good experience except for short on cashiers as is the norm. Self checkout was crowded but moved fast. Found what I needed with no issues. Got to watch out for the employees with the online list cause they will run you over and are not very considerate.
