I purchased these AUDIBEL hearing aids from Kelly Betz a few years back from him when he had an Office in Middleburg, FL on 220. He was smooth talking Salesman! He convenience me into buying these, for I was having a hard time with my hearing then and now. I paid $5000.00 for the both of them. He said normally they sale for $7500.00. I bought them thinking I was be treated fairly! With a short time I was having problems with them (hearing aids) I took them in for service and waited until they were returned. To make a long story short, I continued too have problems with them for two years until the warranty was running out. I kept asking him why I was having problems with them, his reply was I sweat to much! Go home and blow them out with my air compressor. At the end of the Warranty period I asked him who was going to pay for the repairs to keep them working properly. He informed me that I would be responsible. I was in his office in Orange Park where he had moved to, When in a heated voice he told me to LEAVE his office because I was upsetting customers. Later he tried to call me, I was upset and would not speak to him. I got a call from his supervisor about the what I posted . They sent me a jar of drying beads and told me to place them (hearing aids) in the jar. The hearing aids have not worked since. Being a NAVY RETIRED VETERAN, I feel I was taken advantage of. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY YOUR HEARING AIDS FROM HIM.Thank-You,Michael (USN Retired CPO)

Sherry and Kelly were very accommodating and did what I like most..... They explained every step of the process. My initial testing took about an hour and was fully explained before and after.I had nothing but confidence in what I was seeing hearing and the course to take.

I took my mother in law to see Kelly today and he was wonderful. Although her insurance did not cover her to be seen by him, he still went out of his way to try to help her. Kelly and his assistant Sherry were very kind and went above and beyond. I am only sad that my mother and law’s insurance did not cover her to be seen by them. Thank you all so much! The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment right away. Dr Kelly made sure my hearing aids were in tiptop shape and my next appointment is already set up. I feel satisfied and completely happy to continue my hearing aid journey with this group. Yay!

I responded to a special event for Starkey hearing aids and exam but walked out empty handed due to cost. I later received a brochure from my insurance company explaining my benefits. I returned and now have a hearing aid on order. Thanks Sherry and Kelly

This is a nice, clean and well organized place of business. Customer relations is outstanding. Once you walk inside you are greeted as a member of the family and not just another patient. Every time I needed servicing of my device I am always promptly accommodated no matter how busy their schedule is. Thats what I call excellent service. Was having trouble with my hearing aides and Kelly fixed me up instantly. My filters were clogged and I did not know about the filters. Was not told about them when I purchased them. Not from Kelly. Anyway he and his receptionist were a PLEASURE to deal with. He, kelly, informed me of several things I did not know. Very knowledgeable man.

I used to go to the Jax Beach office when I lived there. I am buying my 3rd pair of hearing aids from them. They are knowledgeable and friendly. No matter where you go, to get a decent hearing aid it will cost money, why not go with the best.

Kelly Betz (audiologist) and Sherry Wilson (receptionist) are some mighty friendly folks who make you feel like family every time you are here. Coffee and donuts/cookies are provided in the waiting area while you wait. I bought my hearing aids here a little over a year ago. Kelly takes great care to listen to his clients as he makes adjustments to the devices and if you have any issues he addresses them promptly and properly.

Kelly and Sherry are both the best. I have been in the office many times in the past 2 years. They have repaired my hearing aids even though I purchased them at a facility in Jax Beach. They have never charged me for any services. They always treat me like family!

Kelly does a great job in fitting the hearing aid to the user. You forget you have them in except you can now hear the daily noises that you not heard for awhile, in addition to hearing normal conversation.

Our family has spent thousands of dollars with this company on hearing aides for our matriarch. This year, the family can ill afford the $2,000+ for a single hearing aid. We asked Kelly Betz to do an audiogram and fill out a single sheet supporting an application for a reduced/free hearing aid from the Starky Foundation. He presented us with numerous financial roadblocks, then ultimately said her ears were full of wax and he could not perform the audiogram. We went to a doctor--not the one he recommended--and her ears were clear! He just wasnt willing to help a very poor family get a hearing aid.

My husband has been going to this center for years. He is very pleased with it and the staff is awesome.

You know, if I didnt love your staff at Orange Park, I would never walk in the door again. Tried to call about my hearing aids AGAIN and I get a call center. The person has no knowledge of whats going on. I absolutely HATE your system. When people call, we want to talk to our people. I asked the person if this was the OP office, full knowing it wasnt the voice of one of the staff, and they told me yes. I may be hard of hearing, but I am not stupid. Please get voicemail for your individual offices!!!!!!! I am so angry I could spit nails. Love the people, when a call center answers, I hang up.

Kelly is good at what he does and tells you like it is about the hearing test and if you need a hearing aid.

Called 1800 number to schedule appointment this was on 12/6/16, had to cancel and called the direct number to the park ave office I rescheduled for 12/28, while on the phone I asked if they took my insurance lady said yes. So on 12/27 they calledd and asked for my insurance information and I gave it. This morning they called and asked if I was coming, here is the kicker, they knew they didnt take my insurance yet she wouldnt tell me on the phone. When I showed up they took copies of my insurance and liscense and let me see the doctor, just for him to say he cant see me. Why take my information and copies. Um, well I called my insurance and told them that this place might put in a false claim. All you had to do was tell me on the phone was we dont take your insurance. Wasted my time.

The check-in was friendly and comfortable. Dr. Kelly was professional and kind . My partner went with me for this first visit and Dr. was treating us as a team in this process. Dr. Kelly exactly explain to me the next step which I have to take. It was really great experience especially that we do not know what we could have expected. I’m glad that we choose this office and I recommend it to others . Thank you.
