Salesman was very informative and not at all pushy. The showroom was nicely stocked with a variety of samples, models and accessories. Warranty on their products is top-notch and covers most everything except the frame which has a 10 year warranty instead of the lifetime option. Compared to local big box stores prices were very competitive for a product made in the USA. Will be getting our outdoor furniture here for our new home!

After reading reviews about this business we decided to buy. What a mistake. Now to be honest we were told it would be a two to four week delivery on the set we purchased. Well, it was delivered in four days, without any phone call to let us know they were delivering it. (we were not home and out of town) So, our neighbor was kind enough to accept our delivery at his home after calling us and giving the ok to the delivery driver to let our neighbor take possession. However, they delivered two chairs that were not the right ones. Now it has been almost two weeks, three phone calls and promise after promise that the right chairs will be sent out with no current resolution.Update as of 05/05/2021. Our chairs have been replaced with the correct ones and we are enjoying having them on our patio.

We had our furniture sent to the factory to get reupholstered from the Orange Park store and it came back a little dinged up. Mike was apologetic and promptly fixed the issue. We bought some furniture from Palm Casual about 7 years ago that eventually needed to have the slings replaced. We replaced those about 1 1/2 years ago but began to see some problems with the stitching that was coming apart. Palm Casual replaced the slings at no cost. Absolutely outstanding customer service as I would recommend them to everyone. Brandon was great to work with.

I bought a complete set of pool furniture several years ago and they have been amazing. However, one sun lounger needed repair. I was delighted when I called Palm Casual as they offered to repair it free of charge. I took it to the showroom and Daniel was excellent. He helped me to unload the lounger and repaired it straight away while I waited. I could not fault the excellent service! We just purchased our outdoor patio set from them Monday. They not only were they super attentive in the store, they were also very accommodating. We have an event this weekend and they were able to get us our set by Wednesday. The delivery man was even awesome! Great customer service, great product! Totally worth every penny!

Went to have condo community pool furniture repaired and upgraded.Service was very good.... friendly, helpful.. gave money saving suggestions.and they delivered as promised.! !! Lovely showroom with many samples to choose from and staff ready with suggestions and good advice.

Outstanding product, we have had a full set of pool furniture and outside dining set for 19 years and as it has a lifetime warranty Palm Casual have repaired it from time to time, with not charge at all.Great, cheerful and informative customer service every time, thank you.We will be replacing it soon and there will only be one choice.

Daniel was very helpful when it came to chosing our outdoor furniture which consisted of dining table/chairs, loungers and sofas. He advised on colour of cushions which look really well in situ.
