Mike is great! He was able to accommodate a quick repair on a laptop and get us up and working quickly. We also appreciated his flexibility in working with us. Very meticulous - cares about doing a good job and getting it right the first time. Looks like they work on more than computers, too. In this day and age when it seems easy to just throw something out rather than fix it, it might be worth looking Mike & Orange Tech up. They just might be able to help get some more life out of your equipment at a reasonable price.

Mike at Orange Tech is my new best friend, i tell you that guy is a lifesaver, Mike had a cord i needed when no one else did, i went to three other places today and was about to give up and head home for the day a hour away ! Simply put these guys are THE BEST !!!Started out getting a new laptop from them. Super fair price and 3 or 4 times better computer I could have gotten elsewhere at the same price. Mike was able to transfer stuff from my old laptop to the new one. He also installed a better virus program at a price that was much lower than Norton, etc.Just took the laptop in for a clean up as it was glitchy and I suspected problems. Sure enough there were problems, but no more. Everything is perfect again. Again a very fair price for the cleanup.Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been doing business with Orange Tech for many years. I even bought my computer from Mike (Owner). They are the most helpful computer repair service you will find. I am disabled and had to move over 100 miles away from his shop. Recently I needed to have a few things up dated and a good looking over. I called them and Mike did everything remote !!!!! They saved me so much. The cost of driving to orange park and home would have been $60-$75. Then at most shops you would drop it and come back in a few days. THATS 2 TRIPS!! They set a day to call, and it was done in 20 minutes over line remotely. They are truly the best computer service and sales around. VERY kind and helpful! I was missing a tip for my universal charger and he searched high and low to find what I needed. This guy certainly knows what he is doing and is very professional. Amazing place to go to. I went in to have a new graphics card installed into my desktop PC. Not only were the staff there really knowledgeable, they were really nice and super helpful. Turns out I needed something else for my PC and was able to buy the part right there. They didnt try to sell me anything that I did not need, they didnt act like salesman they really cared about my PC and answered all of my questions. Really awesome place that I have recommended to my friends and will go back if I have any other PC questions or needing repairs.

My computer is at least 6 years old and was driving me crazy to thoughts of buying a new one. Took computer to Orange Tech and now my computer is as good as new. Great people work there and besides that they are knowledgeable. Dropped my laptop off because it wasnt turning on and was hoping I would get it fixed within a week. That didnt happen and I waited almost a month to find out that there was no possible way for my laptop to be fixed. However, I was able to sell the still usable parts and ended up not having to be charged of anything. Im very appreciative of Mike trying to get my laptop fixed and his cooperation with everything. I have 4 laptops and a desktop. I have had service at various computer stores in the past with mediocre success. Its my experience that if at first it doesnt work.....then they wipe away all data and programs and everything is gone. In March of 2016 my HP computer crashed and Mike the owner of Orange Tech, Inc. sold me a new HP tower at a fabulous price. This is the second computer I have bought from Mike and both have been wonderful computers. I love the remote access feature that I now have on my new computer that enables Mike to diagnose any problems I might have in the future from his office. I have also had repairs done in the past by Orange Tech and the rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend Orange Tech to anyone needing a new computer or repairs. Mike went above and beyond to repair my unrepairable iMac..It was deemed unrepairable by another technician at another business. I am sure no other repair company would invest the time he did to fix my graphics card at the price he did it for. Yes he is busy and it took awhile but I would go back again to have any work I need done. He is very type A and wants the job done correctly which means it will take some time. If you are patient and can be without the computer for awhile then he is the best place to go. I went to someone else who probably spent 30 minutes if that on my computer and said he thought it was the mother board and that it wasnt worth fixing. I spent $2500 on my computer in 2001..I am so happy that Mike was a able to bring it back to life and a very reasonable price. He isnt always the best at answering the phone but he is the only technician they have right now and they dont have a receptionist or other front office person. Bringing my computer to orange tech was an all around wonderful experience. First off, Mike makes it a point to be personable and actually relate to each customer and acknowledge them by their name. It makes a huge difference when you as a customer are not just a revenue number.Mike also made it a point to educate me as the customer on the exact repair he performed on the computer! This made me feel safe in knowing exactly what Im paying for (which was a bargain compared to most anyway!) He even went so far as to show the inside pieces of computers and how the mechanics of the hinge worked and how I broke it and where. Mike, I would like to give you some feedback - I too cant get a word in edgewise when Im in your office OR on the phone with you.You do talk over your customers - just take a look at your comments to the reviews.If you dont give us an opportunity to tell you our problem, how can you know how to help us.Your mind seems to be ahead of your conversation - you rattle on about various subjects which is confusing. Im not sure if that is your intent, but its how your customers see you.Stop bragging about what you know - you brag about how you believe people who spread viruses are the ones who offer the software solution. The owner was great. Went over and beyond to try and help with my sons headset. And even though he couldnt fix it, he tried everything including contacting the company and giving me some info so that I could then contact the company and they are replacing the headset for me. DO NOT GO HERE! The manager/owner is the rudest individual Ive ever come across in a business setting, who understands little to nothing about computers. The place itself is absolutely filthy. No one in their right mind would want to leave their electronic equipment is such a nasty environment. Arriving here an hour after opening one would think that assistance would be available, but the owner/manager was unable to say when his tech would arrive. Since my issue required that I speak to the tech directly to voice my atypical problem, I told the manager that I would either return later so that I could talk tot he tech, or I would go to a different place for help. He didnt like that I said that and began telling me his tech would know how to resolve the issue. No, without me he likely would not be able to resolve my issue, as I am able to test Java (my issue) on my own. But without me the tech would be unable to test the actual site I needed Java for. So in the meanest tone possible he told me to, Yes, please go somewhere else as I was already walking out the door. I would never trust him or anyone that works for him. What a nasty individual!

