This pharmacy is the Worst for customer service and calling! I kept dialing the pharmacy number MULTIPLE times and each time I would finally get through, somebody would hang up on me! So then I called and chose the option for a store clerk and held 20 minutes with nobody picking up. If you go through the drive through to pick up an Rx, you have to wait for COVID testing because theres only ONE window and ONE person working. On the inside, you wait in ONE line for prescription pick up because the other line is for COVID vaccines! They have a clinic in there so why cant they use that for COVID and free up time at the windows for someone sick needing medicine or the elderly who are on walkers waiting?!

I’d give no stars if I could. Very poor, horrible customer service with the pharmacy!l only come here because my insurance forced me to use Walgreens. Every time I call the pharmacy I’m placed on hold for more than 20 minutes Or moreat time forced to listen to bad hold music and covid vacation commercials. For them to answer and place you back on hold! All I want to do is talk to the pharmacist on the phone. Very poor unprofessional customer service!

Very very slow pharmacy. Like 30+ minutes wait every time I go.

If a zero was possible that’s what I would give the pharmacy at this store. I have been getting my prescriptions here for the last 4 years. The first 2 years was great then the employees started changing. In the last 2 years I have not seen the same person twice. No one there knows what they are doing or how to do their job. They’re rude, inefficient and simply do not care. I just sit in the line to pick up my scripts for 35 minutes. The car in front of me was being completely ignored. He rang the service bell then waited for someone to come to the window which they did not. This happened at least 5 times over the next 35 minutes . There is a mirror in the corner allowing you to see in the back of the store I watched the employees standing just outside his view from the window they were busy carrying on a conversation and completely ignoring the customers. I’m moving my scripts somewhere else. HAD ENOUGH!

It was okay. They didnt have what I needed. I was looking for dog pads. Plus, dont wait on a greet. It didnt happen 😕

By far the most helpful and friendly Walgreens location around Orange Park! I used this location after moving and I greatly benefited from the staffs compassion and service. They really do go out of their way to help patients even those of use without insurance. If it werent for this branch location I wouldnt have kept Walgreens as my personal pharmacy 🙂

You would think that being in the location its at,it would come with better customer service but if you got points to spend and dont mind a Meh attitude then Welcome.

I’d give them 0 if I could. Been on hold now over 30 minutes. Phone just keeps ringing, someone will answer and immediately put me on hold. I hung up and this is my second call now. Still the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t have enough people to help then HIRE more ! As I’m writing this the person just hung up on me. YOU SUCK

Never seen a friendly face in this store front; nobody speaks when you walk in or well, ever. Pharmacy workers are usually very helpful at the window & friendly though. However, the phone never gets answered during the day.

Terrible company policy.

Clean store, is set up just like the one I used to frequent in Philadelphia PA, friendly employees, and while waiting in line, another line opened to get customers out quickly.

Ive have had the worst experiences with the pharmacy over the past two months. I recommend going to the Publix, because they have much better customer service and they actually do their job!

Their customer service is abysmal! I have drug sensitivities and needed a specific medication which they do not carry, nor can they order, so I transferred it to CVS. Instead of sending the correct medication, they told CVS I didnt have any refills on it when I had 8 refills left! I gave the RX number and everything. I tried to call them and no one would pickup the phone for 10 minutes. I had to call CVS back and ensure they had the correct RX number. Finally, they were able to fill it.Also, their pharmacist orders from Indian manufacturers all the time which I am very leery about since several of them have poor conditions and have been barred by the FDA. When you try to get them to fill it with an alternative, the manager claims he will look at his catalog but NEVER gets back to you. Ive had this happen about 3 times, at least. And forget going thru the drive-thru when youre in a rush! They dont have a dedicated window cashier so you can wait and wait, especially if there is only one pharmacist manning the entire pharmacy with no techs. They are poorly managed and understaffed. Im transferring my prescriptions to Publix since CVS is no longer covered by my insurance.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacists are rude and they gave us medication that was not even prescribed by my doctor by accident. They also never have the medication that I get filled there every monTh. They have to order it and then I have to wait and go without a day or 2, even though I call in the refill a few days ahead of time. And if you have Tricare as a secondary, Forget it, they won’t run it without asking every single time and then they will tell you it doesn’t pay anything, even when you know it does. Go to Publix!

Worst stocked Walgreens in Orange Park.

I was leaving town for several weeks and needed a hydrocodone prescription filled. They kept the refill slip for three days, scribbled all over it and then refused to fill the medicine. I was humiliated and made to feel like a drug addict/abuser. This was a terrible experience witnessed in front of my children. CVS now has my business.

This is literally the worst Walgreens I ever been to. I trust my dog with getting my order right in the pharmacy. I walked out on them without my drugs.

The black small African American pharmacist was at the register and wasnt discreet about my medication while there were others behind me! Everyone doesn’t have to know what iam talking about or taking.
