Easy, fast service. I love the Drive-Up option. Saves me loads of time. The employees are great. Products are always in excellent condition. Even the fresh groceries they choose for me have been of high quality. I have no complaints!

My entire family loves going to target. Most if the employees know us and are always super friendly and go out of their way to say hi. One of my regular guys listened to me complaining about my favorite kitchen sponges and how they had not had them for months. He asked me to describe them and the next time I went to the store....there they were! WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD TARGET!

At check out Elizabeth was my cashier. She was so helpful when one of my item didnt have a price on it, she was fast to get the answer we needed on it. She was so sweet & extremely polite.

I love shopping at Target. There is always something new and exciting to capture my imagination. The staff is very competent and friendly. Ask any one of the team on duty about a particular item or product and we receive an immediate and accurate reply. Shopping at Target is fun. Target takes the stress out of shopping.

Target SAYS they enforce masks, clean, etc. They SAY this but the truth is just the opposite - repeatedly. I visited the store two weeks ago and maybe 30% had no masks or were wearing them as chin diapers. Last week it was down to MAYBE 50% compliance. I asked about it and was told the cart wiper at the entrance was telling people to wear them, and that people say theyre vaccinated anyway. I tried to explain that the CDC advises we wear masks anyway but nobody was hearing me. I picked up an order a few days later (NOT going to walk around the store anymore!) and witness a customer walk in right ahead of me with NO MASK and the cart wiper looked at him and said NOTHING. I called her on it but she ignored me. Now Im going to take it up the chain. I am DONE with Target and weve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Target... for DECADES.

I have bought a few items from that Target store and I am always satisfied with what I purchased. I recently purchased the Power Rangers Lightning Collection SPD Shadow Ranger figure and I am very happy with it. The staff there is very helpful and friendly, and when it came to some items that I was planning to purchase when the cash registers werent working, they held on to my items until the systems were restored and I was able to purchase them without any problems.

I refuse to go to any other target in the area because my experience at the fleming island location is always fantastic, but today was absolutely phenomenal. A gentleman by the name of BRANDON assisted my husband and I this evening with a scooter return. We were blown away by his professionalism, patience and ability to super exceed our satisfaction. He seriously went above and beyond for us and it was immediately noticed. Brandon, I hope you see this and your company acknowledges your work ethic. Thank you for today!

My experience was super quick and easy.

I like the quality of merchandise, but the customer service is lacking.I picked up 2 of the Love, Beauty & Planet hand lotions (1 oz). There was a large sign that said Buy One, Get One 50% off. When I got to the register, it didnt come up that way. I went to customer service and I told them that I was overcharged. They scanned the lotion and said that it was Buy FOUR and get one free. There was not signage that said that - IN FACT...the lotion wasnt even priced.Now... I do realize that we are only talking about $2.50 here. But WHY is your employee arguing with a customer over $2.50, instead of going back, looking at the sign & either showing me where I was wrong OR making it right???

Nkt very friendly or efficient.. Evidently arrived at shift change so probably not the most objective observations on my part ( plus overheard two groups of employees complaining about things at work).Busy ( and only 3 checkouts open) and first time in ages that had been in a Target without self checkout. But a clean and well organized store and they had the things I was looking for.

Clean store. Easy to find stuff. Staff seems to be more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Check out was quick even for a Friday night.

The restrooms are dirty. It is hard to find workers to help. The prices do not match the item. Sometimes there is no price tag for some items. The milk brands are bad most of the time because of temperature. And in the big stall, there is no hook to hang anything. I am not putting my purse on the floor.

Guaranteed item was there when I arrived. I live 30 minutes or more away from the closest Target and especially when something is high demand or low stock I like the assurance it has already been pulled from the floor and is paid for. Most things I use it for I can not choose something similar when I get there because what I purchase meets very specific needs.

It is always clean. Love the cloths, kitchen area and bedding. Customer service is amazing. They always have a smile and so helpful

So I just purchased a poster frame from this store. Who was the genius that decided to put a dimensional sticker on the plastic cover?? I ended up tearing the cover trying to take the sticker off! I know this is not a responsibility of employees on the store level so this isn’t directed to them. I am not really sure who to blame for this. This is only directed to the people who overlooked this goof. The person who this Christmas present was for says thank you. Please everybody, don’t buy poster frames from this location unless you want this same headache!

I did a mobile pick up order last week and was very impressed with how quick they came out to the car. I had just put the car in park and they were there with my purchas!

Tried to call the store three times today, each time selecting a different department, and the call is picked up, then immediately hung up. Very sad business ethics.

I drove all the way from Regency Target to purchase the Dash mini waffle maker that yall had and clarissa from the kitchens dept brought it up to the service counter for me. I really appreciated her doing that for me and she was super friendly. I work retail also and this is the type of customer service all stores should have. Thank you so much Clarissa!

Worst Target Ive shopped in a long time. No customers wear masks, team members dont wear them properly, and dont bother doing drive up. They will never remember all of your items. You will not get everything you order, ever. Last three orders, Ive not gotten $70 worth of product, and they wont do anything about it other than asking you to drive back (30 minutes) and COME INSIDE TO COVID HELL, and wait in a line 15 people deep. awful, irresponsible and basically they steal

The older bald lady that works in guest services might be the rudest and most helpful employee i’ve ever spoken to at a Target. I’d mindfully stay away from this location.