I had a VISTA service pack performed about 4 years ago and thought everything was great. However Mike and his team lost a $3600 medical file while transferring files to my new hard drive that bit the dust. I was simply out $3600 dollars. After notifying Mike of the error, he offered NO restitution or compensation as a result. I took my computer to him a few times for very minor virus scans - he performed the service on the spot because he knew there was no way I could leave my computer since I was an Online Medical professor and needed access to the Internet 12 hours per day. However, recently I had some virus issues but he refused to do a scan on the spot. He said We dont do business like that anymore There were customers in the office and simply looked dumbfounded whenever he said it.I took my computer another time when a screw was loose holding the screen. I normally would have performed the work myself with a jewelers screwdriver, but was near Orange Tech and decided to drop by. Mike was out of the office, but one of his workers was there whom I had to assist in the process because he was unable to do it himself and charged me $20 to tighten a single screw! He took the $20 bill and stuffed it into his shirt pocket! I simply will never take my computer to this place again due to the unprofessional attitude and service. Had a hard drive on the brink of death, and of course it was the only one with 20+ years worth of digital photos on it. I tried to transfer files off of it before it quit but was having no luck. Immediately brought it to Orange Tech where they were able to recover most, if not all of my data (not sure yet, 20 years of photos takes a long time to sort). It took some time, but he came in on Sunday (normally closed) to make sure files were being properly extracted. Took about 4 days but that was well worth retrieving images I will never be able to recreate. The cost for his service? Less than $250 and that included a brand new 4 TB hard drive to store my images on. Thank you!

I went there to get computer repair with my screen display and I was treated nicely with respect. Mike and the other guy was friendly and to my surprise I was called back the same day with my computer being fixed already. I was not charged anything until the work was done and I went to pick up my computer. My problem was resolved with my screen display and they gave me an extended warranty. They were really great but, the only thing I would say was the repair price was higher than what I had anticipated for the work nonetheless, my computer works great and I guess it was cheaper than buying another laptop all over again.

