Cant say enough about the product and service we received from the Stone Factory!This is our second experience with this company and have been very pleased from the moment we walked in the door. My wife and myself returned for our kitchen counter top recently after our satisfaction with a bathroom Mable top from the previous year. The way we were treated by all of the staff they were polite, knowledgeable and very punctual. Mariana showed us around and made both my wife and myself feel as though she cared about our business. When questions and prices were asked she didnt skip a beat and her answers were coming from someone who knows their product. The crew that was sent out to my house for measurements and installation were the same. Polite, Professional and they were there when they had promised. This goes a long way with me. I would like to say thank you to all of the staff! You do beautiful work!

They were great. He was very organized and very proactive. He found the perfect most beautiful tile that was within budget to update our half bath. The instillation was flawless and looks fantastic. He was also very communicative. I reccomend them to anyone with tiling needs.

They were awesome!! So helpful and so many options! We went to two other stores before this one, not finding everything we were looking for. We found everything here at the best prices that I have seen anywhere. Will definitely go to again if I ever need more tiles.

Mariana at the Stone Factory was so professional and honest! We had been searching for cabinets and granite for our new kitchen for a long time pre-Covid, we went everywhere! My husband is a wood work enthusiast and has done a lot to our little house, but the kitchen Reno was going to be time consuming as he is ramping up his own business. We met the owner in Milford who then sent us to Mariana, who quickly whipped up a design for us! The cost and turnaround seemed impossible . Mariana assured us that is would be a 2 week delivery time, everything was seem less ! The team that delivered the counters were efficiently, kind and reliable!! The best!!!

Great service! The Stone Factory has a wide variety of competitively priced granite and quartz options. I worked with Mariana to select a new countertop and under-mounted sink for my kitchen. Upon selection of a white quartz countertop, we scheduled a time to take measurements for the countertop and, once complete, it was installed four days later! The installer was friendly and addressed any questions/concerns during the installation process. Overall, the process was smooth and accommodating. The final product looks great too!

They did fantastic job by installing my kitchen quartz countertop with ceramic backsplash. My bathroom is now absolutely new marble stone castle! Amazing Selection. Had no idea they had so many slabs in stuck. I went thinking I want Granite but I was pleasantly surprised with the large selection of Marble and Quartz. They did a great job explaining the difference and I ended selecting the most beautiful White Carrara Marble. Everything went great with the install and the result was amazing. I would recommend the Stone Factory to everyone. Do not go anywhere else.

Great Service, Great Tiles and Great prices, A beautiful showroom with everything you need

We used the Stone Factory for the first time recently and had an extremely positive experience. We are kitchen designers and needed quick turnaround on a Steel Gray granite countertop with leathered finish that one of our clients was using for an outdoor grill area. Naim was able to supply us a beautiful counter and meet our time constraints as well. The customer loved it. On top of that his prices are very competitive. All in all a very positive experience and we will be using him more often in the future.
