From my first visit to Hot Springs Spas, looking over the variety of spas on display, I have been impressed with the quality spas offered by Hot Springs Spas. I highly recommend you ask for Nicole, as she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the entire inventory available, and the many options available which you may want to consider for your specific spa. Be aware the current shipping delays have affected their business but plan ahead for your situation and I guarantee, your spa will be well worth waiting for when it is delivered and all set up.

Nice selection of plug and play spas that run on 110v...eliminates the need for an electrician to add a 240v outlet. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Most spas include a cover and stairs, too. Want to save 7 1/2% in sales tax? Get a letter from a Florida doctor mentioning you would benefit from hydrotherapy. Will be getting our spa as soon as we close in our house!

From the time we walked into Hot Springs Spas looking to possibly buying a hot tub was a pleasant experience. Nicole had answers for every question plus brought up things we didnt think to ask.The set up guys were great and explained how to care for our hot tub. The only draw back was the wait because of the pandemic. It was so worth the wait, we love our hot tub! I highly recommend purchasing a hot tub spa from them.

Wow! This is a really nice spa (2021 Envoy NXT)! The build quality appears to be second to none. The controls are outstanding. Delivered and set up by very courteous and experienced professionals. We know we didnt buy the cheapest hot tub out there but having said that, this equipment has surpassed our expectations. Money well spent. Excellent place to purchase a spa the staff is very knowledgeable with great customer service takes the time to make you feel appreciated and does not try to sell you things that you do not need or want. They are always willing to answer questions and go above and beyond to take care of their customers they are not like some places that just want to rush a sell. They treat you like family the spas are priced great will definitely recommend even though they were getting close to closing hours they did not rush us they answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied before we left they even followed up to make sure everything was great a few days later

We absolutely LOVE our Hot Springs spa and Spas, Etc. has the best customer service!! We have had our spa for a few years now and we still use it almost every day! Before our purchase, we wondered if it would be one of those things that you use all the time at first and then it just sits there collecting dust - but that is definitely not the case. Our boys and their friends are always in it - they use it more than they use the pool. And my husband and I still use it several times a week. We had one issue with the cover that was absolutely user-error (our pool guy was putting way too many chemicals in the spa and it caused issues with the cover). Spas, Etc. came right out and replaced the cover under warranty. They are always so helpful with anything we need. Some of our friends have other brand spas and they always enjoy ours more. If youre on the fence, I say do it - you wont regret it!

We just received our new Hot Springs Prodigy spa yesterday and we are loving it!Having never owned a spa before we quickly realized the need to go with a well respected brand when making our selection. Nicole made the process even easier by helping to identify an electrician and someone to help install a concrete pad for the hot tub. We were also pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to maintain our freshwater ozone system.All in all a great experience.

Took a bit to get, with Covid and all, but we love Hot Springs Spa!! Nichole didn’t mind when I called and checked in and once it finally arrived she was sure to get us on the schedule for install. Customer support is top notch! Had an issue with our tub after it was opened from the plastic wrap and foam, completely manufactured issue. Nichole and Anthony fixed the issue with in one day, and I now have the beautiful spa that I have waited 15 years for!!! Best hot tub on the market by far!.We are on our 4th in 36 years as we moved 3 times & left them at the houses we sold.Due to covid we had to wait alittle longer but it was definately worth the wait!.

Spas Etc in Orange Park had a large selection of Hot Springs spas to choose from. Nicole was our sales person. She did an excellent job at explaining the differences between the spas, the water management filtration systems (Regular, salt, ozonator), warranty, life expectancy, etc so that we could make a educated decision on what we wanted. The installer, Russell, was very professional and detailed. He provided a checklist and a quick sheet for regular maintenance. We happened to purchase something that was in the show room so delivery took about a month. We have only had it a day and have been it it three times already (and it’s cold and rainy outside). Highly recommend this spa dealer and Hot Springs Spas. You won’t regret it!

I gave them 2 stars because the repair person did show up when scheduled and was very professional. I would not recommend getting their auto-delivery for spa filters. They always process the filter charge right on time but they dont send the filter. After repeated calls it finally arrives. After two episodes I just told them to cancel and refund the charge. Surprise, that didnt happen either. Save yourself the time and headache.

Had a great in-store experience with Nicole helping me to select the right spa. She was very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions when I called, so customer service is great. My purchase of the Sovereign hot tub salt water system from the Highlife Collection has been amazing experience and money well spent thus far. The beautiful soft and clear water 💧 makes you feel like youre on your own personal tropical island 🏝 My husband and I have found the tub to be very efficient, easy to use and of very good quality. Im only giving it an 4 star as there were some challenges in communications nearing the end of my experience, but it had nothing to do with delivery or mechanics of the hot tub. Overall it was a great showroom experience with Nicole. I would definitely recommend purchasing an Hot Springs Spa through Hot Springs Spas by Spas Etc

Ordered the Highlife Collection Envoy Spa on May 1st, but due to the Pandemic had to wait until August 27th to get the Spa up & running. This was a factory delay that caused this back order. Spas etc’s Sales person, Nicole has been great about keeping us informed. Anthony did the delivery and install and he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service if your shopping for a new spa.