Took my iMac in & Mike got it done. I had a hard drive failing & he gave me a quote (very reasonable), an estimated time to repair (3 days) & told me what hed do to check the new used drive I supplied him as a replacement. He understood that I had a limited return warranty on it, so time was a factor.He delivered exactly what he offered, on time & at an even better price than expected.If I need work on any of my Macs again, Ill certainly take it back to Orange Tech before I mess w/ them myself. Before i took my laptop in to be serviced i took it apart and marked all of my parts, after a few days Mike called back and told me my Hard drive was blown but he was able to save everything and back it up to the new hard drive. 200$ later and i get it home and the hard drive inside is the same one that i had in there when it went into the shop! Unfortunately the staff are never available during regular business hours. On several occasions I have had to make multiple visits per day only to find that no one had ever showed up to the shop at all. I don’t know how anyone can conduct business if they’re never even on site.I went by there today and 3 other customers came and went within 10 minutes. No sign on the door explaining the absence and no number to call. That’s poor customer service.

I went into this store looking for a part that was starting to fry that would normally have cost roughly $40 - $50 in a place like Best Buy or TigerDirect and he not only had it, but gave me a much more fair price for the part.He was extremely helpful and gave great customer service. Best Tech Shop Period. A++Brought in my Lenovo touchscreen convertible laptop after the warranty had expired. Lenovo was going to charge me over $300 just to send me a new motherboard. Mike pulled an absolute miracle and found a better motherboard for half the price. Only charged me for the diagnostic and installed the new one at cost because of the time required for repair. Laptop runs even better than when I first received it. These guys are the best around and I would never take my business elsewhere. Just go here.

Over the course of four years, and several international plane rides, I have seen more PC repair shops than I care to admit. A simple perusal of these stores will tell you the sesame sad take about each, save one. At most of these workshops, there is a gouging business-like manager trying to overcharge to take apart your PC, or laptop, then charge to diagnose your issue, then inflate the disassembly price to put it back together, so you spend hundreds without ever getting your issue resolved, ALL while being rushed. Mike, at Orange Tech, as well as his technicians, are a completely different story. They are people, they help in a timely fashion without gouging your bank account. The most important thing is that they understand that your electronics are important to you, so they will always take the utmost care in dealing with them, while bringing the most cost effective solution possible to you.

Dropped off my computer to have the owner/ only technician install some anti virus program, then when I came back a few hours later the man went into a full blown frenzy about how the computer had been infected with viruses which seemed fishy because my anti virus still hadnt expired yet. So I looked at the browser history and it was pretty clear that the owner, Mike, has been watching midget bestiality porn and had infected my computer. It was clearly him due to the time stamps of the history. How could someone who claims to be an I.T. professional do such a thing? He threatened to call the cops when I refused to pay and began to walk out but then I told him I would show the cops and his wife what he was watching on my laptop and then he began crying and hitting himself. Mike is a freak and doesnt deserve to have your business. Consumers beware. I have no idea how hes managed to get so many good reviews. I bet he uses his customers own computers to do the reviews while in his shop to make himself look good to the unsuspecting public. He needs to be shut down for good.

So lucky to have found them. My computer got a virus and I was in danger of loosing 7 years worth of photos. Orange Tech had me back up and running in less than a week, I am so thankful!

My mother brought her computer into Orange Tech Inc. for web slowness and freezing up issues on her yahoo e-mail every time she used her computer. She brought it into Mike the owner who would not shut up long enough for her to explain what was wrong until we asked him to let her talk. He kept her computer for a week and placed a better virus software into the computer. We picked up the computer, brought it home and turned it on only to have the same problems as before. He charged my mother $159 plus change for WHAT? I told her to take it back to him and ask him to look at the issues again and to give it back to her that day. He said he would have to keep it over the weekend to look at it. We picked it us the following week and found that he had not done anything to it (it was still slow and freezing up). She brought it back again only to have Mike tell my 78 y/o mother to go into the back room and hook it up herself while he attended to other customers in the front office! My mother was the first person at the store 9:30 am. My mother left after he kept telling her I will be right with you. My sister was sent in again with my mother to talk with Mike about getting her money back. In the meantime he called home since my mother left angry with him about not fixing the problems and leaving her to hook it up by herself. I told him he was rude, did not fix the problem, talked over me and her and he should return the money immediately, minus the software for virus protection ($29.95). He said he would make her happy if she brought it back in (visit # 4)! He did not give her money back nor did he fix the computer! Please do not take your computers to this company.

