Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Valarie is so friendly and had all my information ready for me to sign. She worked with me explaining what my health care benefits would cover and made the calls to set everything in motion. Like some others I refused to believe I had any hearing problems,. Dr. Valentine gave me a thorough examination and a hearing test and then explained the results of the examination. The results of the examination confirmed I did have a moderate hearing loss which I suspected, but was too stubborn to admit. Dr. Valentine explained all my options and he and Valerie worked to get me the best price on the hearing aids I selected. Im so thankful to the entire staff and I will now be able to hear conversations more clearly and not have to ask people to repeat what was said. As a footnote, if you suspect you have a hearing problem give a call to Connect Hearing and make an appointment. It could change your life for the better.
Valery and Lisa are both very helpful and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. I was a first time hearing aid wearer and Lisa took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable about wearing them. That was 1 year ago. My second appointment was just as great. Valerie was wonderful from the first moment I called. Very informative and kind to come in for a same day appointment. Once we got there she immediately welcomed us and went through the process of what they could do for my father whos hearing aid broke. Looked up the information and found there was a warranty on the hearing aid itself and provided the cost to have the other part fixed which was half the price from another company we visited that day. Lisa talked and worked with my parents with loving care and we walked out with a temporary aid for my father with the other part on order. So thankful we were connected with this office. I would recommend them to anyone needing care!

Evaluator is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Bottom line, though, this place is all about selling overpriced hearing aids with fancy technology. Shop around. Found same, exact, technology for 1/5 the cost of the “Cadillac” features offered. They wanted $6000. I found for less than $1200.While I was waiting in lobby to return my trial pair, a customer for some sort of medical alert device they sell came in asking for help to connect to her iPhone. This customer looked to be in her mid to late 70’s. Drove up from St. Augustine as the store there has not been able to help her. The receptionist woman told her they were booked solid and can’t help her. Really? You can’t take 3 minutes to investigate why it won’t connect to iPhone? Why can’t reception woman attempt? She does nothing but sit there both times I was in the office.If the prices there were reasonable and I had intended to purchase, that incident would have sent me walking. The way it looked to me, potential customer, was the customer who already paid was not important...don’t delay the one who could help meet your quotas or bonus/commission goals.Only reason 2 star and not 1 is the woman who does the evaluation is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Customer service AFTER sale is far more important than the potential big ticket sale sitting in the lobby. That after-sale customer is going to tell their friends about the service. That potential sale in the lobby is more likely to buy if they see you take care of your after-sale customers. I guarantee this is the case 99% of the time.

I needed hearing aid batteries so I called and ask if they could put some in the mail for me since I have a hard time getting to their office during their regular hours. I was told that they would put some in the mail for me. That very evening when I arrived home I pulled up to my mailbox and the lady from Connect Hearing pulled up behind me, got out, and handed me a package with the batteries. No that is service!
