Jamie and Caitlyn were super sweet, and extremely helpful. They definitely made my hectic moving experience a little less stressful! The building is super clean they have rolling carts available and big halls for big furniture!

This is a fantastic storage facility with an equally great staff. Ive been safely storing my personal family heirlooms at this Orange Park location for years, and have never had a problem or issue. My first unit was small then I upgraded to a larger size with almost no effort. Rhonda and Lynn made the whole process easy from start to finish. After a few years I changed unit sizes again; and, just as before the exchange was effortless. I will continue to store here for years to come.

She was able to answer all my questions and she made the process of filling out the paper work for the unit fast and easy. Unloading my belongings into the storage unit was very easy because of the elevators and covered port, plus the facility is very clean. Very glad I decided to rent a unit here.

Would highly recommend this storage facility. Very clean and secure. The overhead cover in the loading zone keeps you dry in rainy weather and gives you shade from the sun which is a bonus. What makes this place even better are the two ladies that work at the facility- Lynn and Rhonda. From the first visit, Lynn was very helpful. She took the time to show me several units and was incredibly patient with all of my questions and indecisiveness. Moving is stressful and she really helped to reduce a huge burden with her professionalism and kindness. I was dreading getting a storage unit just because of the hassle, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Uncle Bobs.The cleanliness was the first thing that I noticed, and everything was neat and in its place. It got better from there. Rhonda was personable and very helpful. She showed me the unit I had reserved online and then when I was unsure if I would need that size, she didnt blink an eye to show me a smaller unit. I appreciated her concern for my needs, and not just trying to get me in a higher-priced unit. I decided on the first one, and because I needed to come back in the morning to finalize the paperwork, she carefully transferred all information to the lead person for the next day. I wish I had written her name down, because when I brought back other things she was out in the parking lot blowing leaves making sure everything is tidy and I just love that strong work ethic. She, too,was knowledgeable and efficient in meeting my needs.When I brought my first load, I noticed the carts provided for loading and unloading. I smiled. I took everything to my unit and got back on the elevator, and I actually said out loud well, I guess everything doesnt have to be hard, does it.In addition to excellent customer service, and on-site provisions, I also received one months free rent, and the free rental/use of their truck to bring in my bigger items...A huge financial blessing!The company founders took time to think everything through, and its obvious that their goodness has trickled down. I hope you know what a great asset that you have in these two women.I know that I will always remember this experience.

The Manager Rhonda Edwards is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Rhonda’s Associate Manager Lynn was also great! After getting a tour and seeing how organized, clean, safe and efficient the facility, is we decided to rent a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit and started filling it up. Everything worked according to plan just like we were told. The facility looks brand new and yet it has been there for 11 years. I don’t know how they keep it so sparkling clean. We are very satisfied customers and we are betting that you will be too.

Highly recommend this facility. Clean, well-lit, temperature regulated, secure, and pest-free. I was very thankful for the large covered unloading area, especially on the occasions that others were loading or unloading. There are six carts that were all in good working order, and the two operating elevators decreased wait times. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was amazing (Lynn and Rhonda, I hope I spelled it right). Check out was a snap, and there was zero hassle during our entire time there.

Just moved out of here last week. Had a great experience the whole time I used them. Lynn was always helpful if we needed anything. On our move out day one of the elevators wasn’t working and there were other people holding the door open on a different floor so Lynn went up there for us and got everything running smoothly.

We looked at numerous (5) storage facilities prior to choosing Uncle Bobs Temperature controlled Storage Facility on Blanding in OP. It is worth the drive from the other side of town for us because it is SPOTLESS! Always pleasant temperature winter or summer so it is easy on you if you have to spend some time looking for your stuff!The bathrooms are also spotless and they give you nice large well-maintained carts to use if you need them-convenient loading dock for easy access. Very secure also-no one can get on any storage area with out the code so you have another level of security in case there at late hours-cameras throughout also.Staff so nice we almost rented sight unseen but once we saw the facility-SOLD!Anyway-cant go wrong here-also numerous sizes so you dont have to rent a spot too large or too small for you. If you care about your stuff that needs to be stored-this is the place to rent.