Mike at Orange Tech is the definition of outstanding customer service. The jack on my Sony laptop broke and I was unsure if I was going to need a new laptop. Mike assured me that he could locate and order a new jack which is hard to find for my brand. Mike made it happen and also went above and beyond to fix some minor issues to the motherboard. Its a relief to find an honest business who actually takes care of their customers and values their reputation.

I was referred to Orange Tech last year by a friend and will always bring my problems to them. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and nice. They have bent over backwards to fix all of my gear when I bring it to them. I wont trust anyone else in the area, I know I can come to them with my issues and they will be fixed as soon as possible.

My wife and I moved to the Green Cove Springs, FL area in Nov. of 2004, from Michigan. The computer we brought with us was on its last leg. I think I found Mike, Orange Tech, in the yellow pages. Called him and we met and he set me up with a rebuilt unit. He came out to our home to transfer the info from our old computer to the one we just bought. I will never forget watching Mike use the key board and getting stuff done. He was like an accomplished pianist. As he started out he was telling me what was happening and in about 30 seconds he was way over my head. I told Mike I was a computer illiterate and to relay in ENGLISH what he was doing. He started again and in about 45 seconds he was way past my understanding again. II could tell he loved what he was doing so I just let him go!! Since then, we have replaced the compurter with another rebuild and also purchased a rebuild note book. While I still consider myself computer illiterate, I feel extremely confident in Mikes ability and trust him to keep me up to speed on what I need regarding computer stuff. If I have a question or problem, he is always ready to help and clear up the issues. He, Orange Tech, have serviced my computer needs since that first meeting and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who may need assistance.

To get a full understanding Ill give you the short version of what happen. 2 months ago walked in to get a USB network adapter asked about a job and was told to come back the next day at 830. Should up not only on time but early low and behold the owner (mike) never should, but I had to leave. Came back mid day lucky he was there asked what happen to our appointment and he gave me some lame reason. Needless to stay I still started work for him at times that I could seeing as I had a full time job worked there for about 30 hours our the course of 2 month repaired several laptops and desktops and never once saw a paycheck. Also help the customers when he was never around or didnt want to deal with them. The reason Im writing this review is that Mike is a good tech but his people and owner skills are lacking more then what most people can handle.

I was having major issues with my 3 year old computer. i talk to the person at the shop and say i need to have a diagnostic done. 24 hours later he talks to me saying that it was my motherboard. that it would cost 111 dollars for a 3 year old motherboard and almost 175 dollars for instillation.after that i say i feel something fishy here, so i go to another shop called rpccomputers. i take it to the man at the front desk and ask him to look at my computer he takes two minutes to look at my computer and instantly says its my power supply. for the upgraded power supply it was 46 dollars with installation and testing.i highly recommend never coming to this place they are slow and will rip you off, they are nice though.

The only negative that I experienced was the time it took to get my computer back, BUT Mike explained that he had been out sick for a couple of days so that explained why. Other than that, my computer was fixed; my files were saved, and the total charge was what I was told upfront. I will use them again when problems pop up with my computers.

They fixed my lightning-damaged motherboard quickly and inexpensively. You will not find a better, more friendly computer repair business. Highly recommend.

Dropped off a desk top CPU earlier today because it doesnt turn on. Mike figured it out, made repairs, cleaned the internals and was able to pick it up by close of business. Awesome job Orange Tech!

I had a very bad experience here. They took a week longer than they quoted. Had multiple issues while trying to do a simple data recovery and reload of Operating System. Charged me $50 more than quoted. I finally got it back and now my hard drive is damaged. They did not fix it at all. Owner Mike Brien wants it back so he can keep it another week or more and MAYBE fix it?? No way. I will never go to this business again. I should have went to Best Buy or TigerDirect. $200 dollars later and I still have a broken laptop. Very unprofessional. They did not help me, they did not fix my laptop. Do not make the same mistake I did.

