Not overly happy with the service after the sell. Ordered our new sofa in October 2020, received it in January 2021. Orders the sofa with the better springs and better cushions with springs. When you set on the sofa now you fall into a hole. Called and the lady I needed to talk to was away from her desk left my name and number, and was told as soon as she’s back at her desk I’ll have her call. Waited for three hours for a return call, after not getting my promised call I called back. Was transferred to her when she answered I was told YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN I’ve been busy today!!! Told her about the first problem and was given a song and dance as to why this was not a problem with the fabric, told her about the poor quality of the seats having holes where it feels like your setting in a hole. Was told the repair department would call me back to schedule an appointment! The next should I heard was the received being spammed down. What great service. Not happy with the customer service. This was last week and still no call!

We were in market for a small dining set. We went to about 7 different furniture stores in the area. We stopped in to Orange Park Furniture and were greeted by Gary. He showed us a nice glass top set and we discussed pricing, etc. We told him we had more stores to check and we might come back. Well, we did and we bought the floor model and he set up a delivery date for us. Gary was professional and not pushy. One of the reasons we went back to the store was because of him. The delivery men came on time and were very gentle with new furniture and cautious of their surroundings in our home. My wife was home when they came was impressed with them. They were clean, wore a mask, and made sure she was satisfied. They use their own delivery men instead of a third party. More pride. We are happy to have stopped in there and will highly recommend them.

This is a little overdue just because life has been so crazy. But these people and this place are great. Jordan was very nice and helpful with us while helping us pick out new furniture. He was also very patient with my two little ones as they slowly started to lose it from boredom. He always kept us up-to-date on when everything would be delivered. I bought a full-size mattress with box and frame five years ago from Orange Park Furniture and I wish I hadnt because it already needs to be replaced. Im waking up with back pain because I made the mistake of believing them when they told me one-sided mattresses is how theyre making them these days. Because I couldnt flip it, but only rotate it, it had a short lifespan and was not worth the $550 I paid for it. I will never make a purchase from them again.

Purchased 2 double loveseats and within 8 months we started having issues the furniture, cushion stuffing, frame of the seats were tilted to center and the leather on the foot rest was detached and lying on floor. Had several service calls and no luck to fix. We were told it was normal wear. How can this be normal wear in less than a year. The last call we had with them was over the year and they told us it was out of warranty.

Here is where our expectations were exceeded......they offered to remove our old furniture and then donated it and we just received the paperwork from the charity to use for tax purposes. I love this business. A family owned and well ran shop. They try to get you what you want. They are patient. I needed mattresses and the salesman was absolutely wonderful about being patient with me trying out probably every one of them in the store. I also purchased a chair back in their move it fast area---- wow decided I wanted another one. Back I went probably a year later and couldnt remember the name of the chair.... they found my former sales ticket. Even though they did not stock the chair they ordered it for me. This is an update on a bad review I mistakenly had posted. We had some minor issues with a piece of furniture we purchased from OPF. Needless to say, everything was taken care of. The owner/president of the store took a very personal and professional approach to make sure all our issues and concerns were resolved. My wife and I are happy and delighted with the service and professionalism of Mr Olen and his staff at Orange Park Furniture. From the moment we stepped in the building, it was a wonderful experience. My wife and I were looking for a couple pieces of furniture and have been for several weeks. Love this place...only place in town we have bought our furniture for years...we come all the way from Saint Augustine for a one of a kind family style customer service that is unmatched from any other.

Todays trip was the follow-up to finalize our purchase. Gary whom worked with my husband and I a few days prior did everything we requested. I didnt have to finish my sentence and he had the answers on his screens, catalogs with measuring tape - there and waiting. We felt no pressure to buy anything more than required. However, when I asked for the choice of end tablets he assisted at the ready. Our job is done now as we wait 4 weeks for delivery.

Went ahead and made a purchase. Hope it comes in as expected. The staff is great, the selection of items to fit many different tastes is there. No pressure during both my visits. Prompt assistance, I went in with a toddler and my wife and was out within 30 minutes. I have placed an custom ordered for two chairs.

