Mary, Sandra and Warren were absolutely amazing. Mary greeted me with a warm welcome and Carmen started my exam with such professionalism. As always Dr. Szczepanski was amazing. After my exam, Warren explained my benefits and Sandra found I was eligible for a benefit that was not appearing. After 30 minutes of being on the phone with my insurance provider, the team was able to save me a tremendous amount of money and I left satisfied with my new frames and lense order ready to go!

I am only giving them 2 stars because the Doctor was nice and knowledgeable, but I do not recommend this place. The people working there look like they don’t want to work, look at you with an attitude, make you feel like you are bothering them.. even tho they are there to serve you!! Also, they forgot to order my contacts. I called them a week later and they told me they never placed the order! Horrible place. Please avoid them at all cost.

This place is absolutely amazing. During the lock down my dog had eaten my glasses and I need it to return to work the following week. So on short notice Trish and Kathy told me to come in and they would see what they can do. Not only were they fixed what my dog destroyed but my glasses looked brand new. I could have not been more happy. They really do care about their customers and will go up and beyond. I would highly recommend !

Terrible customer service from eye doctor who scolded me for going to the hospital to get a ripped contact that was stuck in my eye removed. It was a 3 day weekend and me told me to wait until his office opened.Then they said my visit would be covered by insurance and they charged me $75 for a contact exam. I told them they were dishonest by not telling me the price

Trish And Kathy no longer there went there many years my wife and daughter was treated poorly prices were ridiculous and we both have Vision insurance I am going to assume they did not check properly, I canceled my appointment they wanted me to stay outside due to pandemic in 90degree heat could not go in with my family ridiculous I am so done with this place