These guys are awesome, always have specific things i need every time im in there, along with the selection of items and parts that catch my eye, great customer service along with people who really know what they are doing. As a Master Race gamer and PC enthusiast myself its hard to find the specific part or hardware you need locally, and hands down Orange Tech is best place I have found in Jax and orange park Area.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. They have everything you need and if they do not have it they will find it and get it for you at the least possible price. They are even cheaper on items than Wal-Mart. I needed a hard wire for my computer to the server and wound up taking my wire back to Wal-Mart because I saved $10 here. GO HERE !!!!!

Besides being the only place where I could find what I was looking for locally, the customer service was excellent. A storm killed the onboard NIC on my work PC and I had to find a low profile replacement. Everywhere else I checked only gave me the option to order a replacement. Orange Tech had it in store and even swapped out the bracket before ringing me up. Awesome, convenient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Averted a crisis and discovered a gem!

I dropped off my gaming rig today. Mike was honest and fast. They fixed it and had it ready to go just 2 hours later. Then they helped me set everything up by phone. Ill be going back to them for all of my pc troubles. Adding to this, I had another problem the next day with my monitor. What Acer couldnt do in an hour, they did in 90-120 seconds at no cost.

Do not waste your time. I might as well threw my money out the window. Waste of time and money and they did not fix a damn thing with my computer, of course they will always tell you no problem they will be glad to take care of your problem but the only thing they take care of is your money.

Mike went out of his way to take care of my problems and resolved them all very efficiently. Great service and will be back!

I trained here a few years back, and to this day if there is anything I need help with computer related, or I desire a second opinion next to my own, I go to Orange Tech. I trust these guys a whole lot more than any other place in town.

I bought a new computer several years ago i love this place i need to have work done now i just have a hurt knee and cant get it in for repair

Mike is awesome! My laptop broke and I was going to have to send it back to Acer. Mike was able to fix it and keep all my data intact! Acer had told me I could expect to lose everything. Plus, for a minimal charge he upgraded my computer from 1 gig of ram to 4 gigs. Mike offered me some other upgrades which I passed on and he wasnt pushy at all, just told me some options. Its obvious that Mike is a great small business guy that cares about his customers and his business reputation. By the way, he ordered the part my laptop needed, got it the next day and fixed it that day! In fact, I dont think he even charged me for the repair, but for installing the new ram and a new battery.

I went to Orange Tech in need of a good gaming system, Mike went over different options until we found one that fit both my price range and performance needs. I highly recommend them.

There are no technicians at Orange Tech, only the owner. The owner, in addition to lacking any organizational or business skills, seems to suffer from what I suspect to be a mild - moderate case of schizophrenia with erratic and inappropriately timed outbursts. While it is true that Im upset to not even have an initial diagnosis or even the first follow-up call after having left my computer with him over a week and a half, I feel that my rating of one star is more than generous. His location is in the back of a building in a place outside of the watchful public eye and yet his security system is never armed and never monitored. I doubt it even works. His hours of operation are extremely erratic as he closes the business frequently during what is supposed to be normal working hours. Computers await repair out in the open with only a simple door lock standing between them and a would-be thiefs possession. At closing, the owner randomly decided to jump out of his car with the windows rolled down and run away of into an unknown direction with the Open light still on as well as a paper stating that it was open and during normal hours.... How could he be trusted with the security of peoples sophisticated computer systems that may contain personal information? From the things I observed, I highly doubt that he is properly licensed and insured to conduct business in his chosen trade. Also, I wonder if he is capable of performing maintenance beyond cleaning the dust off a cooling fan and reseating the memory cards.Addition: (1600 hrs) Everything this guy has said about all his poor reviews is a complete lie! He didnt replace my fan. My computer wasnt even brought to him for a fan.... Was brought to him for a fresh install of Windows. He takes apart peoples computers regardless of what they come in for. I only wish I had looked at his reviews before dropping my computer here. So, unbelievable Im military in a military town? Laughable!Addition:(1900 hrs) Apparently in a tactic of revenge for my honest review, Mike the owner has used my information provided to him at the store to apply for health coverage for me as well as for me to sell my Bill of lading from my company Dummies R Us aslong with various other online applications only requiring Name, Phone Number, and bogus email. My phone is now blowing up with phone calls from companies that are just as irate to be scammed as I am. They have been very helpful in providing an IP address which has now been turned over to Clay County Sheriffs Department, IC3.gov (Federal Department investigating internet crimes), as well as the BBB. I have also setup Experian Fraud Alerts due to Orange Techs lack of ethics coupled with unencumbered access to PII contained within my computer. So far, the information he is applying to these various companies with is harmless and/or bogus but I am going to have to change my number now...and hopefully he is just as inept at computer repair as he seems to be and doesnt have anything useful from my computer. Oh, and by the way, his competition confirms that he did not change out the fan as he has claimed....thank goodness for wear and tear!

