We love Starbucks. This one was an impromptu stop and they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and worked to get our order correct while training a new employee. Overall it was a great Starbucks Experience

I don’t know what happened, but my drink came out terrible. It is as if they have all new staffs handling the store.My drink came out just right from this location couple days ago.

This location is by far the LEAST helpful and least knowledgeable when it comes to dairy free options. Every other location is aware of their dairy free drinks ((as many people cant have dairy!)). This place will only say we dont know, sorry. Cant guarantee anything. Theyre so incredibly frustrating that I end up leaving with NOTHING. EDUCATE YOUR STORE.

Management here is rude and the store seems to be run horribly. I’ve seen how the managers speak to the employees and customers and I wonder where HR is. I stopped going because I feel sorry for the workers that do so much. They seem understaffed and I can’t support a business that doesn’t seem to care for their employees. I’m not usually a Dunkin’ fan but the one nearby is way better, and the food at the nearby donut shop is way better than Starbucks food too.

Went here a handful of times and each time, left with a hand full of a questionable drink. Either they accidentally hand me someone elses drink and have to re-make it due to covid standards, or they put half the amount of syrup the drink calls for, or the espresso ...where is the espresso? It takes like coffee flavored milk. I fooled myself each time I thought, Last time was just a mistake, this time I expect them to be just your average Starbucks store. Unfortunately, they fall short everytime. This wouldnt such a big deal, but the drinks I order cost $6. Ill go to Urban Bean next door next time or another Starbucks location.

The location at Hwy 17 and Kingsley will not tell you if an ingredient needed to make your drink is unavailable - they will make the drink as-is and wait for you to notice, usually after youve left the drive thru and have to circle the block to get back in line. This has happened 3 times this year, to me, so I feel ridiculous to have to ask if certain ingredients are available before I place my order. Examples are: strawberries for the Pink Drink and salt for the salted Carmel mocha. Omitting these ingredients makes a difference and it is sad that they do this.

The lady was nice and she for got my drink and the boy was really mean to me and the lady which I will not be going back ever really disappointed!!!

I received the wrong drink! I ordered a cappuccino breve and got Mikes Pike Place with cream. The line was super long this morning and things get busy but its important to get what I actually paid for. Please comp when I visit Monday. I come here every weekday.

They’re fast most the time but half the time the lattes taste like they’re burnt from letting the shots sit.mobile Order is constantly turned off. The female manager Rory talks to customers With a condescending tone like they’re beneath her. Manager told me my drink was almost ready so I went to approach the counter and the girl on the bar told me to move from it lol. It’s fine for when you’re in a hurry but this location has really gone downhill.

Drinks were made wrong sat in drive threw for 20 minutes

This is the worst Starbucks. One day you go the and lobby is closed. The next day you go the drive-thru is closed. There is always a line wrapped around the building that moves soooo slowly, and they constantly mess up drinks. I dont even trust to stop at this one on my commute because I have been late so many times due to ridiculously long waits and mistakes. I rarely have a good experience at this location.

I can’t really say a good thing to this particular location, I put in an order around 8:40pm last Saturday, we arrived at 8:45, they were close? When it says on Google they were open on Saturdays until 9pm, so the order went to Blanding Blvd.Which is like about 5-7 mins drive.So please next time, Starbucks 17 Kingsley, do not close too early.

This is a great Starbucks. Its not too hard to get in and out of from all the traffic on US 17. Had the Chestnut Praline Latte with eggnog and it is great. All the holiday drinks are good.

Ummm they were closed at 604 pm on a Friday... not cool... no sign on drive thru menu.

I know there are staff shortages, but they are often closed early on random days and times. They should change their hours on google. I had to go to Dunkin’ 😞

Half of the time I stop there to get coffee, its a 30-40 minutes wait in the drive thru. I can get a whole dinner at a packed restaurant with drinks and appetizers and meal faster than they can get out 10 coffees. The only plus to thus location is the employees are very kind, just ridiculously slow. Ill take the 5 minutes to drive to another store from now on.

If you are normal, unlike me, you dont get headaches from coffee, lol. So this is a nice place for it. I love her chai tea, and enjoy their banana bread a lot. But I wish they had more muffin assortments, if doo, Id be more regular. I also really appreciate seeing the occasional republican working there. Some starbucks employees are allowed to wear grunt style stuff, which I thought was very liberal and thoughtful of them. I personally appreciate that, because its really annoying to go to a business that majorly opposes regular things, and makes up issues to hate you for. But this starbucks in particular seems to be pretty cool about it. However, whats not cool is on gay pride month if you are an employee you are required to wear some form of gay pride support, even if your religions against it. I could be wrong, correct me if so, but starbucks, you got three stars from me and I dont like to give out more than two, so be happy.

Fast service, friendly staff and well made drinks which is a pleasant surprise, not all Starbucks stores make frappuccinos like they should taste (not watered down drinks.)

Great place for a quick cup of coffee.

Usually I have decent experiences at this location. Drinks are decently consistent but never great customer service. Today I went and before the barista handed me my drink at the drive through she wiped some of the excess whipped cream from the spot where my straw goes in WITH HER BARE FINGER and then handed it to me. This is very unsanitary, and I would have hoped especially with COVID, that the food/beverage industry would be extra careful, but regardless this was gross. Not a fan of people touching my food with their bare hands. If this is what they are ok doing in front of customers, who knows what they do when we can’t see. I used to go to this location multiple times a week but will surely not be going back after this.

