PHARMACY! I made an appointment for my Covid booster, and asked for an additional vaccine at the same visit. Told so busy and short staffed can only have 1. I chose the Covid booster. I went home and scheduled another appointment for 2 weeks later for the 2 additional vaccines I needed (regular flu and shingles). I got to that appointment, and although it shows both vaccines requested, again they report to be too busy, and I only get the regular flu shot. I come home, go on line, and they have an afternoon appointment, TODAY, available so I schedule it and will make yet another trip to Walgreens today, to get the vaccine I should have been able to get this morning at my first appointment. Instead, MORE time will be needed to check me in AGAIN, Verify all my data AGAIN, and in less then 2 minutes in the room I will get the 3rd of my vaccines. Walgreens, your employees need to get their act together, or you need to hire personnel to handle the extra load of vaccinating the public......

I set up an appointment for a covid vaccine at this location. It said to wait up to 24 hours for my confirmation email which I needed to bring with me to the appointment. I never got one🤷🏻‍♀️However, when I go through the drive thru to pick up my scripts, Malissa is always very nice. It seems she’s working desk and drive thru by herself. And trying her best to do it all with a smile. She deserves a raise for sure.

The people are nice, the cashiers do an excellent job. The pharmacy is awful, they take forever to fill prescriptions and sometimes do not even have the prescription that is needed but do not tell you until after they started to fill the prescription that they do not have it.

I called on 3-8-20 and spoke with a store clerk named Jasmine who had me to repeat my question 4x and act like she didn’t understand me then puts the phone down without saying anything so another minute pass and Julie comes on the line asking about the test I was requesting ...but mind u Jasmine acted like she didn’t hear me...I hate customer service like this...I will not return 3x I had a horrible customer service experience at Walgreens!!!

Very unprofessional and lazy staff. Shop elsewhere if possible.

I never liked shopping at walgreens since every store makes up there Owen rules. I went to use a coupon for face product. Did not exclude any products so I got lip. Well they said that considered face. So I looked up online and lips are considered a face product also call corporate corporate said the same thing that if it does not exclude I was able to use it. But the store manager said its lips are not part of your face. The coupon also stated one coupon per purchase. Which is her item I am buying it is not limited. If it was lemon it it would say limit for a light coupons or 4 per customer per day. Said nothing of that sort. So I walked out with nothing. This happens all the time this is why I do not shop at Walgreens Im very disappointed in the customer service and the people that work there with their knowledge of coupons

Horrible Pharmacy they allow people to sit at the drive-thru window after they dropped off the prescription to wait on it for over an hour while other people that have already dropped off their prescriptions and ready to pick up have to sit behind them. This is the only Pharmacy I have ever seen constantly inconsistently be this slow.

I am so frustrated with this location. The last two times I’ve dropped a prescription they say an hour. I come back in 2 hours and they have to look everywhere because they can’t find it and haven’t even started on my prescription. 2 times in two weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. The pharmacy staff needs to be Revaluated. I will be transferring my script and will not revisit this store

This place saves me money and is so fast. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE REST OF THESE PEOPLE ARE TALKING OF.

Pharmacy staff needs to be replaced with people who care. Waited an hour for a prescription that I was told would be 20 minutes... ignored and then the prescription CALLED in at 230p wasnt done... 3.5 hours later... really ... then told printer malfunction, manufacturer something... excuse excuse excuse.... done going here...

Everytime I come here its a disappointment.
