I have gone to orange family eyecare for about 10 years now and usually have had the best experience. I recently purchased a pair of glasses(ray bans) and after wearing them for a few weeks they started to pull my hair. So I decided to go in and see about getting a new pair of glasses( i also purchased the protection plan). I asked the very nice individual that was working and helping me find glasses if I were to pick out a pair of glasses that were cheaper than the ones that I originally purchased what would happen. She Kindly told me that the difference would be credited to my account to use in store only. When I went to pick up my new pair of glasses a few weeks later turns out that is not their policy. Just a little aggravated that I got false information. I definitely would’ve picked a pair of glasses that were the same price if I knew that I would have to eat the $100 difference. With the new company structure, i am not impressed. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is always so nice so friendly and every time I come for an appointment I always have the best experience, the doctors are always so invested in your eye health which is very important to me. The general manager is very kind and funny. Along with her staff. The girl who sells glasses is so kind and personable. I noticed she remembers names which would make me feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you

The staff is amazing. The new doctor is NOT!!! Do not require me to have unnecessary test done on my children and make me pay for them! Dear sir you are not a God and never will be stop acting like one. This new transition is not for the best. I expect this place will be out of business before long.

Seriously the WORST place to go! My appointment was canceled FIVE TIMES in 2020 (not by me). Because of this, I have not seen the doctor since 2019. They told me that I was no longer a patient because of the amount of time in between appointments. They also won’t be taking “new patients” until this summer.Yes, I understand COVID and the change of doctors but this is ridiculous! Because of the way you handle business, I have to find another place to go. You’re losing a customer that has been with you ever since she was a kid.

Friendly courteous staff. Always professional, punctual, and extremely helpful. All the optometrists are extremely friendly willing to answer questions and take their time to make sure you get what you need. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and eye doctors. Always give me a thorough examination and explain everything that they are checking for in my eyes. I don’t usually get my glass there but have in the past. I just prefer another business for filling the prescription. I would definitely recommend Orange Family Center.

Each time Ive been greeted and helped by their kind staff. Cole was especially helpful in explaining to me how my prescription worked, sizes and shapes of eye glasses, and explained more than I expected to walk out knowing. He was patient with my constant mind changes for frames and types of lenses. He constantly cleaned my glasses. He was so concerned with my glasses on hand that he reshaped the pair I brought in, cleaned them, and gave me a new case. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is, by far, the absolute most amazing eye place I have ever been too. I have been in glasses since I was 3. I have very bad vision and am higher risk for certain eye problems. It was also my 13 yr olds first fitting for glasses. The Dr was so thorough, kind, patient and answered all questions, often offering up what she was doing and why. She gave suggestions and was prompt. The ladies we interacted with all thru the visit were fun, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough also. This eye place is hands down better than any Ive ever seen. Highly recommend.

The Dr was professional and very patient when we were figuring out my prescription. Franc and Rochelle were really friendly and helped me pick out the best frames with honest feedback. I highly recommended that you go see them.

I LOVE Orange Family Eye Care. They are so nice and helpful. The young woman who did my eye exam was super nice. I brought my daughters here to Dr. Lam when they were growing up, and he was great. Now that I’m older and having trouble seeing things up close, I have been seeing Dr. Maria, and she is super sweet and enthusiastic about helping people see well. I wear my one contact for up close, and now I’m not running around looking for my reading glasses! Love it!

Unbelievably wonderful service. Whether its deciding on which frames to what kind of coffee they have that tastes good. Or any other random kind of service you may need help with if youre not using this place for your eye care youre missing out. Ive probably been there five or six times and have never left without being in a better mood than I was heading in even if I have to wear those stupid sunglasses on my way out.

The doctors here are really good..I always learn a little something new.. if I have a question I always get an answer..all the assistants are friendly and very helpful..Angie fixed a problem I was having with my glasses and Alexia made all the pre visit testing painless..Katrina and the others in the check out center do their best to work out insurance issues..was another positive visit at the Orange Family Eye Care..

I drove from Beaumont to visit this place on the recommendation of The Eye Place and I am very happy that I did! The staff was very helpful with getting me set up to use my insurance and also very friendly.Dr. Lam is a very knowledgeable and helpful young man. We had some good conversations on the complexities and uniqueness of the problems with my eyes. He had no problems going over each question, that I posed to him, in as much depth as I wanted to go.Thank you very much for the service that you and your staff provides to your customers!

Been having little trouble seeing. My glasses needed updating. Got contacts and back up glasses. Been having little issue with getting contacts in. Ms Ava helped by walking me through. The whole staff is wonderful. Always smiling and very helpful. Want a comfortable place easy in and out. This is the place.

Everyone was very nice and the doctor went over everything thoroughly. The frames and lenses were kind of expensive though.

Making my appointment was easy and the lady who answered my call was super helpful and patient with me and my questions. Once I got there I was greated warmly and seen very quickly. Then they guy that helped me with frames was super nice and even fixed my old frames (they were way to lose and bent out of shape) even though I didn’t get them from there. I’d give them six stars if that was an option .

I’ve never had such an amazing experience at and eye center befor I went here! Dr. Mingi Choi Was so great! I couldn’t find a sitter so had to take both my kids! (Which are a handful) I kept apologizing for my son wanting to be right up in her business, but she didn’t mind it one bit. She talked to him and let him “play doctor” and stand right by her side. My daughter is really shy, and she was able to sit in my lap the hole time I got my eyes checked! The whole staff made me feel welcome and like I wasn’t just another patient. They made me feel like family. When I had a concern they Listened and we got it fixed right away! I can’t wait to get my class in! there facility was also clean and very well organized! I felt like I was in and out in no time!(that’s good since I had both my kids) Thank you to the whole staff for being so awesome!!
