I recently purchased sunglasses from this business. The salesperson was very friendly and offered a Number of options from the large selection of quality sunglasses in the store. I purchased a Costa brand which are exceptional ! I will return to this business for further services.

I called to ask about if they sell glasses & the person couldn’t hear me cause i was at the train station but he was rude about it I understand he couldn’t hear me but he ain’t had to be rude about. And I’m not even a customer I was going to be a new one but nope 👎🏽

Dr. Alicea is very personal, thorough, and a wealth of knowledge. I always go to her for my eye examinations.

Dr. Alicea was the ONLY local doctor that answered her phone on a Saturday outside of business hours. I had a concern about a floater in my eye and was uncomfortable about waiting until Monday to be seen for this problem. Dr. Alicea was very accommodating and met me at her office. She gave me a thorough eye exam, and was able to confirm the floater diagnosis and put my mind at ease. She was personable and very friendly. I would highly recommend her!

I just found myself a great new eye doctor! The entire experience was wonderful. They offer flexible scheduling and Saturday appointments. They are friendly and courteous and I was seen at my appointed time. That alone was enough to gain my loyalty but on top of it, the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and expertly diagnosed my vision problem. Their onsite optometrist is another reason I love this practice. He did a fantastic job fitting me with the perfect pair of glasses, gave advice on the different features I could choose from, didnt try to oversell me, and was very patient. Also, he was extremely efficient in processing the insurance. This guy really knows his stuff. Within a week I had my new glasses and can finally see clearly. I wish all of my health/medical providers were this good. If you choose this practice, youll never leave!!!

Great staff and the doctor is phenomenal. They really care and go above and beyond. When it comes to eyewear they find what is best for you and your budget. I highly recommend taking care of your eyes here.

Rocio is so great! She is very accommodating to my crazy schedule and has helped me find the best, most comfortable contacts for my eyes. I had an eye infection a few months ago and she responded to my issue immediately, which solved the problem quickly. I am always greeted by the friendly team at VeoVision and feel comfortable. I would refer all my family and friends to Dr. Alicea confidently.

One star is too much for this establishment. I had an exam there and they ordered me glasses and contacts. It’s been two months since they were ordered and I have received nothing. No phone call to update me on the status or anything. I had to call ever week for the doctor to tell me there is no status update and she does not have an answer as to when they would be in. Over two months is unacceptable. How am i supposed to live my daily life and work when I can’t see because these people are so incompetent..... I have never had such a horrible experience with an eye doctor in my life and that includes the United States military which is sad to say. They even claimed It all against my insurance, meaning they were compensated for providing me contacts and glasses when I never received a thing and my insurance was charged. Meaning I now have to pay full price for a new eye exam, glasses, and contacts with a new doctor because this place committed fraud.The only positive thing I have to say is the gentleman in charge of ordering everything does an outstanding job and is very friendly.But if you hope to have you eyes taken care of and proper service provided, I would strongly recommend seeking other eye care professionals.

Staff is super friendly and helped during the whole process, even up to my choosing of new glasses. Dr. Alicea is nice and I mean nice in the sense that she is a person with a great personality unlike many optometrist I have had in the past that are a bit robotic. Would definitely recommend to give them a try.

Occasionally you come across an optometrist who takes the time to go over your eye exam results and explains your eye health in detail. Dr. Alicea is extremely knowledgeable and thats exactly what you want in an eye doctor. My visit today was one of the most thorough Ive ever had with any doctor. Dr. Alicea is professional, kind, knowledgeable and treats patients well. She always makes sure all my concerns are heard and met, and ensures I dont leave with any questions. She works quickly but doesnt make me feel rushed. The office is clean and I never have trouble making appointments.

In addition to the great service I received from the doctor, the staff that assisted me in finding a pair of frames that would look good on me and meet my budget at the same time were also fantastic.