This is the best Starbucks in a 20 mile radius. The service is fast and friendly and the drinks are always made right and if by chance it isnt, they fix it with a smile and a genuine apology to go with your rectified drink. I literally drive passed the one closest to me to go here every day.

$5 for half a cup of weak coffee with a little bit of foam when I ordered a granda size coffee.

The young ladies and gents who work here are so friendly! I walked in rather than sit in the drive through and everyone was rocking it was very busy! But every single barista spoke to me and was friendly. As I was leaving everyone even said goodbye! A nice way to start the morning. Along with my yummy honey citrus tea and breakfast sandwich!

I have been very pleased with service since my last review. So I am changing it to reflect my experience since. The staff has made every effort to get my daily order correct and remember my name which is refreshing. Good job baristas!!!!

Great place to sit and do some work. This location is not too crowded and there are people here having business meetings, playing games, and just hanging out. An asset to the community.The store is clean and inviting. The AC was a bit cold for me. Good thing I have hot tea to keep me warm.I wasnt sure what I wanted for this visit. It was an impromptu stop since my appointment for this morning got cancelled. This is a great coffee shop for a national / international coffee shop. Starbucks has change the face of coffee around the nation. They have raised the coffee bar so to speak.I like to see Starbucks improving their products. Their service is very good, but they could have things like an organic milk option.For a massive coffee chain they do quite well. There is always room for improvement.Starbucks led the way for coffee in America, they could lead the way for improving.Coffee used to be the $0.35 option or the $0.50 option on the menu. Im sure that it went to a $1.00. With Starbucks, its easy to drop $5 or $15.I like Starbucks.For the money they get it would be nice to have an organic milk option with their lattes.

This Starbucks is by far the best I have ever been to!!! It absolutely is my favorite one. Every employee there is friendly and very polite. They have NEVER messed up my order, where at other locations its hit or miss. My order is always picture perfect and my cup is always clean without coffee or whip dripping down the side. Also its always in and out no matter how many customers. I have never waited more than five minutes for my order!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience yall provide constantly!!!

Ruined an important meeting I was to have at this location at 4:00pm one day, as it was closed! Apparently, this location is only open until 11:00am?? It was not the hours listed on the day I went. Very disappointed.

Fast service at the drive thru. Window girl was a little quiet but I get not everyone is a chipper morning person like me. Order was accurate, food was served hot.

Nothing spectacular, but no real complaints either. The staff was pleasant, but not as friendly as usual.

Very good service. There was a mistake made on one of the orders but we did not have to even say a word about it. The young man that made the mistake came to us and said he realized he had made the order wrong. He let us keep the one we had and made us a new coffee.

One of the employees was extremely rude about an order that was “complicated” an order that is made quite frequently at this location but was never a problem before. She should be glad she even has a job right now instead of complaining about the few customers that are willing to buy from this establishment.

Great new beverage to try in an eggshell colored Starbucks mug. Steady flow of customers. Moderate noise inside. Plenty of tables and cushioned chairs. If there was music playing, I could not hear it.

Just not sure why they choose to close when normal before Covid this place held up traffic bc of the drive thu line. I sure hope they are able to make a come back. Great place to swing though on my way to NAS JAX. Always gets my order right! The staff are really friendly and have even helped me find some cool creations that have become new favorites of mine.

Maybe the best Starbucks EVER! The hospitality is somewhere between Chick-fil-A and Publix without the long lines. Drinks were made quickly and perfectly. Definitely visit this gem if youre in Orange Park!

If you havent tried the Nitro Cold Brew yet, I highly recommend it. This location does have it available. It is an experience on its own. I am only a Starbucks coffee drinker when it is convenient. That being said, this location is clean and the service is friendly.

The two gentlemen were very friendly courteous and accomodating. I made a special order (being a lil extra) and ordered the wrong tea. He gave me a sample of the correct tea and offered to re-make my drink with no problem. Thank you guys!!

If you visit this Starbucks, be sure to go through the drive thru. I was the only one inside waiting for my drink, but yet all the cars in the drive thru were getting their drinks first. I understand the importance of getting those drinks out, but by the time my drink was completed after being started, it was already warm and not hot as coffee should be. I wont be back to this Starbucks. Ill stick to the coffee shop on the other corner, Urban Bean. Much better service over there.

Staff was not very friendly on my one and only visit inside. They did not know what Bulletproof coffe was so my order seemed complicated as I had to explain what to do. Drive through is always nice and receptive though.

I appreciate this convenient location. Theres plenty of inside and outside seating, with the inside being cosy while spacious at the same time. The food was just as I expected from a Starbucks.

AWFUL SERVICE AND SLOW!!!!! Ordered a pink drink with strawberries. INSTEAD OF TELLING ME that there are NO strawberries, they write ‘no strawberries :(‘ on the side of my cup and still charged me full price. Didn’t even tell me my drink was ready. I’m standing there waiting for my drink 8 months pregnant!!!

How do you run out of your featured seasonal favorite? I ordered the praline latte instead and I was given pumpkin spice or they taste the same. Im not a BB so I do not enjoy PS. Disappointed glad I had a gift card.