Nicole was amazing! I have A LOT of questions when it comes to learning about a product I know nothing about. The internet is full of information, some not so good, but Nicole was able to help me with understanding the hot tub world so much more! From the first time I stepped in the showroom, to even days after my delivery, she has been there to help me understand the process and workflow as well as what to do with the water condition! In the COVID world, everything is delayed from a manufacturing perspective so just have a little patience. You will LOVE your hot tub! We went with the Flair- salt water system and I love it!!! The delivery crew was awesome (many other companies just drop off in the driveway and say good luck but not Hot Springs. They were top notch, ZERO damage to my property and just flat out professionals!If you are in the market for a Hot tub, spend the extra money and go with Hot Springs- its a game changer! My hot tub was delivered yesterday morning By the time I dinner was finished, it was warm enough to get in and enjoy. I am loving this hot tub! The installation staff was quick and very knowledgeable. Just checking in after 1 year. The hot tub is just perfect. Last night it was 32 degrees out, and I can promise you that my wife and I were the only people who were outside in that cold weather, but we were not cold. We were in the hot tub looking at the sky. It is so great being outside in the cold, and yet be nice and warm.We used the hot tub all year long, including the summer (we just turned the temp down a little) The spa is really good when you have sore muscles.

The Hot Springs tubs are so superior to all the other brands. Those other brands dont have anywhere near the insulation or build quality, only bells and whistles. I have wanted a hot tub for about 30 years. there was always some other thing that required my attention (and $$)first... I went to the home show at Prime Osborn in March and was impressed with the setup that Spas, Etc. had. I began to talk to the salespeople (who are VERY KNOWLEDGABLE) and relayed my concerns: How would I get it set up, how would I get the top off and on, etc. They had ALL the answers and I realized, I should just buy this. So I did. Great decision. I originally wanted the hot tub for some medical conditions I have and it has definitely helped in that respect, however, I had no idea how much it also helped my mental health. This is my new happy place. I didnt feel pressured by the salespeople, they have been nothing but helpful with everything. Only regret is I waited 30 years..

The owners Anthony and Nikki are really great people. We have had three hot springs spas over the years. The last one was a 2003 and has lasted up until last week. We have bought our last two from this company and we could not be happier with their attention to detail and their knowledge about their product. The service is also top notch. We have shopped all around and done our homework. The Hot springs spas are worth the extra money as they last 5 or more years longer (speaking from personal experience) then the other brands which ends up being cheaper in the long run. Hot Springs is a quality company with a great product. Don’t settle for less!

I did some research and learned Hot Spring was a premium brand. I didnt need a top of the line model, but a quality brand and service/parts was a long term concern. I looked at used spas & noticed tons of bargain brands for sale that were only a few years old. Most of the sellers were willing to give them away. Now I know why.I read up on the company before visiting Spas Etc., and was very pleased to read their reviews. The fact that theyve been in business since 1983 was very encouraging. Anthony & Nicole are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my newbie questions in simple terms. Im glad they had me sit in a couple different ones because what I thought was ideal would not have suited me.Their installation team, Tony & Glen, were 15 minutes early for the appointment, made certain everything was leveled, set up and I was trained on how to keep it working good long term.Thanks everyone!

Ive been researching getting a hot tub for months. I was looking at those factory direct places, and my worry was about getting the thing from my curb to the back patio. I decided to stop in to this Hot Spring showroom to see what the price difference is between online and a store.I was very impressed with what I saw in the showroom, and there was zero pressure to pick the model that I felt worked best in the space I had(Excursion plus) . The price was spot on, and although they offered financing, I went ahead to and bought it outright. In either case, they offered full installation, setup, and starter chemicals in the buying price. By the time they finished with the instructions, the spa water was ready to go and enjoy.Very happy with the purchase and Hot Springs Orange Park.

We cannot say enough great things about Hot Springs in Orange Park! We called many times to ask questions and Nicole was more than helpful. When we went into the store to look at the hot tubs to and speak to her in person, she was so patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. There wasnt one question that she didnt know the answer to. We left the store feeling very confident with picking Hot Springs over the other places that we considered. They day of delivery, the guys were very punctual, courteous and went above and beyond for us. We had an exsisting hot tub inside of a screen room. They took the screen out, took out the old hot tub (and took it away for us), put in the new hot tub and put the screen back together! Once the new hot tub was in place, they filled it, made sure it was working properly and went over the instructions step by step with me, answering any questions that I had. Again, I felt very confident when they left. The enitre process only took about 3 hours from start to finish. Everyone was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend Hot Springs Spas to anyone who is considering buying a hot tub! They get an A++++ from us!

