1st time and last time because after 8 days of having the vehicle in your shop, anyone would expect things to be done CORRECTLY. Hundred of dollars for a service that wasnt rendered. Car put us down in traffic multiple times where several cars almost hit us because it wouldnt stay cranked. Visible duct tape on hoses that wasnt there before. So NOT fair!!

Service and price started out okay. They fixed my muffler at a decent price and did a decent job. I decided to go back and get some tires from them. That was a mistake. They damaged my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). I was told that the unit was damaged prior to them working on my tires. Not true, they damaged the unit but the other three units were still working. I purchased a new TPMS unit and had KKP install the new unit and now all four units are not working properly. In addition, my tires are not balanced and they claim that checked them a second time. Totally frustrated with the service received and I WILL RECOMMEND KKP FOR ANYTHING!!!!!
