Joseph Rafail was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and a handshake as well as telling us who he was and asking if he could help us in any way. He also worked with us on getting the vehicle that we wanted with all of the features we asked for. He was also very kid friendly. We brought our 2 children in with us and he interacted with them as though they were his own.

I came to Orangeburg Automotive on Jan.11th 2013 in dire need of some depenable, affordable, transportation. I was involved in an auto accident on Dec. 21st 2012, my car was a total loss so I needed a car as quickly as possible cause I was renting vehicles at a hefty rate every three days or so, and it was costing me out of pocket. Which was no fun at all. I came on the lot where ken greeted me, not in a pushy, hurry up and buy this car approach but a very calm professional manner. After which he discussed with me my buying power vs. what i would like to have which was very important,not only in terms of down payment but long term, down the road like monthly payments that i could handle and that i really was very pleased with.
