After going through business with this company my PC was returned with more damage than before. Charged for a no repair after 2 months of little to no communication.Upon bringing my PC into a repair center after my experience here, I was shown how my board and cpu had blunt damage and were no longer in working condition. I was hesitant to make this review out of my good intentions for small business owners, but now knowing that I was charged for some body elses mistake (a 300+ dollar one at that) is just absolutely unforgivable and I sadly have to say Ill never recommend or bring any device to this location again.- Edit:I did agree for the device to be returned, because the amount of time that had been passed was reaching such points that the repair was almost becoming negligible, I just wanted my system back.Secondly, the PC being unrepairable brought be to a staggering laugh as I just recieved by PC fully repaired in 5 days from the company that pointed out the blunt damaged caused to my equipment from this company... If it was an honest mistake it was an honest mistake but... I have to be truthful for the benefit for the rest of the customers with broken devices in need of repair.

Check with Green Coves The Computer Guy before either paying for that extended warranty or taking your computer/laptop to big guy store.Didnt trust the Extended Warranty Deal offered for my laptop, per research on web. Gave The Computer Guy a try. In short order...after double checking their work...they informed that my problem was a bad updated driver. Reasonable price for their labor and off we go.
