This will be the only T-mobile store I ever go to, because of the service I received (specifically by the manager, Niko). I came in with tons of questions about adding a line and upgrading phones. I also had my daughter with me who I was secretly trying to get a phone for, and he not only helped me hide that fact, but he played along when I told my daughter that it’s “not allowed” for someone her age, so when Santa comes it will be a big surprise!! Not only was Niko extremely informed and able to answer ALL my questions, but he never made me feel rushed or like a bother. Later on, I even had a billing issue that he personally handled on my behalf and kept me informed the entire time. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here.

Eric is amazing. He answered all questions and was able to help upgrade my phone when other stores werent able to.

Went in just wanting to get a quote & we couldn’t pass up the deal. My fiancé has been with Verizon for almost 10 years but has now switched to t-mobile! We worked with Eric & he was great & straight to the point! We needed to be out at a certain time & he made it happen.

I went into T-Mobile to transfer my service to a different company from under a different account holder. Niko was very helpful in helping me to secure my own T-mobile account. Not only did I purchase a new phone I purchased a new Apple watch as well. I was very satisfied with his customer service as well as the other gentlemen in the store. It took about 2 hours but it didn’t even seem like two hours. Again I am extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase.

Didn’t think I would be buying let alone being at the store. But Mr. 5G himself ( Mr. Eric and Mr. Ralph at orange park mall ) convinced my man and I that better things are ahead if we let them take care of us and that he did. #Big5G #StopPlayingWithThem

Store associate that tried to help was awesome! However after being a T-MOBILE customer for almost 4 years, the company as whole is getting worse by the day. All my specialized team of helpers did was push me to become a former T-MOBILE customer. Im sure AT&T or Verizon will have no problem taking my $600 month, because T-MOBILE has definitely proven they dont want it.

Myrim at the Orange Park Mall location was amazing today. She was so very patient with me while I asked numerous questions, changed my mind various times about the type of phone I wanted and if I even wanted one today. She was even gracious enough to help me after after had to leave and go get my account numbers and come back so we could move our services over. I truly appreciate Myrims patience with me today. I know I can be a handful when it comes to these types of processes, but Myrim assured me shed take care of me and she did! Thank Myrim. Other locations can definitely use an associate like Myrim!!

This place was such a delight!
