I went there to see about a battery for my tablet that I bought from them. Ive also already bought a new charger earlier but still cant use it unless its plugged up. Well I was told that they dont sell the batteries but they can sell me a new tablet. I dont want a new tablet just a battery. Guess Im out of luck.

I know most of the staff in this store to be really friendly and helpful. A new girl waited on me this time who wasnt so friendly and helpful. I told her a problem I had and tried to show her but she wasnt hearing it and told me I was wrong. She wont wait on me again.

This place is full of lies to sell the product. I had an Apple 7. They gave me a line of information that was wrong. Once I contacted apple I was sent back to the store. To which the same manager and employee had total amnesia on the things they told me. Even after I pulled my phone recorder out and let them hear it.

Walked in the store and was not welcomed. Never once asked how can I help you. Watched employees walk by us to cut up with people who came in behind us. VERY VERY Rude.Watched 3 other people come in get welcomed. When fouth person came in, got welcomed and was asked if they could help them I told the man to go ahead and help them and we were leaving. He said oh you needed help? Wth, No man we just stood at the counter for fun. Im no longer a verizon customer.No amount of discount can repair that relationship.

Upselling isnt the irritation it has been in years past however its still present. Wait times can be long sometimes. The parking lot is rather small. The entrance and exits arent the best. The staff is generally friendly and personal.

Verizon Wireless is a SCAM!! I have been changed over $1300 in cell phone bills in the last 4 months because of Verizons error with NO help from Verizon staff to resolve the issue. This nightmare started About 4 months ago, I got a random $400+ cell phone bill from Verizon. I immediately got on the phone with customer service, who told me that I was on an old plan, that was no longer being used. They said it was MY responsibility to pay for the $400 mistake, even though I was NEVER informed that I was on an old plan..(How could I know that?) They told me that they had changed my back to a normal plan and that it wouldnt happen again. I reluctantly paid the $400 bill, and thought it was all-good. Exactly one month later, I get ANOTHER $400 cell phone bill!! I think this must be a mistake, so I call Verizon again, and I am told the SAME THING AS BEFORE!! They said I was responsible for paying this additional $400 (a total of $800 now) because I was on an old plan that was no longer offered. Then I explained that I had just paid $400 to fix this same issue one month earlier, and that my account had been switched to a new plan. The man I was speaking too said that he could see where I had paid the $400 one month earlier, but that it was my responsibility to pay the new $400, but if I paid it this time, that this situation would never happen again. I asked him to PROMISE me that it would never happen again, and I would pay it. He promised, so I decided to pay the additional $400. (for $800 total) This month, I received my cell phone bill and it was $563!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE 3RD MONTH IN A ROW! THIS IS OVER $1400 IN BS FEES FROM VERIZON! I called Verizon, and was told the same thing as the 2 months before. I was on an old plan that was no longer offered, and that I had to pay the $563. I told them that I had paid it 2 times prior, and they said their was nothing they could do for me. IM DONE WITH VERIZON! THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! They should not be allowed to operate! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!!!!!!

If only zero stars was possible. I mean, I wasnt helped so this store seriously deserves zero stars. Britini is rude and not good for business. Tone and diction are extremely important when interacting with customers. Ive had much better experiences at my local Verizon store so I know that this is isolated to this store. Recent reviews suggest the same thing.

Bought a new phone a month ago. Paid $49.99 for a high end screen protector. It is broken already. I went to the store to get a replacement. Employee proceeds to tell me that they dont handle the warranty. She proceeded to tell me that they break very easily and that I would have to be patient and wait for another to come in the mail. I didnt get her name and she didnt ask for mine. Verizon doesnt stand behind their products and do not understand customer service.

They keep running my credit i kept being approved never got a phone cause they keep allowing rhe online ppl to control there system an lock the application even after i sent in everything verifying it was me. I went back n fourth to yhis store for a month straight an every three days i was locked out the for fraud. How when i come in with my id an all other forms of identification

Verizon Wireless is a Phone Service Provider. Just like others, it has its pros and cons. Theres a lot of pros and cons in EVERY phone service company, so I wont list all of them.The basic pros and cons are as followsPros:* Has some exclusive content (Phones, etc)* Staff (at this particular location) seem to know what theyre talking about (I had a 30 minute conversation about pros and cons of a few phones with one of them)* Staff (at this particular location) are well mannered and always had a smile on their faces when I was there.Finally got Unlimited (this is both a pro, and a joke)Cons:* Much like other Phone service providers, they tend to put apps on your phone you cannot delete (unless you root or jailbreak the device)* They dont cover phone damage themselves (as far as I know), but rather, contact the company itself to cover it (This can also be a Pro, but in my case, my old Motorola Droid Turbo, the charging port (where you plug the cable into the phone) was messed up after, say, 2 years of use. Why? Lenovo didnt use enough soldering to keep the metal prongs in it still. Ive contacted Lenovo twice now, no response, and no change to their Droid Turbo production (Again, to my knowledge)So, really, its your choice. Depending on where you live, what you can afford/are willing to pay for being able to stay in touch with your friends and family, whether by internet, text or calling, its up to you to decide whats best for you.Do I recommend Verizon? Sure. Its what I use and it works great for me. But, Again, allow this subjective opinion of mine be just that. An opinion. Dont pick Verizon because of me. Google your options in your local area and compare. Prices, and what for. Only you can know whats best for you.

The 1st time I went to go get my zagg screen replaced, the crazy things crack just by looking at them, by the store technician. It was terrible. I couldnt get any help. No answers, no hands on help, nothing. It was very distressing. I was about ready to give up on the young man when this nice young lady stepped up and asked me if I needed any help. She was very nice and easy to talk to.This last time, today, the young lady hepled me out and she really knew what she was doing... Very helpful....

Poor customer service, they will do what they can to sell you a product. Afterward they dont care. Had a phone with software issues, updated my phone from from Marshmallow to to Nougat. Couldnt get any service. After a not being able to fix the issue, they started to give bs reason on why I was responsible and that they dont handle software issues. So they sent me home with no solutions and blamed me for it. After doing research I figured out the issues and fixed it myself.PS be careful they will bundle obsolete or inferior design tablets that dont work on current android market, and it will make your monthly bill very high.

I purchased three iPhone from Verizon I thought my phone had insurance on. It did until The lady had to re-activate the phones because it didnt work. She activated the phone and forgot to put the insurance back on them. All this time I thought I had insurance and never did because she forgot to put it on I have to pay full prise for the phone smh. And they services is garbage I pay $2589.97 for 3 iPhone I want my money back ‼️