Service after the sale was incredible! I had a couple issues with the spa about 2 years after the purchase. They promptly responded to my message and put me on the calendar to have their technician come out. The technician was friendly, thorough, and efficient. This was all at no cost since it was under warranty, so that says a lot about Hot Springs too. I highly recommend Spas Etc and Hot Spring spas.

We bought our Hotsprings spa in 2004, and it has worked wonderfully the whole time. Weve only needed a few service calls, but every time they come out they are professional and efficient. Anthony was out last night for a display issue, and he identified and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I am so glad we have such a reliable spa, with such good service to back it up!

Before we bought our hot spring spa from Spas, etc, in November 2016, we visited at least six other stores and brands and ultimately decided to go with Spas, etc. We don’t regret it. Top service from initial consultation, planning, delivery and set up. All scheduled timelines were accomplished with no delays. This year, the spa circuit board got damaged (maybe due to nearby lightning strike), it was under warranty, we called the office,?they came to check it out and within a week, we had our spa back in service. Thank you!

We couldnt be happier with the service weve received. Anthony was so patient with all of our questions (there were a lot!) And the whole process was made so simple. We definitely didnt pick the easiest spot to install our hot tub (large hot tub in a small space) but Anthony and Tony made it work! Where to start? Well first..I’ll start with the quality of this Hot Springs Spa! We bought ours four months ago . After seeing inferior brands then seeing and wet testing this Hot Springs.. the difference was huge!!!! In this Hot Springs store in Orange Park they are so professional they go over everything with you unlike other brand stores you hardly get anyone that will even talk to you !!Then you realize how cheaply made “other brands “ are and how they would not last ...and they’re really not that much less than the price that we got on our Hot Springs ! And their warranty is above and beyond all the rest ! Nicole was fantastic! I had a gazillion questions written down and she was patient, thorough and knowledgeable on all my questions! And if she didn’t know or wasn’t positive on the answer she would ask Anthony the owner ! Who was also fantastic . Tony the technician who helped Anthony with our install was great as well! Overall we were blown away with the service and continued service that they have given us . Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with them !! They are ALL great at returning calls and or emails. And Nicole knows I had a ton of questions after our install on getting my water right and keeping it that way ! LolOn a sidenote so glad we didn’t go with a different brand because literally most of their tubs are just made of cheap plastic parts ! You get what you pay for and we are glad we spent a little more for the very best that it’s surely going to last us the rest of our lives !! Hot Springs has been around for a think 40 years and it shows ! Didn’t want to go with some other company that won’t be around in five years !!We just love this spa. We are in it every night!

We are inexperienced midwesterners adapting to life in Florida. So the hot tub is a new experience for us like so many of them these days. But the folks at Spas Etc have continued to be tremendously helpful. Its taken a little getting used to learning to work with the ph and alkalinity. And Nicole Scardina is my favorite go-to. She makes herself readily available and is tremendous help when questions come up. We couldnt be more delighted for our hot tub and its beauty on our lanai. Thank you, Spas Etc and Nicole!

We had been contemplating purchasing a hot tub for a couple of years for medical reasons and had tested a variety of tubs. During our research we discovered that Spa Etc was the only dealer in our area of northeast Fl that sold the salt system, which is very low water care system and environmentally friendly. We visited Spa Etc and met Anthony, Nikki and Tony. It was love at first site with both the Hot Tubs and the staff. No high pressure sales pitches! But lots of good advice on meeting our medical needs. Anthony even arranged for an electrician to upgrade the new wiring we would need. We purchased the Envoy and could not be happier! We also purchased the Bluetooth sound system (highly recommended) but did not have a smart phone - at least not until Mothers Day. Anthony and Tony volunteered to come back out to the house to show us how to use the device. Weve called a couple of times with questions and they promptly respond to our inquiries. I did ALOT of leg work and research for a small hot tub deep enough that I could try and exercise in since I couldn’t afford a swim spa. And it seems I saved the best for last. I went to all of the local dealers in my area and called a couple of companies that “sell” locally. But after speaking with and looking at what they had to offer, I was about to give up. Until I found Hotsprings. As soon as I walked in I noticed the difference. Not that they have great displays or anything, actually they were kind of sparce in comparison, but you can just tell the difference in the product. AND the customer service. I was greeted by Nicole who, although young, was the most knowledgeable of anyone I encountered yet (aka, not just a sales person) and perfect mix of customer service and professionalism but in a real way, exactly what you would want when making a big purchase. Really. I spent quite a bit of time there and still she was able to answer all my questions while helping another customer. And, after leaving the store her response time to questions about electric hook up. Delivery was fairly a breeze, and even with some issues with missing parts for the cover lift and leveling, I still felt supported by the “team, “ and confident all would be rectified. I met Nicole at the JAX Home & Patio show and was first introduced to the Hot Spring brand. I was impressed with the presentation and the quality product. I couldn’t have been more pleased to find a pre-owned 2018 spa in the exact model I was interested in, on their showroom floor. Delivery from date of purchase was fast and the team was so professional and helpful. Spas, etc recommended electricians for proper wiring and they squeezed me in on the day of delivery as well.
