I can not say enough good things about the experience we had with April at NextGen.My 94 year old grandmother recently moved to Jacksonville to be closer to us. She has profound hearing loss in both ears and it has been YEARS since she has truly been able to hear what we are saying without lip reading. April was honest with us up front in telling us that it may be a Hail Mary/there may not be options to improve her hearing but April made it her personal mission to try anything and everything to help improve her quality of life. And let me tell you her hard work paid off!We are so incredibly thankful for Aprils determination and advice as my grandmother can now participate in meaningful conversations. Im not going to lie there were tears in my eyes when she was able to understand my kids telling her that they love her as well as when I saw her finally be able to engage in conversations with other residents of her assisted living facility.We will be forever grateful to April and the gift that she provided to our entire family.
