Very bad customer service. I would give zero stars if possible. They delivered the wrong size king box springs twice. Any person that reviews what goes out the door would have caught the errors. The lady with glasses acts as if she could care less and I am bothering her by asking for help. No one on the staff has the power to fix problems. It is almost as if once they have your money you are forgotten. All issues must go before the owner who is never there. Have been waiting for a call from the owner to resolve my issue for 3 days. Again this is something they messed up multiple times. Very incompetent...especially lady with the glasses. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Because I had to pick a star I gave them a 1..... But I rather give them 0 stars. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I been waiting about 3 months for a box spring to be delivered. They keep giving me excuse after excuse but NO box spring! Call the LOCAL ORANGEBURG OFFICE THE LADY ACT LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING GOING ON, AND GAVE THE MAN THE PHONE, BUT YET SHE HAD SO MUCH TO SAY. THE MAN WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. AND IF YOU PLAN ON I SUGGEST YOU READ THESE REVIEWS CAREFULLY!

Wish I could rate them a -10!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Just visiting my mom in her new home and got an earful about her experience with this furniture store.My moms order was sent in pieces, not assembled as agreed/paid for, the remaining pieces were received weeks later and there was no accountability for any of this by the store personnel when she called.The big delivery guy walked on my moms new carpet in her new home with muddy shoes and became rude when asked to wipe his feet or remove his shoes. He left the furniture unassembled and never came back. She was finally able to get it done by a friend.An all around terrible experience no one would want their mom to go through. Wouldve been very ugly if I had been there when it happened.Enraged and disgusted!!!

Great customer service

I had a terrible experience with this particular company...first they delivered the wrong couch set, then it took four weeks to receive my new items. When the second set was delivered it was again the wrong color. I took the second set because I was tired of waiting. I asked the delivery guy where were the black throw pillows, the delivery guy called me a liar and said there were no black pillows. I went to the store to speak with the owner, he ignored the fact that his delivery guy spoke to a customer in that manner. I will never use them again!! Customer service terrible!!!

Shoddy furniture for ridiculous mark ups

Please do not use them that fat man rob does not do nothing but sit on his a** wearing down all the sofas in the building . He lies and has bad customer service . Do not use this business ! It’s sad
