I experienced excellent service from the time I made the phone call to the time I visited the location. The manager, Shannon, was amazing! She was very friendly and made effort to get me set-up with a unit. I was please with the service unlike my experience at other well known moving and storage facilities where you cant get someone to speak with that can help.

Not very happy that the rent constantly goes up. I started out at $38.00 a month in 2016 and at the end of 2020 Im pay $ 68.00 for a 5 x 5 thats ridiculous. Looking into moving my stuff elsewhere.

1st Let me apologize for my brothers attitude. After a long straight drive from Indiana, He was irritated, forgot his code and it was all around an exhausting trip. We arrived just before 9 noticed they didnt open for another 30 min. At this point my brother was awful he was really rude to the lady but she quickly disguarded my brothers attitude offered to get his information even though they were not open. She came right back out with a new card. After a couple of hours we were done. We went back into the office to let her know we were done. After everything she still remained calm, still smiled and wished us a safe trip home. After He left out I told her Thank you, she said your welcome and asked if I would do a google review. This is my review. If you need storage go see Vickie. Our stuff was there for 4 years with nothing damaged just a little dusty. Vickie I hope you have a wonderful day, we made it safely home. This place was ideal to store at up until yesterday when I found out my unit was burglarized and my valuable items stolen how this happened when you have to be coded in I dont know but anybody storing here better beware of theres something fishy going on whether it be a inside job or someone getting in without clearance. This is the first time something like this has happened to me filing police reports and being inconvenienced for this reason please beware!!!

We recently rented a space for our RV at the Park Ave. location in Jacksonville, Fl. The sales rep named Shannon was very pleasant and always had a big smile our her face. She made us feel very comfortable while we were there and was very professional. She informed us that she stayed on the property and that made us feel very secure. We will definitely send business that way if we ever hear anyone in need of storage. Again, thank you Shannon for taking care of our baby.

We needed a large storage unit while we were in between moves. I paid 1 dollars for the first month and a small one time fee. Move in was fast. I was shown the unit before I paid to make sure it was what I needed. Shannon was super helpful. Highly Recommend!

Very nice place. Elizabeth was wonderful to us. We were late to our appointment, we were wet, tired and very grumpy. She was very cordial and smiling while I vented about the horrible drive we had. The facility is very clean and the units have easy accessibility.

Been using public storage since 10/2016 and have had no problems with the staff helping or adjusting to my needs. The property manager Brenda is true a sweet and kind woman that is there to help you in times of need not to hurt you and keep your stuff. Id use them anytime I need a place to store.