This was the absolute best retail experience I have ever had. Never felt pressured or rushed and Lance was happy to answer my millions of questions and to take measurements of everything. Delivery was quick and professional. Very pleased. I will be shopping here again.

Ive been shopping here 23 years. Its family owned, been around over 40 years. Most all of my furniture is from them. I like it because they are courteous and polite, and have great sales throughout the year. I purchased a beautiful fireplace a few months ago, a new bedroom suite, and an adjustable bed on December 18. If you have an issue, they are there to fix it.

We purchased a leather Elran sectional almost two years ago. The Elran company is from Canada if you are not familiar. The sectional was gorgeous but about 8 months ago we started noticing that the seat part began to “blister and peel”. Since this was made in Canada repair is not handled by Orange Park Furniture. In fact they pretty much washed their hands after the sale. This was by no means a cheap piece of furniture. We have had a repairman sent by Elran from a company called Fast Fix Furniture our of Bradenton come to the house twice first to order parts and then to repair but he left after 3 hours, left sick and only one portion of the sectional fixed to substandard care. I have called Fast Fix 3 times in the past two weeks and have been told they have to get another work order from Elran. I have left messages several times for managers to no avail. Our service at OP furniture initially was tremendous and we were highly satisfied but if you are considering a purchase here take care to where your furniture is really coming from. This repair process has been going on for nearly 7 months.

Looked for a couch everywhere (big box stores, Orange Park Furniture slipped my mind) and got nowhere....walked in here, was greeted and within 5 minutes had quite literally what I wanted right in front of me on clearance for under $400, a couch with recliners on each side. Couldnt believe it - everywhere else was wanting $250+ more for similar couches.....Orange Park Furniture is a reason people need to support local more.Very friendly people, great selection and great prices. If youre looking for furniture I recommend, at the very least, just stopping in to see what they have available.

Great place to get furniture good prices

I am 1 year late in this review, but as a small business owner, I couldnt pass up letting others know about my experience. My husband and I walked in, initially to buy a bed. Previous experiences with customer service and quality at another store lead us to support a local store. Not to mention, we were in the market for a flippable bed - very hard to find in stores. The service at this store was beyond excellent and we left with not only the bed we wanted, but a sofa. Well, 1 year later, the two pieces of furniture we purchased are going strong! Our sofa looks just like it did when it was delivered (we expected some sagging as it is our main sofa) and the bed has yet to show one bit of wear. Overall, from selection to customer service to product quality all exceed the 5 stars I could give them. Orange Park Furniture is the only place we recommend when people are looking for furniture.

We purchased furniture from OPFG the Fall of 2015. We have been very pleased with our choice of furniture that we chose but even more satisfied with the customer service that we have received from their company. My mother n law had purchased a sleigh bed from another store. It didnt have the rails. She called multiple furniture stores to no avail. She wandered into Orange Park Furniture and told them what she was looking for. They said they think they could help. Next thing you know two workers are carrying the rails out. When my mom asked how much- Mr. Markum said no charge. She was floored. That would have been $200! Kindness does exist and what a wonderful thing! The Owner just asked that she pay it forward. My husband and I have bought all our furniture at Orange Park Furniture throughout the years. They are the best furniture store in town. We love the quality of the furniture and the customer service is awesome. Highly recommend this store.

I bought a lift chair, a recliner, and two reclining sofas here about two years ago. Theyre an hour away from my house, but Id shopped all over town and OPF had the best price for high-quality brands. Today I learned that they also have the best customer service. I called Wednesday afternoon to request service on the lift chair. Thursday they delivered a loaner lift chair and picked up the non-working one. Friday they delivered the repaired unit and picked up the loaner. I assumed this would be an expensive weeks-long process, but it was 2 days and no charge!

We were in desperate need of a bed. Labor Day Weekend. We went to a few other places they were not able to deliver for a week. Here we had one delivered within minutes. Best bed ever.

So much better than chain stores. Owned by a family who also works the sales floor.