I have talked to a lot of other places about getting my computer fixed and know one else would touch it with the problems it had,but Mike was up for the job and the price was very fare and he was fast and got my business up and running again in no time!!!!!! THANKS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I am a repeat customer.... thru my own fault I keep allowing viruses and mal-ware weave theyre evil ways into my computer. Mike at Orange-Tech comes to my rescue. I receive an explanation on what the problem was, how to avoid it if at all possible. His pricing is very affordable. I will continue to use Orange Tech for all of my computer problems. Now if he could just teach me how to use my computer I would be a very happy computer nerd.

If you need pc repair then this is the place to go! Dont listen to the very few people who have left bad reviews about this place...they are insane! I have a gaming pc of that has a liquid cooling system in it and I had no idea how to exchange the fluid and clean the gunk that was in the tubing. After calling about ten pc repair stores and all of them telling me no we dont do that kind of service I called orange tech and they told me yes! I was thrilled! I brought in my of and the technicians were very knowledgeable. Mike and his crew were very friendly and professional. In about 2 days the repair was done and my computer is working great and best of all they provided a fair price. The work they did was of the best quality, my pic wasnt damaged, there were no screws missing, no leaks in the hosing; just overall very excellent work. Oh and get this...both times I called there with questions it was after hours and somebody still picked up the phone! That is unheard of!!! I cant thank them enough for the work they did and will refer all of my friends here!!! Again...thank you guys so much!!!

All parts were disassembled, be cause I replaced the motherboard. Asked mike if he could put it all back together said yeah . I Didn,t have the power plug but he said no problem he does.Picked up the finished laptop . It wouldn,t boot up,, and no power too the laptop period wouldnt recommend him to anyone

Paul Zettek: I went to Computer FX in the South Blanding Village shopping center. They did not have what I needed. They also told me that they were the only place in town that was open. Thank goodness google disagreed with them. Thats where I found Orange Tech. They are hidden away a bit, but well worth the effort to find them. Across from Marshalls on Blanding. Not only did they give me what I needed at a fair price, but they were VERY friendly and courteous. They were definitely the type of people I will see again and recommend to others. Im an IT person myself, I didnt have anything repaired there, but they definitely seemed very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge if they can.

Mike did a great job on my Gateway computer.. Week later I had another problem MIKE fixed it for free great job

My macbooks hard drive had failed and after replacement i couldnt get the os to install. These guys are good people who do good work and i would recommend them to family or anyone who needs repairs really! Fantastic people!

