Jakari was extremely helpful. Unfortunately he had a male cs come in who refused to believe he wasnt getting a refund foe a upgrade. Had the phone we wanted, changed it out and we were on our way!
They dont know their products very well at all, or at least the person that sold me a phone. I asked for a phone that has Google pay ability and I pay $280 for a phone the guy says has it. Find out that it does not have it and I dont like the phone at all after a few days of messing with. They cant exchange it or do anything for me. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this store.
I went out of my way to go to this location due to the one near my house not opening until 10a.m. I was there before opening at 9a.m and by 9:30 still no one had shown up. I use my phone for work and NEEDED someone to assist me in getting it working. I just tried to call up there and still no answer on the store phone. Due to having to wait it has affected my attendance record with my job and since I cant get ahold of anyone I do not have documentation to provide my work that I needed to have my phone serviced. Very dissatisfied and very unprofessional.
Exceptional customer service. I paid a phone bill upgraded to a new phone and changed my phone number all at one time. Dawson was the name of the nice young gentlemen who helped me but overall all the staff were helpful and polite

Went in for help, I literally felt as though a robot was talking to me, an extremely slow annoying un informative, and continued to upscale...without hesitation, had to walk out disturbed by how dumb this guy was... not worth my time never again

Great customer service and friendly staff is why I was so inclined to work here. Although there is a high turnover rate for employees, it doesnt have an effect on feeling like a part of the family every time you visit. From device sales to customer service, this place is the best one around!

Went to to get a new phone and wanted to know the price between single line and family plan . Helper didnt know much and store worker went to the customer behind us and helped them and left his helper and our questions unanswered and laughed. Went to another location and walked out with a family plan and 4 phones.
I cant say enough how wonderful Michelle and her staff are. Extremely helpful and such a wonderful environment. I highly recommend using MetroPCS and also recommend coming to this store.
Do not go in there they lie Im sure they steal. Went in there with my own phone and they told me I had to start out with the $60 plan. After a day and a half I talked to the corporate and they said that was a lie but I had talked on the phone over an hour so I couldnt get a complete refund. Do not go to that store they look ghetto though they are ghetto
My mom and sister went into this location to try and get service on my little sisters phone. After wandering around the store for 10 minutes, they walk up to the woman standing in the back on her phone (who never greeted them) asking for help. She was extremely rude and not wanting to help at all. If anything, she was pushing them NOT to get any service there. Sad that’s the kind of people you want representing your brand. They are both switching to sprint now because of poor service.
Me and my husband went to this store in hopes of getting us a joint family plan and were interested in there current deal for the two Samsung a20 free phones. Before we can here we called and were quoted a deal at 145$ to have both phones activated and walk out the door with them in our pocket. Once there we were again assured that we could switch our phones over and partake in the advertised promotion. As soon as we gave our current numbers and requested they be posted over we were informed our total would be 309$ which we did not agree upon. When we said we did not wanna take the deal the lady informed us she didnt know how to void us out and she would have to call her manager. She called her manager who was not on site and we had to wait for her to arrive once the manager arrived she instantly went outside and got on her phone and started smoking ignoring us and her employee. We asked for the owner who was in his office (Andy is his name) and were told he was rude and that he refused to come out and help us. So we indeed did have to wait for the manager to quit smoking and get off her phone which took around 30 min. Once the manager was in the store again (Kat is her name) she was very rude refused to assist and once again made a call on her phone. Instead of helping us she gave us a number and told us to call customer assistance on our own and figure things out for ourselves. They had indeed posted my number over which canceled my current phone service through cricket. So now in order to have my original phone restored which I paid my bill on less than a week ago I have to go to a cricket store and pay for a SIM card (15$) and also a reactivation fee (65$) or go to a corporate store and purchase a new phone through metro for 309$. Its now 10:00 pm and im without a phone period until I can go to these office tommorrow and purchase a phone for or have issues resolved. After being on the phone with customer service for around 5 hours nothing has been resolved or accomplished and Im really feeling like metro pcs has not only attempted to rob us but also placed us in a position where we have to spend money we shouldnt have to spend to resolve a problem they created apperantly out of spite that they failed to rob us. This store will rob you if given a chance there owner is extremely rude and there manager is absurdly out of line. If you happen to not let them rob you they will take advantage of the position there in to cost you money needlessly out of pure spite. Its now 11 pm roughly and Im just finishing with customer service and the best im offered is go back to the store tommorrow and buy the phones and activate them. Metro PCS will rob you me and my husband would highly reccomend not dealing with them in any way. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with any phone service or customer service dealings in my life. Shame on you metro shame.

I use MetroPCS. There are my phone service provider. This location is hit-or-miss. I can usually get what I need done accomplished there. But sometimes one employee will tell you one thing and another employee will tell you something completely different. Ive even seen tension between employees over differing opinions. But all in all it is my local store and again I usually complete what I go there to do. Even if that means getting a lower price on a plan or phone.
Walked in and both guys had a customer, no problem we will be right with you 45 minutes later they are still dealing with the same 2 people. These 2 guys must of had a collective IQ of 10. Will not be going back to that location.
I will never go to this MetroPCS store again, the employee after 30 minutes was unable to activate my new phone and told me I would have to go to the corporate store to do it. Without informing me that she already deactivated my old phone leaving me with no usable phone when I left the store.
Michelle was absolutely amazing so helpful and friendly ...my knowledge of any electronic device is extremely limited and Michelle and the rest of her staff was so helpful making me feel at ease ... I will be recommending this store to all my family and friends ...

Andy Dijkers is the manager for this location and the one next to Walmart on Collins he is unprofessional and rude! He is manipulative and a womanizer. I went to this location with my daughter to purchase a case and he was very disrespectful/inappropriate he was hitting on my daughter and being fresh with her in front of everyone. One of the employees pulled me aside and apologized for his behavior and told me that he does this to all the woman that work there. I eventually ended up switching to Boost because I couldnt believe Metro Pcs would allow such inappropriate behavior. Sad thing is this is a married man.

I just recently started working at the metro pcs off orange park an the one off Edgewood the manager Andy Is very disrespectful I was asking him about my pay check that I didnt receive for the two weeks I worked I was told by my managers that metro pcs gets paid weekly. when asking about my pay check I was disrespected an fired for asking about my pay that I never received .

Girls basically sell phones. high employee turnover rate, go easy on the new girl cuz she dont know what she is doing, besides her fingernails.
Their phone selection is good the prices are okay the customer service seems to be decent as well I have left the company though in favor of Comcast for a much cheaper and in my opinion better experience
