Really warm and welcoming little “Anti-Dairy” ice cream shop. I’ve been vegan for a couple years now and there’s something nice about companies/brands saying their true purpose. Friendly staff and clean shop with the best mint ice cream I’ve had in a long time and I’m not talking compared to other vegan ice creams, I’m talking altogether. Give this place a try, they’re going to be in all the non dairy ice cream sections of local and far away grocery stores!

Staff is always super nice and helpful. However I dont think Ive ever had a shake made exactly how its described on the menu. This is no way a complaint because their shakes are always amazing! There is just always one thing slightly off but I dont mind because its good! :)

Really good ice cream. I had the taro and the peanut butter cup. I do wish they had some with sugar alternative options, but it was great.

The ice cream was fine, much better then other vegan ice cream shops but you couldnt pay me to come back to this location. Im so disgusted with the customer service I received I literally have no words to explain my experience.

Going to keep this simple and to the point: HUG LIFE is the real deal. Quality is always top notch, and you won’t believe the ice cream is dairy free. Portions are pretty big, so come hungry. My fiance has pretty bad acid reflux, so shes been on the hunt for a genuine dairy-free ice cream that she can enjoy and she absolutely loves this place. Ever since we discovered it, weve been here numerous times since. She even got one of their memberships. Her favorite flavor is the Cookie Butterface. That one is very delicious, but I like to try different flavors each time. So far my favorites are the matcha and the peanutbutter cup. Its so good, its hard to believe its dairy free. Theyre not stingy on the servings either, which is great. Theyll really pack each scoop for you so you feel like youre getting your moneys worth.

The ice cream I had was pretty good. Id buy it again. The customer service was great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5. Is due to the smell. The place smells like an old wet rag. Not a place in would like to sit and eat at. Fix that and the place would be worth 5 stars in my opinion.

I went to Hug Life today to try out some Vegan ice cream recommended by a friend. To be honest it tastes as good as any fatty ice cream out there but without the fats and dairy stuff added to it. Basically its the ice cream that you can eat that is healthy without sacrificing the tastes of it. If youre conscious about your health or gaining weight then try these ice cream. It has all kinds of flavors to choose from and best of all it is healthy.

This place is amazing!!! Best vegan ice cream Ive had and its organic and hand-made! The service is excellent here too! I was served by Morgan who is the sweetest, most bubbly and smiley girl, and Benji, who is also very kind and wonderful! Theyre both so knowledgeable about other great vegan places to try! We got the Cookie Buttercream cup and the Brownie a la Mode. The brownies are banging here!! This place is a bit out of our way, but we will definitely be back! Thank you so much guys!

Great assortment of flavors. Youll be challenged to melt down all of your flavors to just three scoops.All of the flavors I tried are delicious! I mustve tried at least 7 flavors! Im normally a dairy person, but this place has set the bar for me for anti-dairy ice cream!I ordered the peanut butter cup one and topped with peanuts!

Been a Hug life fan for a while! And I finally was able to take a picture before I devoured their ice cream. I got a hug-a-bowl with Matcha, sesame, and Vietnamese Coffee flavors, drizzled with coconut condensed milk! It was amazing! To make things better, even the cone bowl was super tasty, crisp and dipped in chocolate. I should have probably shared mine, but I ate it all by myself! Delicious!!

Had a beach trip today, and stopped to get some vegan ice cream on the way home. Grabbed some ice cream for the family along with some Hug Life merch! There ice cream flavors are phenomenal. My personal favorite was the Bunny (carrot cake) ice cream. Also, let me say the customer service was fantastic. Thank you to the staff for being patient and letting us first timers try out the various amount of flavors. We definitely will be back!

I always love coming here when I crave a scoop of creamy, decadent ice cream. The ice cream that melts in your mouth. I recommend the matcha monster and the mint flavored one. I also enjoy the strawberry and sesame flavors.

Non dairy ice cream that tastes just as good. Didnt think this was possible but wow it is delicious. Ive had about half of their flavors and theyre all good. Must try for lactose intolerant people or vegans. Great treat with less guilt and no stomach ache!!!

ANY of their flavors taste amazing! My sister is lactose intolerant, and all of their flavors are either soy or coconut-based, so a win-win in both taste and nutrition departments!

Super friendly staff. Delicious vegan ice cream shop. Its basically the Vegan 31 flavors or coldstone. Doesnt taste vegan so your non-vegan friends will approve. Fun vibe, tupac quote on the wall and has other vegan goodies for sale. Try the sesame ice cream or the Reeses.

I tried this place last night for Friday very packed. This place is very cute, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This place has some unique ice cream as well. They let you sample flavors, the flavors that stood out to me was matcha monster, thai tea, mango chamoy sorbet. This location not only is amazing if you want a ocean sandwich or a brownie a la mode they deliver. Everything is vegan. They also have a drink menu as well if your not in the ice cream mood. I actually got a brownie with sesame ice cream and the matcha monster came with two mini scoops and I had double mochi instead of adding syrup 😍 great dessert spot