I would avoid this business at all cost for your safety and well being.I brought a laptop in to have the hinge repaired on it. I came in to pick it up after receiving a call that it was complete. When he handed me the computer I had noticed some adhesive smeared on the top lid of the laptop.I asked him if there was anything he could do to remove the glue.He then went into a long dialogue about how he is the only one in town that can do this kind of repair and that instead of thanking him he cannot believe I am complaining about a few scuff marks of the computer.I started to become uncomfortable with his demeanor and I had my 2 year old and 5 year old children with me in the store at that time. I had already by this time asked him to lower his voice in front of my children. After he had been rambling for a few minutes I told him I wanted to leave and that I would just go ahead and pay him so I could get out of there. He then snatched my computer off the counter and said this is now a cash sale only. I told him I dont carry that kind of cash and would pay with my credit card. He then decided that he no longer wanted payment at all and that he would cut the welding out and undo everything he had fixed. That would have been impossible to do without further damaging my computer. He had welded and permanently glued the lid shut.I told him multiple times I would pay him with my credit card, just give me back my computer so I can leave. He then started yelling at me that I was a bully and I needed to leave. I told him Im not leaving my computer there for him to destroy and do lord knows what to.He then presented a can of mace and set what I believe to be another can of bear mace on the counter and threatened to spray me and my 2 children with it. Saying loudly this will burn them.Naturally, I call the police and and I have my van parked directly in front the store and open the doors from the keypad and tell my children to go get in. As Im standing in the doorway on the phone with the 911 operator, he comes up to me and physically shoves me out of the store and locks the doors.He goes back inside and does a few things and then comes out and drives away knowing the police are on the way. The police arrive shortly and they have to call him to return to the store. He tells the officers that the problem was that I refused to pay tax which is completely absurd and a lie.After speaking to one of the officers inside for a while, he comes out and hands me my laptop and I leave.After everything I went through that day, what topped it off was getting home and discovering that my laptop would not connected to the internet. It had no wireless connection. I had to take my computer to someone else to fix his terrible work.Please think twice before doing business with this man. There are PLENTY of other options in town. Read other negative reviews and see that I am not the only one who has had to get police involved.Edit: Adding picture to prove that I did drop my laptop off at this establishment on 6-26-17 and was back on 6-28-17 to pick it up and that is when the above statement occurred. This drop off slip clearly proves that his reply is a lie and that I was in fact a customer at this business. This proof will also be sent to the BBB to back up my complaint with them as well.

I had an excellent experience at Orange Tech. The IT guyz fixed all my problems. In addition, they happily performed frankenstein surgery and used a few good parts from my old PCs. (One of mine was half obsolete and the other one fried by a lightening strike.) I walked away with an upgraded PC that has 8 gig of ram and extra features at an super discounted price. Both IT guyz were professional, friendly, informative and went the extra mile. I will be bringing all my problems back to Orange Tech from now on. The store has good parking and is easy to find. Exiting via the back I was able to drop some stuff off at Goodwill and come out at an intersection that has a light. So I also find the location convenient.

THIS PLACE HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME FAIR AND THE OWNER IS VERY KNOWLAGABLE AND WILL EXPLAIN ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT COMPUTERS. I WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE PLUS TREIR PRICES ARE GOOD TOO.THANKS

Speaking from my own experience with Mark at Orange Tech, I will never, ever come back or refer anyone I know to come here. I was threatened with a taser and had the cops called all because I asked for a refund on a harddrive I got the day before that showed several errors after i got home. He immediately said no and I need to leave his store. I asked him to do the right thing and he took out his taser and threatened me with it and called the cops. My son, 15 was just standing in the store in shock at this mans behavior. My son said nothing to Mark but he had the sheriff not only write me up but also my son (fingerprinted etc... ) but never told him to leave, just me.Long story short, he doesnt stand behind his work or things he sells and instead kicks you out with force. According to the sheriff, this was not his first visit to Orange Tech.EDITED: Owner posted reply stating to ignore my review. You dont want to fall victim to his business practice. Im stuck with a bad harddrive and out $240.00. The special circumstance was that the day before he told me one price and when I went to pay for service he charged me more. I asked him why, he swore he said something else. Being the bigger man (and the fact the next day was my sons birthday and I had no time to go elsewhere) I just finally paid the bill instead of arguing back and forth over $25.00.UPDATE: Just received letter from my bank about the Credit Card dispute with Orange Tech stating the bank has sided with me (proper papper work verifying the issues and all) and has issued funds back to my account. I so wish this could have been resolved correctly and professional instead...
