Great selection of Law Enforcement gear! Nice selection of firearms and accessories. I have bought three guns from them. The gun sales team that were working on 5/27/2021 were the most condescending sales reps I have dealt with since I stopped going to a competitor across the river.I watched this group of sales reps belittle three separate customers before I asked for assistance. Well, I didnt like the attitude I was getting so I decided not to purchase a F/A today.Hope this gets fixed as I really like the store.

This place is a joke. Smug, rude and disrespectful. Guy behind the gun counter talked to me like I was a five year old. Couldn’t be bothered to stop leaning on a counter to help be find something on the sales floor. Then I found out my account was closed and I can’t make a purchase at the store due to negative feedback left on an online purchase. Apparently I hurt someone’s feelings so I’m not allowed to spend money here. I walked out leaving $150 worth of merchandise on the counter because I my account was closed. Absolute joke. Good thing there are other gun shops right down the road.

I’ll say it isn’t like your usual “gun store.” Sure, plenty of firearms on the wall but they offer lots of duty gear (mainly geared towards law enforcement) and a decent selection of holsters. As a south paw, wish a bit you had a better selection of lefty holsters (we make up 15% of the population!) but otherwise no complaints. Prices are solid and they support many LE-based price discounts from manufacturers.Staff are good, knowledgeable. I’ve been there several times, purchased a pistol some time ago on blue label. This was during the hard crunch when COVID started. While swamped they did knock it out as quick as they could. Was there today with a buddy and they processed his purchase quick and easy.

I have purchased two blue label guns from GT Distributors and I keep going back because of the staff. I worked with Ray both times, coincidentally, and both times, he has been above awesome! Him and his co-workers were extremely helpful with all the questions I had and offered great advice. Ray and the rest of the team did a great job juggling all of the customers while still providing great customer service to every individual customer. Thank you Ray for making me a repeat customer. I found that my last visit was not customer friendly the staff ignored me and others that was there to get some kind of help.. it was very unorganized they had no system on who to help next so I was there just waiting to be helped no one looked like they cared I guess when you are selling guns for over 500 dollars a pop it doesn’t matter.. I’ll never shop there again

The Orange Park, Florida location has five stars for me. Great customer service and the folks are nice. Pricing seems to be slightly shy from full MSRP. Although they offer Blue label which will help lower the price.Overall good place with lots of stuff.

Retirement after 35 years of Fire Service was a proud achievement until dealing with GT for a Blue Label purchase. I retired in 2018 and still have my credentials from 2018 but not enough for a Blue Label purchase. I guess this company has no use for firefighters after we retire.

I was excited when I learned of this store as they offer the IOP and blue label. I’ve been in a total of two times and wasn’t impressed by the customer service the first time but thought I’d give it a second try. While they have a nice selection their customer service is terrible. Some of the employees seem bothered when asking them questions about stock, quantity or details related to firearms. I understand that things are beyond their control but customer service is key. I will not be going back to this store and will not purchase anything from them ever. I would much rather spend a little extra money and give my business to a place that would appreciate it. This place doesn’t even rate 1 star from me but at least 1 is required to post the review. Total disappointment.

I purchased a Glock and I knew I’d have to wait for a while but Sellers kept me in the loop. I know things are slow at times but I know Sellers stays on it. Awesome place to get everything you need!

Sure they have a nice showroom, but I was disappointed to find the firearm I wanted to purchase - when so many are out of stock - only to be told that it’s only available to blue line qualified. It has a retail price but is not available for average retail customers. Caters to those who are retired from a service and that’s great. Just won’t be for me from now on.****EDIT****After having a better explanation of the difference your store has I decided to give it another try. The sales staff didn’t seem as overwhelmed this time so I got to spend some time with somebody and was taken care of. I had to have something ordered since it wasn’t in stock commercially, and I am anxiously awaiting it to come in. Thanks!

Went in to purchase a firearm and was just asking basic questions of their policies and about the product and the answers I received were with attitude and constant rolling of their eyes and expected me to know how they operate. Long story short, i came in with my M&P shield 2.0 .40 yesterday. It had no recoil spring in it and the barrel got stuck upside down at a 45 degree angle and the slide was locked about half way back. I tried for hours and hours myself trying to get my gun unseized. Well the gentleman behind the counter named Ray asked me how he could help me and showed him my predicament of a gun. I asked if they had a gunsmith which the answer was no but Ray took a crack at it. After a few minutes of struggling and looking like he was going to give up, he took it to the back. About 5 minutes later he walks out with everything apart and i was so happy. He didnt even charge me which also made me so happy. I am so thankful for the service that Ray gave to me. I will be coming here to buy my next firearm just for the customer service they provide and i will point many people in their direction. So thanks again Ray and thanks GT.

Guys are very rude. They act like its a bother for them to spend YOUR money in this store. GO TO ON TARGET SPORTS!!! Its right down the road. Cheaper, nice and knowledgeable staff plus you get a free range day with your FFL transfers. Dont waste your time or money here.

I ordered Glock 17 mags and was sent Glock 19 mags. Getting a hold of this business is close to impossible. When we finally made contact they wanted me to pay the shipping to send them back then pay the shipping again for the correct mags I ordered to be sent out to make it right. Why do I have to pay shipping 3 times on your “computer glitch” as you called it!?!? Anyway I ended up selling the mags to a coworker and lost money but I will definitely not be referring this business to anyone due to their customer Dis-service

Went to buy a new gun. They didn’t have it in stock, I was initially told it could take up to 2 months before they get any in. Raymundo Lozoya “Ray” who was helping me asked me to hold on while he checked their corporate location in Austin,TX. He quickly advised that they had a couple and that as long they weren’t being held for another customer he could have one shipped to FL. for me. He cautioned me that it could still be a wait (up to 2 weeks) but that was better than 2 months. Less than 24hrs later I received a call stating my gun had come in. Ray could have easily stopped with “we don’t have any in stock”. But him taking that extra step for me with no attitude or prompting on my part is the reason I’ll be back for whatever type of gear and/uniform needs I may have. Thanks again Ray Great Job Brother!

Lost sale due to rude service. Behind the counter a man tried to push us into the newer generation glock and told us it was better. After asking, he couldnt list the better differences. Then didnt want to retrieve the other gun we wanted to see from the back. Will not come back because of this service.

There is no number that you can call to talk to somebody here so you have to waste gas to show up and see if they have something you need yall need to get a working phone that customers can call you direct and not get a 1800 number that dont work on the weekend

Wow! Today was a great day at GT Distributors. Initially, I went to purchase some ammo and call it a day. After placing my ammo in the car.
