Online reservation was an easy process. Quick service at the store. Monnika and Daniel were so helpful. We had difficulty hooking up the lights and Daniel went above and beyond even crawling under the truck to figure out the problem. Drop off was quick and easy as well. Great customer service.

Negative 5000 stars...the people that work here are as nice as they can be and try to help as much as possible but the policies they have are dangerous. U-haul values their equipment more than your life. Stranded for 6 hours in the Florida heat, if you leave before they tow the truck (because they couldn’t find a rim to fix it or could not bring another truck) you are responsible for any damage to the equipment. Who is responsible for our lives while waiting for hours on the side of the road??? Uhaul is a sick cooperation that is inhuman and cares nothing about people. They honestly don’t even care about this review because they are too busy screwing over hundreds of other people at this moment. Thanks U-haul for the wonderful experience.

Extremely long wait on phone to talk to brain dead people who dont care about helping you and dont like their job. Have to wait and listen to nauseating voice menu music and a virtual person who talks down to you. Rather close my hand in the car door but dont have a vehicle to return my queen mattress to Costco.

So propane refill service is not available in the rain????? Even though the refill station is COVERED...i am the one that would be standing in the rain!Maybe business is so good that they dont need return customers......maybe propane dispensing becomes horribly dangerous in the rain....more than likely bad management and the 3rd rate team working Sundays and they absolutely cannot be inconvenienced by a customer!

Ive used this location many times in the past month to rent moving trucks and trailers. Customer service has been great each time, and the vehicles and equipment have been in good condition.They have a nice drop off location, but expect to wait a minute or two (which is reasonable) before staff get to you to check in your equipment. The staff are usually busy but will get to you ASAP.I havent needed to use their storage facility, but I will continue to rent equipment from here while Im in the Orange Park area.

Absolute worst Uhaul experience of our familys lives. These people NEVER answer their business phone. And forget about returning early or extending over the app or phone.

I have rented here over 10 times always great experience. Today not to much. A rude employee named Carl was rude to us and skipped us in line and had bad attitude. This is the wrong economy to treat customers like this.

Worst customer service experience. Waited for 40 minutes to get a tank filled while they returned people that were here after me. If it wasnt so cheap for the propane I would never come back.

Total Incompetence. Ive been refilling propane at this location for years, but after today Ill never go back. It took 25 minutes just to get someone to come out to the LP fill station. The employee had no clue what he was doing and after 15-20 minutes of him trying to read directions I told him to give me my tank back. He got mad and instead of properly disconnecting he left my tank valve open and disconnected his his hose blowing all the remaining gas from my tank. Not to mention a huge fire hazard and possibly an explosive hazard.

Great customer service and efficiency! We returned our truck and rented a storage unit. The unit is inside, out of the rain with lots of carts to make unloading easier.

Extremely quick and easy check in and out process. Helpful Staff. Easy to access location. Remarkably clean facility and vehicles. Meticulously neat and organized. It made my OCD happy. I **Highly** recommend.

Stood in line for 10 minutes just to buy paper and tape. No clerk for just quick checkouts. Was forced to use the app or it would have been another 30 since the line didn’t move and there were quite a a few people in line. I’m not thrilled to have an app that tracks me but I used it and will immediately delete it. As a corporate store you should have a general checkout clerk.

I dont normally take the time to write a review.I had an Exceptional Customer service experience today at this Uhaul location.Moving can be so extremely stressful and I was all by myself with this Move.I would like to make a special acknowledgment of some Extraordinary special Employees, Chuck, Dustin, and Courtney and one other young Gentleman with the Strawberry Blonde hair and Tattoos.I would like to Thank all of them for the Extremely Exceptional Customer service experience, I encountered when they all waited on me and took care of all of my Moving and storage needs.Dear Management Please take care of all of your Employees who exhibit these Extremely Exceptional QUALITY Customer service experiences. This is what will keep people like me coming back and recommended others.I highly recommended this Uhaul location and if you are a single lady doing a move all by yourself. I highly recommend that you take advantage of the Safe Trip worry free insurance. When I stopped to put gas in the Uhaul I was extremely exhausted and I locked the keys in the Uhaul. I called 1800# and Pop a Lock came within less than a hour to get me back into the Uhaul so I could return the Uhaul truck.

Never have I dealt with such terrible customer service. I picked up an enclosed trailer. Get home and the inside of the trailer is COVERED in oil!!!! Take it back to the location and I was told that it was my fault that I didnt open the doors to check it!! Then asked the employee isnt it their job to check that the trailer is clean for the next customer. I will NEVER EVER rent from them again!!!! EVER!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a uhaul. Had a 9:00 reservation. Arrived at 8:45 to be told “we won’t be open for 17 more minutes.” Never have I not been able to walk in and start the check in process at least 15 minutes early. They hadn’t even started checking in trucks from the night before yet. There was 7, SEVEN, groups standing outside waiting to get in while they all took there time.

