I just want to thankyou to Allie for helping me get two phones & plans. She helped me get two nice phones for a goood price and the whole process was a breeze. Shes very friendly and knowledgeable of her products. I have never had any transaction that dealt with phones be that friendly, quick and exactly what i asked for. I will recommend this metro to any one i come across that needs a switch in providers or a new plan. Im literally saving 300 dollars by switching to metro. Happy customer over here!!!! Quick service set up everything in minutes. Come by this location and get what you need. The ladies here are very nice and kept a conversation with me the whole set up

The store opens at 10am I’m there at 12:37pm and the door is locked with no note or anything saying an ETA. This is not how to run a business and just close when you want.....

Closed before 7pm. Still sitting inside with all the lights on but door locked. Sign says open till 7pm. The girl inside just sat there rolling her eyes at us. May want to change the hours if they are allowed to close whenever they feel like it. Very rude customer service.

Took a week and a half for my daughter to have time off work while they were open. Showed up 5 min. before they opened so we would have time for her to buy her new phone before going to work. 15 minutes after they were scheduled to be no one was there. We are going to another location from now on.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.Shayla was uninformed ill equipped and did not care after paying $900.00for a phone she skipped past all the set up process, when I asked her why she did not transfer the contacts and photos over, she said you aint aks me dat

I called to inquire about a resume I sent in about a job and got hung up on tried to call back and got hung up on again. Take the sign down thats on the door as soon as you walk up if you arent willing to hire people.

I had a horrible experience at this store. The sales rep obviously didnt care whether i signed up with metro pcs or not. I went to a different store further from my home for services.

Rude customer service rep, was not knowledgeable on phones.

The service was bad the African American guy was rude and he had alot of friends up there and it smelled like weed when I walked in the store.

Dreadful service, no detailed receipt given, now I keep getting my rebates rejected.

They suck at mpcs.