I live in Jacksonville out toward the beach and have a baby shower to go to in middleburg. The one thing i wanted to get was not at any other store in the 0-3mos. I called the store and spoke with Bianca. she was so nice and helpful on the phone, she even changed to a portable phone to go to the baby department to pick out the set I needed. I just want to rave on Jay at the Fleming Island store. My husband and I decided to leave the house for the first time in weeks. We grabbed some Oreos from Target and sat in the car in the parking lot watching videos via Bluetooth in the car. Well, our car battery dies while doing so. My husband ran into to the store 30 min before closing to ask for anyone to help us jump the car off. We had the cables just needed another car. Jay came to our rescue! Thank you Jay for being so kind and willing to help!

This Target location is comparative to most Targets that Ive shopped before. The selection/pricing is average. Cleanliness/Organization is above average which is what Ive come to expect from Target. The only thing I cant comment on are the restrooms(I didnt visit them during this trip)-the restrooms at some Target locations Ive been to could use a lot more attention then others! Will update this review when I return to this location:)

Bad customer service experience. Hire more people and train your staff. Specific shoes we needed were only available at Fleming Island Target. Would not ship in time. Drove 45 mins to pick them up. Shoe section was completely disorganized. After long search, tried to find help. Had to wait in long checkout line for to get assistance. Cashier had a really bad attitude and became frustrated due to the longer line forming. Had to reassure her several times that the website showed the shoes in stock before she called for assistance. Eventually someone else showed up and helped find the shoes. Not the customer service we expect from Target.

Today I took my kids to spend some money they had. My daughters total was $62.44 and she gave the caisher a $100. Change due was $37.56. We were told bc of the change shortage we could only get $37 back. I asked if she had any change and was told no bc of the shortage. So she lost over half a dollar in change. Next up my youngest son with a total $29.94, he gave $40 in cash. Change due $10.06, change given $10.15. Last my oldest son with total of $33.55, he also gave $40 in cash. Change due $6.45 change given $6.45. If my math serves me correctly the other 2 kids got a total of .65 cents in change from the same cashier that said she couldnt give my daughter .53 cents. This leads me to beleive that cashiers at Target are being told to say they cant give change back bc of the shortage when they in fact have the change. If Target does not have the change to give back to a customer instead of taking away from a customer who just spent $62.44 at your store why wouldnt you round up and give them $38. You are the big corporation still making lots of money off your consumers but you rather be greedy and take money away from your consumers. If you stole half a dollar from every customer you are making a pretty penny. This is sad especially in a world right now where so many families are out of jobs bc of the covid and now they are being short changed by a huge corporation. I am very disappointed.

With Target its all about customer satisfaction and its always spot on!

Because it was very convenient and when I finally because of bad weather they extended my pick-up time and when I was able to get my order they were very helpful and helped to to load it in our truck for us. I really do like to shop at target but they closed the one here in Orange Park and I have to go ones not near my home do to heavy traffic it is very hard to get there every time that I need to buy or just. look around. As for your online line shopping there is nothing you can do nothing you can do to improve the way you run its perfect as is.

They always have a great variety of the items I need and the brands I prefer.

This review is for Mrs. Lorri in guest services and for her alone. I had so many issues when reaching out to customer support and was hopeless but decided to try my local target and see if they could help. Mind you, it’s the holidays and it’s hectic enough but Mrs. Lorri fixed the issues I had in a matter of minutes with the kindest customer service I’ve received from target yet. Thank you to her for taking some stress off my holiday shopping and thank you to the Fleming island location for hiring such an amazing person to take on the difficulties that many customers face.

If you need a smile on your face with employees that smile back while you spend money ise Target at 220 and 17 fleming island. Enjoyable shopping experience.

Being able to find what one needs, quickly, and check out quickly. They might have issues with having certain items on the shelf, especially if those are lower-demand items that are newer on the market, but there is an option to purchase online and pick it up in the store.

Not many checkouts open, prices are a bit higher than you would find at Walmart. Would like to see more made in America products, wouldnt mind paying more for that.

To those coming for the YouTube video to complain I say this: your ignorance of Targets chain of command is no basis for complaint. She got exactly what she asked for, she just didnt like the department he was from even though thats the department that handles her VERY SPECIFIC concern. Yeah, this Target is obviously not very knowledgable on the manufacturers policy (I suspect AP needs better training) but thats a completely different issue from her claims she was racially profiled because SHE kept escalating beyond the front end supervisor. As far as chain of command goes, Target did exactly what it was supposed to.

Today was a slow process, but normally, store pickup runs smoothly and quickly. There was only one team member on a register in guest services.

Everyone there is very nice you can tell that theyre happy to work there it will help you out in any way they can the only problem I have with the store is that it seems like everytime I go at least one thing is out-of-stock.This target even sell groceries unlike other targets Ive been to. The electronics section is up to date ranging from Alexa products from Amazon and Google Assistant items from Google and iPhones from Apple.

The staff at this Target has always been pleasant when I visit. There is plenty of parking. They tend to have less registers open than needed, but they do move pretty quick.

Any employee I have encountered at Target, Fleming Island, FL have always been courteous. Placed a order to pick up for the first time and it was fast and accurate.

Ordered same coffee maker from Amazon and when it was delivered it was a Hamilton Beach coffee maker - I am so upset that I now have to go to the trouble to return it. I should have purchased it from Target in the first place and picked it up the same day.

The stars are for the kind, patient guy I talked to in Lawn & Garden, which I found out they got rid of & just have basucs. Please bring it back! I searched & found the weed & feed I wanted but I guess youre not going to carry it anymore since I could only find 7 bags but for a great deal, only problem theyre a state away & wont deliver. I asked my store if they could put them on 1 of their trucks passing through Id take them all & he said they wont? Theyve got to have rigs passing by, if not stopping there...itd have been nice to at least ask.