Customer services was amazing here. Joel was helpful and a comedian by trying to make a stressful day into a good one. Thanks Joel for an awesome customer service especially since you guys was busy.

Been renting equipment for well over 10 years. Returned the most recent trailer I rented like I’ve done for years after hours and surprise there is now and “after hours return service fee”. ITry and call the location to ask about it and nobody answers and get sent to a call center. This is absolutely a horrible experience. Will not be using uhaul anymore of they can’t get this situation corrected!! Terrible customer service!! Treat your long term customers this way and you will lose lots of business!!

The Manager, Assistant Manager...The whole complete Staff & after hours employees @ the call center are All Amazing🌞 Very friendly, curtious, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful & patient...even when Im going in 12 different directions they politely always tell me youre good youre fine & always with a smile even if theyre under the weather...lol They listen to you. Theyve bent over backwards to help me in every rental. And...theres been a lot & more to come. Extremely disappointed, just called to set an appointment for a hitch and first I was given 2 different prices..the lady on the phone was extremely RUDE.. if your miserable with your job, find something else to do..learn how to politely serve the customers..wow

EVERYTIME anyone I know has made a reservation more than 36 hours in advance for a moving truck or trailer over the internet or by phone, this location never has it available at the time of the scheduled pick up nor have what was reserved scheduled to be dropped off from another customer that day. Dont expect any sort of accommodations to compensate for their negligence either. However, if you go in person to rent from them a vehicle that you can see already in the parking lot for the day... As long as you get there first its a hassle free rental process.

I was moving from Jacksonville to Texas, and it being my first time driving a UHaul with a car tow, I was anxious. I asked for a newer truck, and was ensured that it was the best of the best. 120 miles outside of Jacksonville, I had a back tire blow out...when the mechanic came to fix it, he had to replace the tire right next to the blow out and told me that it was ready to pop too...the threading was so bad metal was showing. My radio was broken, and when you turned it on, it was on full blast sound unable to turn it down. Once I got into Louisiana it was thunder storming and I went to use the windshield wipers, which were all eaten up and it was like smearing grease on glass...made the rain visibility worse. Once I got into Texas, thankfully still alive, Id been having issues with the towing hitch the entire time, and a mechanic was helping me unload my UHaul, and told me it was the wrong hitch! I wasnt able to make turns without Jack knifing...it didnt matter if I was going left, right, or trying to back up, the hitch was jacking left.When I called this location about my blown out tire, they said I would be reimbursed 300 bucks...still havent seen it...Absolute NIGHTMARE. If youre traveling across the country, stick with budget, at least your 1000 dollars wont almost kill you.

BEWARE: Luke Osborn helped us at the location. He had to ask several times wither or not he was doing the right paper work. Well low and behold he wrote down the wrong mileage on my in town rental. My trip in total was 35 miles. However when I returned the truck they told me I drove 240 miles. Corporate office was no help with this this issue. The manager of store called but was her self no help in resolving the matter in a prompt time. They refused to call me back and resolve the issue. I had to end up paying the over charged amount, and place a formal complaint with the corporate office. NOTE: take pic of your odometer and rest the mile counter so uhaul dont screw you.. BEWARE, stay away from this location cause they are no help and dont follow there own guidelines.. I would have given no stars if I could.. This locations sucks....

Had a resovation for a 12ft open trailer for 2:30 today after being told it would be back by 2:15. Waited 2 1/2 hours went to pick it up walked inside trailer was not back. The manager called the person and extend his time until 8pm. What a joke. I pacifically stated to the manager I needed the trailer to pickup some specially lumbered wood for the contractor to install my stairs tomorrow. I still dont have my lumber or a trailer and had to cancel the contractor. With having a resovation if you cant supply it dont schedule it. Uhaul have lost my business

The service wasnt terrible but it wasnt good. I would almost describe it as odd. I asked for a furniture dolley, didnt get it and didnt realize it until after we got to the destination. I just got the final bill after they checked it in from a night drop off and I was charged for a furniture dolley and a hand truck and I didnt use either. It even said that I returned the furniture dolley! I didnt even get one to begin with! Not using this one again ever if I can help it. Avoid.

Well I had my belongings in one storage unit. They had me in the system being in a different unit. Had to wait hours for corporate lady to come cut the lock so I could get my stuff. Had the wrong unit for 4 months.

I would probably use them more often if I could get someone to actually answer the phone and not put me on hold until I had to hang up. No customer service.
