I love coming here. I have a rewards card, but even without it their prices are reasonable.But the best thing is their staff. So helpful and personable! Kedric was a great help with my windshield wipers and gave great advice on other things. Great place to go.

Took my business elsewhere. Just wanted to get a replacement car battery and needed help with installation. The representative that I got was really nice. But she was not knowledgeable at all.She told me my car had a “computer chip” set up that links to my battery and was not able to change out the battery for me and that I were to buy the battery and take it down the street to a mechanic to get them to install it. Keep in mind I have a very generic car, Nissan suv, not a luxury car or something has special stuff goin on. Seemed fishy so I left.Got a second opinion elsewhere and they were able to get me in and out in a jiffy. Wish I had experienced that at autozone.

I have to drive 45 minutes to go in and pay for an ordered part. Then drive 45 minutes next day to pickup my part. Then drive 45 minutes to take back the wrong part they ordered. Then r5 minutes to retrieve maybe the right part they order
